Had a scary situation late last night around 10/10:30 where my alternator died while trying to get home to Lakeland from Jacksonville and I had to exit on the first opportunity I could find, which unfortunately was the darkest, most remote exit I could have chosen in Deland and wasnt familiar with the area. Fortunately, Chase picked up the line quickly and was quick onto the scene once i was ready, in only about 15 minutes or so. He had helped offer advice of what the problem was with the car and allowed me the night to figure out what I wanted to do without charging storage fees and when I decided, he towed my car to friendly nearby shop of no additional charge, that was able to review and help further today! Was very helpful and kind! There were a few other tow lines in the area I called that didn't even pickup or didnt even have options of storage if i needed it. CFL was the first one I called and the most communicative.
I had a fantastic experience with this towing service. I called to get my car towed, and within just 45 minutes, my car was already on its way. The service was incredibly speedy and genuinely professional. The driver went above and beyond by dropping me off and waiting for me, then dropping me back home afterwards. He also provided helpful advice regarding some issues with my car, which I really appreciated. I will definitely not hesitate to reach out again if I ever need a tow in the future. Highly recommend! Kind, fast moving, and excellent service. Any towing price hurts but, they even knocked $30 off the price after finding out I was coming down here for work. Sent video confirmation and saved me an uber trip to bring the keys. Tow companies can be hit or miss but all sides were excellent through and through.
From scheduling, to pick up, and to delivery these guys are the best. Very professional, kind, and hard working. Towed my car I believe two hours away for a very good price. Will definitely be using them again!

If you don’t call CFL first be prepared to deal with no answers, no shows and long wait times. Multiple times I have called them for a tow, and they have showed up in 15 minutes or less no matter the time of day. They are one of the last honest and fast professionals in the local towing business.
Fast Tow isn’t just a catchy name it’s who this company is fast and reliable. They helped us in our time of need and Chase went up and beyond with his service. Not only towing us out of the highway at night, but staying with us until our vehicle was parked and safe. I recommend this Tow service and will be definitely using them again. UPDATE 02/25/25: I called CFL after snapping my timing belt on i4 westbound and called around 6:45pm....Chase and team accepted my call and advised they could get to my car in about 40 minutes. I was able to get a ride home with my family and my car delivered within 39 minutes after arriving home. Thank you, I will always use your service whenever needed because between the customer service and reasonable pricing....I'm hooked! Thanks again!
Original Post 04/25/24: Chase was A M A Z I N G! My husband stalled less than 2 miles from my house but I no longer have AAA or anyone that could help me. I was so afraid that I wouldn't be able to afford getting the car towed back to my apartment complex but started calling local businesses. I had called two prior companies but no answer and then I landed on CFL Fast Tow & Recovery LLC Chase answered right away, had great communication, was able to get my car back to me within 2 hours, didn't make my husband wait with the car AND charges a rate that I was able to afford. I used to have AAA and one time waited over 8 hours for their help while having to be with the car for the duration. I will be definitely using their service again and you should too!

A couple weeks ago I needed a tow truck to go out by Leesburg and pick up a vehicle for me.
