A customer got stranded at my store and needed help with a ride out to this location to get a part that he needed to get his truck back on the road. After I got off work I drove the gentleman out here.
I guess everything went well the price was reasonable enough for the gentleman they pulled the part had it ready for him once we got there. And they helped to get this huge part into my car via a forklift
Call in for a part. Keith tells me I have to pay before he’ll get me the part. I try to pay digitally he tells me I have to come in person. So I come in person then he says he won’t have the part till tomorrow. Completly Wasted my time.
Got tailgate for my 2002 Dakota looks like a new pickup. Great customer service stopped for a truck wheel they did not have but sent me to place that had one. Friendly and courteous even when 4 deep at counter.
I usually don't write reviews but this situation really got to me. So, Last week I called and asked if I could schedule a day this week for the compant to pick up my old car. The guy CJ was very nice and told me to call back the next week for availability to tow my car. So when this week comes around, I call and talk to Keith and he was very nice , he wrote down my info and told me they'll be able to tow my car on Wednesday because by that time they'll be caught up with everything they have to do. Once Wednesday came around, I called when they opened and CJ said Keith was busy which is understandable. So I'm like okay, I'll call back in a half hour. I called again and he was still busy. So I call an hour after that and Keith answers and was VERY rude to me. FIRST OF ALL, WHEN I'M TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION, DON'T CUT ME OFF. SECOND, I WAS PROMISED MY CAR WAS GOING TO GET TOWED WEDNESDAY AND THAT PROMISE WAS NOT FULFILLED. Keith, you want to keep emphasizing that things "WILL" get done that day but they never did. I get you were busy that day but don't make a promise you can't keep and also just because your flustered with work DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMER. I'm so disappointed with the service. I'll never recommend anyone to them EVER.
My husband and I own a mechanic shop in st Augustine, CJ and the crew are amazing and very helpful. We would definitely highly recommend when looking for parts. They are very honest and have great prices. Thankyou
I first called and spoke to Jim about getting scissor jacks. He said he had plenty so I went in about an hour later. I was then told he should have some and the price was going to be about $5 more each than brand new jacks. I tried to explain that and that I had been coming there over the years since they opened. He did say he’d reduce the price slightly but he was a small local family business. I shared my friend’s experience recently and that they referred me. I got some details mixed up about his business in the past and he became very rude, nasty, angry, and yelling. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or that I’m a woman or what but it was bad enough I will never return!!! Had he been somewhat civil with me I would have bought from him to support his business instead I left.
What a find! I was looking for a donut spare wheel/tire for my car that Ford chose not to include with my car. A tire store recommended I go to CARS and boy was he right! I got a wheel & tire that had never been on the ground along with a jack kit, which Ford also excluded. Plainly stated this a junk yard for wrecked cars where you can get spare parts and very reasonable prices from a friendly and knowledgable team. How often do you rave about a junkyard? Well, this one might do it for you.
I was treated badly for being a woman. Passed over and didn’t care what I wanted they knew better?! What a joke, I am a state licensed mechanic I know what part I need and to try to sell me something else because I’m a woman and you think I won’t know! not all people are stupid thanks
CARS had what I needed. I called ahead, verified they had the item and in working condition, and they worked to have it ready. Like a lot of businesses they are short staffed, so there was a short waiting period. Prices were reasonable.
Good prices, they have a parts puller there they refer out, Luis is dependable and fast to properly remove your parts and meets you at the cashier. Very convenient.
Purchased a differential for my son's Ranger. Great customer service and even helped load the part into my truck. Installed this weekend, so far, so good.
Sometimes when I call there the guy who answers the phone can be very rude he acts as if he doesn't want to deal with you he can have an attitude and have been talked to like I am somebody that he doesn't even want to have to be bothered with to me that just bad customer service and needs to find somebody who is friendlier and has a better personality and can communicate with people better.
I rarely give less then good reviews but I am very disappointed with CARS. Poor customer service and no call back to customers about parts. I felt they lied to me for weeks and didn’t serve me right. Hopefully it gets better.
They were well priced for our window and the install on our Ford Explorer. Got the window installed in less than 20 minutes. Very quick and out door fast. Only complaint is gentleman at counter is not really good with customer service friendliness. Needs work.
Came to a buy a rim for my car , called up before i went. Spoke to a gentlemen name Keith. Was very nice and polite. Got my rim and two used tires. They had them put on and balanced, everything done there. It was very fast. Thank you for your service
I called they had the part. Got there they refuse to go out in the rain. What if it rains for a month? They won't make a dime. The counter men should not be around people. Don't take my word for it read the reviews.
I would like to write a positive review on here but unfortunately i am unable to at this time. We are having a motor replaced in a 2003 Suburban and we were told it would take one week to get completed. Right now we are at the end of week three and i still cant get an answer about when to pick it up or if it will even be completed today. Think about that if you need your vehicle back in a decent amount of time. I put one star because it would not let me put no stars.
Wish I could rate this place a zero. Do not do business with this company!! I needed a car towed to them. At first they were nice but then they kept changing when they could pick up the car. Missed out on a days pay waiting on them, they didn't care and never came for the car. They made a stressful situation worse. Unfortunately family members highly recommended them because they know them personally, but they will never have my business again.
