Such peace of mind to finally find a mechanic who is so knowledgable and honest! John has consistently found issues other mechanics have overlooked or, worse, have "repaired" but only partway. He is exceptional at diagnosing and repairing engines, and any time my Subaru needs attention, we go to him. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait to get on his calendar but his work and his integrity are well worth it.
‼️ATTENTION‼️This place is hands down the best shop in the surrounding counties.! I'm very picky about who works on my vehicles because i want to be sure things are done RIGHT at a FAIR price. A little over a year ago we gave jon and his crew a chance at putting a timing chain/ water pump kit on my 2007 honda Odyssey. Not only did they do a GREAT job but also at a FAIR price. Ive had them do other things to the van after my great experience with the timing kit. The van still runs great today and stIll under warranty with these guys for almost another year/ 20k more miles.
Last week i gave these guys another chance with a different one of my vehicles. i dropped my 98 Chevy Silverado ( my child) off for diagnostic with ac and sluggish starting. these guys were able to determine the problem pretty quickly and had my vehicle back 100 percent in no time. The ac will run you out.!! I'll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else but HERE.!

Purchased an engine from lasper enginesaccording to gradys. It leaked oil fromfirstthe first day I got it.took back many times couldn't find it grays said . Talked with the manufacturer. They offered little help but addedf it was a simple engineto work on
Now out of warranty gradys is BS

Grady’s truly is top notch. They got me in for a diagnostic on my car, even though they were slammed. Got my car fixed way sooner than was expected to. They treated me with kindness and were very fair on their pricing. They really value their customers. Mr Grady explained in detail, and ways I was able to understand, what was wrong with my car, and didn’t jerk me around at all. They got my business for any problems in the future.
Both gentlemen here are that, GENTLEMEN! Very knowledgeable, service oriented, fair in their pricing and honest, which is a combination for success, for them and us, their clients. These guys are awesome!!!!!! Had a check engine problem, took it to a couple repair places, paid lots of money and never got it fixed. Took it to Gradys, they figured out the problem, and repaired it, been a couple of month and everything is good! They are super reasonable with there pricing and very responsive when you contact them!
We went there with a flat tire off of I10 on our way home from Texas. All we needed was the new tire put on. The guy told us he was 2 weeks out. To put a tire on?! Like sir I understand your busy and all but we are literally broke down hobbling down the road on a flat with two kids in the car and you couldn't take 20 mins to change a tire for us?! Would not recommend this company.
They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took every effort to make sure my needs were met. They were honest and shared exactly what was wrong with my car. Very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

I have been using John and Rick at Gradys for several years. These guys are the only mechanics I will allow to work on my truck. They have kept it in tip top shape since I bought it in 2016.
Jon is my brother (in-law) and he’s fixed a lot of car problems for me over the years. He’s also beyond excellent at diagnosing difficult problems. When Cadillac mis-diagnosed my problem on a road trip, I was able to explain what my car was doing over the phone and Jon knew right away it was a bad shift solenoid.
Most importantly he’s honest and has a servant heart. Truly a great American running a wonderful business.

Took my vehicle here to get diagnosed as I was having issues soon after buying it. Friendly guys who gave me the run down of what was wrong, and got me in quickly. Left it with them for a day and was told everything I needed.
While making his way home from college in New Orleans last week, my son broke down on I10 about 32 miles from Live Oak, Fl. and six hours from home. I found Grady's via Google. There are not enough good words to say regarding our treatment by John. He is honest, respectful and beyond fair. We feel blessed to have met him. Grady closed us out, was very nice. Jon did an excellent job on our vehicle, he was efficient on getting repairs to oil pressure ,filter housing. He was honest and reliable.
We were so thankful for the kind mechanic who helped us out early this morning as we had problems during our trip down from MI to the Keys. They were booked for the day but he willingly took a look at our problem before their hours even started as we were stranded in their lot with out being able to even start the truck. He got down jn the dirt and showed us to to temporarily fix the problem underneath if we get locked in park again- until we can get a part to get it fixed that is. He wouldn’t charge us a dime- but we insisted on giving him a good tip. He saved our vacation!

Grady's Auto is the best place to get repairs done on your vehicle. They do excellent work and they give you a fair estimate for cost. I have never been overcharged for any repairs. I am very pleased with work done on my vehicle. I highly recommend Grady's Auto.
Called to get a sensor replaced on my truck. I'm from out of town and traveling thru and was told he could not get it done today. I said fine who in town would you recommend. He stated that he was not in the practice of recommending his competitors.
What fantastic service! I was driving down to Miami from Atlanta and my check engine came on and then my car began to stall. I called Grady and recognizes the difficulty I was in squeezed me into his full schedule immediately. He was so kind and courteous and when I told him I was a student with debt trying to make it home for the holidays he only charged me for half the time he put it in. Needless to say I was back on the road and made it home in one piece thanks to him!
I can't reccomend it more. What a good man and what a good business.

Little John and his father Grady are some stand up people. They run the car quest and a automotive repair company from the same location. Trustworthy and reliable. They don't charge a arm and a leg. They stand behind there work.
Our family broke down on a Friday afternoon had the car towed to Grady's garage. They got to looking at it right away. We're completely courteous professional friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do for her vehicle. They helped us figure out what we needed to do for a long holiday weekend. And are not charging us for storing our vehicle because of our situation. He would like to give Grady's garage a grave review and a great big thank you.

I was quoted $75 to vacuum and recharge the AC in my son's car, OK fine. Tony did the vacuum and test and it passed fine. Then after the system charge they found a bad electrical connector on the compressor and quoted about $25 for that, OK fine. Then he found the high pressure side of the system needed a new Schroeder valve at about $7, well OK fine then. When the service was done I got a bill for $160? It seems they had only quoted the price for the parts during the service and the rest was the labor costs??? Well alrighty then... About 2 weeks later I was driving the car and the AC was not working, so back to Grady's I went, they were busy and told me to come back tomorrow, well OK then. Came back next day and they found no freon in the system? They vacuumed and checked the system ( passed test) then charged the system. Grady told me the problem was because I did not drive the car with the AC on enough, told me to drive it with the AC on daily for a while. The car had only been driven about 85 miles at that point, so it was my fault the previous service failed??? Then they gave me a bill for $60 since it was MY fault their previous service failed??? My advice would be find a different service shop, or at least get a quote in writing before they start any service for you. I suspect I will need to have it fixed again soon, but for sure somewhere else, sigh... Tony may OK, but I think Grady is Shady.
