Aaron, the GM, was helpful in getting our medium duty commercial truck towed and offered competitive pricing for the industry. So where to start? Today, my spouse and I picked up a route to cover for a driver that had called off. My spouse and I conduct the maintenance and diesel mechanics for the fleet. We were just covering the route for warehouse to warehouse large appliance deliveries. During our route, the 26 foot box truck we were driving broke down. Unfortunately, there are current factory recalls and we knew this situation was bound to happen. Of course it happened with us and on a very busy day. Being we work with many fleets, we called our normal tow guys, based in Orlando. They were far and we were in Ocala broke down. I decided on a whim to call around. I was pleasantly surprised and found Aaron, the general manager, ready and eager to help us promptly. We worked out an exceptional rate and the tow guy, Andrew called us immediately to let us know his ETA. These guys went above and beyond to make this “bad” situation of a breakdown not only tolerable, but put us at ease with their care for our truck and professionalism. Working in the trucking industry ourselves, we are grateful we found this company. We never plan for a breakdown, but, if we need a tow, we know a trusted, reliable and personable company to call.

Phenomenal tow company. Our car broke down heading home from a cruise at the service plaza on the turnpike still a long way from home. Tony was sent to help us to the Hyundai Dealership in Leesburg. He was super friendly and really went above and beyond. There was a little hiccup during the tow, and Andrew quickly came to assist. Thanks for going above and beyond to ease our stress on a very stressful day. A 10/10 and would use again if ever needed.

Allen was very professional and personable as well. He loaded up my new car smoothly and efficiently, also delivered to dealership in a timely manner.

Had the best experience we could have under the circumstances today. Our F350 was completely dead and locked out when Alan showed up. He was absolutely amazing with what seemed to us as an impossible situation. He was friendly, professional and took the utmost care of our vehicle. Super grateful!

My driver got stuck trying to make a delivery and I couldn't find anyone who could help me out. After hearing my situation they gave me a quick solution and responded quickly to sending someone out. We had a driver break down coming up I-75 from south Florida and these guys were the only ones that were willing to answer our call on a Sunday to get our driver home. Towed him from Wildwood to South Georgia and was reasonably priced. We so appreciate you answering your phone.

I'm from out of the area. And I was recommended to use Scenic City Towing. Andrew was my tow driver and he just delivered me and my car to the car repair. The first thing Andrew asked me, when he first called me, was if I was ok and in a safe location. Wow. Andrew was a very nice man. He went out of his way to take care of me and my car. Had to have my 72 Super Beetle towed from the house, JB had customs blocks to get the car up on the flat bed so the tail end didn't drag. If you're transporting high-end cars, classics or just things really low to the ground, I definitely recommend them and ask for JB.

Robert was my tow dude today and not only was he very patient with me he was also very thorough about his job. He took being a professional tow truck dude to another level. I really do appreciate Robert today.

My 92 yo Mom and I were at KFC on 466 in the Villages about 5:45. When my hcp Van wouldn't start, my wheelchair has a unique locking system in the driver's area. State farm sent your truck to my location, it was perfect, quicker that I thought, he was friendly, professional, and patient. After 20 minutes my car started, he followed me for a while to make sure I got home. No hard sell, great advice, only problem was I didn't have a penny on me to tip him with. Thanks ... It didn't cost me a thing

If I could give 10 stars I would. Joey was so helpful and has such a calming demeanor and when you’re in a situation that you need a tow that is a blessing. Amazing service at a Great Price! The technician Aaron was Awesome! He Arrived about 10mins after I placed the service call. My truck had broke down in the middle of a busy road, he maneuvered through traffic, backwards, like a professional.. Got to the truck, hooked up for tow, and we were on the road within less then 5 mins. My truck and myself were dropped off at my office, all within less then an hour of placing the service call. Aaron did an amazing job! Definitely going to use, Scenic City Towing, for all of our company’s roadside assistance needs. :)

Johnny came through for me when I was in a bind with a flat tire while away for work. I’ve unfortunately had to have cars towed multiple times in the past and this was hands down the best experience. You could tell he was a true professional with how he loaded up the car. He put dollies on my AWD Cadillac and had me on the road quick to the repair shop

Needed my Audi truck towed to dealership to get synced with a new fob…Johnny came, resolved a difficult connection problem due to how vehicle was parked and got it done just as the sky opened up for a downpour!! He was very respectful, did not quit, and assured me he would get it done. He towed it successfully to Audi North in Sanford…And I’m mobile again!! Thank you!!

I’m very impressed with Scenic City Towing! They have definitely set the bar high for all towing companies in the area! Their office staff is friendly and professional when answering the phone calls, never once rude. The driver assigned to pick up my vehicle (Sean) was polite, professional and treated my company truck as if it was a Rolls Royce. Scenic city towing was a lifesaver. i was over a hundred miles away from home about 4pm Friday afternoon with bad storms approaching, and my car was undriveable. Called AAA for a tow across the state to my mechanic. They were very prompt to arrive,. The tow truck driver took a look under my hood which was steaming.He told me they had their own facilities nearby and could probably diagnose and take care of my car problem vs towing the car. i opted to try their facility. Best choice ever. After dropping off my car, the toe dry hurt brought me and my passenger a local area. So we could have dinner and shop around while waiting for them. The job to be done. And after 4.5hrs of work under the torrential rains, Clinton (owner) and his driver assistant Sean, installed a new battery and alternator and got me back on the road by 10pm after driving the car directly to me where I was. Truly amazing service with a smile, and such kind, caring people. Truly top notch - best you could ever have. i wish I were closer. I would use them for all my car service needs. I had a tire blow out on I-75, and it was one of the most terrifying experiences. Johnny and Aaron worked diligently to get my car hooked up and towed home safely. I’m not sure if the women I spoke with over the phone work with them or AAA , but she was absolutely incredible. She was aware it was just my son and me on the highway and had the tow expedited. They reassured me everything would be okay and made one of the scariest days of my life a little better. Thank you to all of you for helping out.
