I can't say enough good things about Kenny from Central Florida Auto! My car broke down over the weekend, and I wasn't able to get it to the right place over the weekend. On Monday, I contacted Kenny, he stepped in, took care of everything—he picked up my car, towed it to the mechanic, and handled the entire process without me even having to be there. His professionalism, efficiency, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. If you ever need reliable towing or assistance, Kenny is the person to call! Highly recommend.
Kenny was fantastic to work with! Super quick service, very friendly and personable and just all around nice guy! My truck broke down outside of my office and had to be towed to the dealer as still under warranty. Called Central Florida Auto and spoke with Kenny and he picked up the truck and towed it to the dealer, dropped the keys to the service representative and all set. Car break downs are never pleasant but Kenny made it easy and will definitely work with him again in the future! Highly recommended!

I was kept updated when the car was towed and left at the mechanic with pictures. The customer service that was provided was above and beyond what was expected. My van's gear shifter broke and I needed a tow. Kenny was recommended to me and he responded quickly and professionally. Within an hour, and in lousy weather, he arrived and loaded the vehicle. Kenny is amiable and a pleasure to deal with. Just because he's HQ'd in DeBary doesn't mean he can't cover a lot of territory - the disabled vehicle was in Oviedo and needed to go to South St. in Orlando. So if your vehicle is disabled anywhere in the area, I strongly recommend Central Florida Auto.
This Kenny is a dude's dude. You can stop searching for another Tow truck. I hardly ever go out of my way to leave ratings, but this guy is so cool. I told him I would try to leave as many positive remarks as I could, because he deserves them.

My son's car broke down in the middle of the road on his way to work on Sunday. That is stressful right there, but Jay showed up in no time, I think it was 10 minutes after we called him. My wife's SUV broke down in Daytona and we live in Orlando. It was at the Ford dealership with a blown engine and we needed to get it back to Orlando. Kenny made the drive up to Daytona to pick it up and brought it back to Orlando safe and sound. He was very friendly and personable and the rate that we were charged was more than fair considering the 70 mile round trip distance for the tow. 365 Automotive Towing was dispatched by our roadside assistance plan. 365 Automotive Towing provided an ETA of 75 minutes. Two hours later, they were a no show, and our phone calls went to voice mail. Called Central Florida Auto. Jay arrived in 20 minutes and was true to his word, not to mention extremely cordial and professional. During the drive to the dealership with the car on the flatbed, we carried on conversation as if we had been longtime friends. Speedy, honest, and friendly service. Easy credit card payment on the spot and fair pricing, too! Hope we don't need towing services again, but if we do, we will call Central Florida Auto! Thanks, Jay!!
Got caught in a huge rain storm one night and hydro-locked my car. These guys were basically the only one that answered their phone. The other companies that did answer had 4+hr wait times which wasn't possible given I was stuck in the middle of hwy 50.
Kenny kept me posted on the driver's ETA and updated me letting me know the guy was coming sooner than the 1hr he initially said. Once Jose the driver of the tow truck arrived, it was a quick simple process of grab and go, before I knew it we were on our way.
Once we got my car back to my house the charge ended up being less than I thought it would be and the driver was able to accept cards on the spot which was also nice!
UPDATE:
I just found out a few weeks after this happened that I had towing coverage through my insurance company. Though I couldn't easily find where I placed my receipt, I thought maybe I would give these guys a call back and sure enough about a month after the tow they were still able to find a copy for me and sent it so I can now get re-reimbursed by my insurance company.
10/10 When a company and individuals within said company go out of their way to help customers and show the professionalism these guys did, they earn my business for life! These guys are the only company I'm going to call from now on any time I or anyone I know needs a tow!

My 2005 Nissan Altima had broke down on Disney Property and after searching and calling so many tow truck companies that were overpriced. Central Florida Auto has the Best reasonable prices ever! The owner was very friendly and kept communication until he found a driver. Which was pretty fast lol! Kenny was dispatched to come and he was also very professional and courteous!!! I don't normally write reviews and relied on review ratings when I needed a tow last night. So I decided to write this review. Straight to the point the service Ken provided was outstanding!! To say the least.
I took my "sports" car out for a drive with the girlfriend and suddenly something broke. I was pretty down about the situation and just wanted to get home. I quickly did a Google search for tow truck companies in the area where I was stranded. I specifically looked for the highest rating with a good amount of reviewers, and I found that with Central Florida Auto. Ken was very professional on the phone, asked all the right questions, and gave a very reasonable price for the distance I needed to go. Being a sports car I knew I needed a flatbed truck and I knew I had the right company when Ken discribed the flatbed tow truck that will arrive. Ken arrived with the American flags on his very clean and detailed truck, then quickly got to work. Ken knew what he was doing and I didn't need to worry about my car scraping the bumper. (In fact, I didn't worry at all since getting off the phone with him.) My car was safe and secure on the flatbed in no time. The truck had back row seating for my girlfriend which was nice. He had water bottles and offered to us. The drive was very comfortable. Ken drove very carefully and slow all the way home, especially in the many construction zones we drove through. When we arrived to my house I asked if he could get the car in the garage and it wasn't a problem for him at all.
In the end, it didn't take hours like other companies, I waited maybe 20 minutes for him to arrive (during evening traffic hours), the car was back in the garage, the girlfriend and I were safe at home, my frown was turned upside down, my pocket wasn't emptied, and I met a very professional tow truck driver that I will use again in the future and recommend to all my friends!! I called Kenny at almost 4 AM last night as my truck was stuck at a gas station with a dead battery a couple miles from my apartment. He did not hesitate to not only answer my call, but quickly ask me a few standard questions (type of vehicle, location, etc) and gave me an extremely reasonable price. He was at the location of my vehicle in less than 20 minutes and my truck was back at my apartment 10 minutes later. He was very friendly, professional, and affordable!
Kenny was very polite, prompt and compassionate. I was stranded with my van and my daughter until around midnight and he came to the rescue! He was courteous, a gentleman and very experienced. The best experience I've ever had with a towing company. My wife wrecked her car and they were there to help us out within a half an hour, and then tow it to a friend the mechanic. After the car was assessed and determined to be totaled, I hired them to tow it back to my house until I could figure out what to do with it. Once again, they were there in a jiffy with friendly and professional service. I really can't say enough good things about this small company.
All I can say is wow! Fantastic service. Kenny was prompt and on time. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Picking my brother and I up and taking us all the way through crazy I-4 traffic. This is the only good experience I've ever had with a towing company. Kenny was really nice and took great care of the car while towing it. Highly recommended, and will definitely call him again if I ever need his service. It makes sense why he has 5 stars on Google.
Called when I was on the side of I-4 after getting into a bit of a fender bender. Kenny showed up quickly, and gave me an accurate estimate of when he would show up.
After taking a look at the damages, he informed me that he also buys older cars and happened to have the same make and model as the one I had back at his shop! He towed me back to his shop, and immediately proceeded to swap out the broken parts on my car (hood, bumper, headlights, support bars under the hood, etc.), with the fully functional part from the one on his lot. I had my car fixed and running the same day!!
While I'm sure this is not a regular deal from him, it speaks wonders of his character.
He is an honest, genuinely kind businessman who will not up charge you, try to take advantage of your situation, or make more off of you than what is due. And his prices are great!
I cannot recommend him or his service enough and have been telling everybody I know about this great experience.

Having an older car that breaks down often, you need to have 'that' go-to towing company. I remember when my car broke down the first time and I called everyone to get different price quotes, Central Florida Auto was not only courteous on the phone, provided me with an excellent and accurate quote, and being available 24/7.
Central Florida Auto is honest, and honesty is key. Nothing is better than getting a quote and it not changing due to random fees and up charges. The price that I'm given is what I pay.

I was in desperate need of a tow for my personal vehicle. I called multiple tow shops in Orlando and they couldn't get my truck due to difficulty of the tow. Kenny showed up within 15 minutes in a new clean truck with a great attitude and took his time to keep my truck safe he had it on the tow truck in under 10 minutes. He was very professional and extemely helpful. He offered to drive me home for no extra cost then he originally quoted (which was already cheaper than the other places I called). Central Florida Auto is the best experience I've had with towing in Orlando. I use them for all towing needs now even my high end vehicles.
I broke down on I4 right by down town Orlando at 5:30! Worst timing ever. I looked on Google for towing companies and Central Florida Auto was one of the first places to pop up. I was a little nervous since I'm a girl and don't know anything about cars. I looked up the company on Yelp and saw a review from another girl customer stating the same concerns and how she had felt 100% comfortable and safe! After seeing that I had decided to give them a call. The guy on the phone was very nice and sympathized for me and told me they would be there asap! A tow truck showed up pretty quick after that! Awesome timing for all that rush hour traffic! He put on his flashers and backed up to my car. I was in a kind of tricky spot but it didn't seem like any trouble for them. The guy had my car hook up in no time at all. The guy also took special care of my car. My bumper had been hanging a little because of an accident I had gotten into previously, the guy took special care not to scrape it and loaded it super carefully. For some reason I thought that I was going to have to get a cab but he offered a ride so that was also amazing! The guy towed me to the shop and I paid with my Credit card! It was a really good experience on a super stressful day! I have their number saved in my phone now and recommend them to family/friends all the time.
