Though I had to pay a penny lol, they were so kind, so helpful and the receptionist is sweet as pie. The owner even came out to help my AAA tow driver who had some trouble towing my jeep. Great experience.
What a bunch of crooks. Pick up a golf cart with a flat rate of $160, then $5.50 per mile for 9 miles and then have the nerve to charge a $25 fuel service charge!!! For a 9 mile trip when gas prices have been low. Find someone else!
Please stay away from this guy's business. He is a price gouger for the work he does.
He only wants to accept cash for business probably. Because he doesn't want to report it to the I R S he also makes up charges of things he's done, but he hasn't done it. Definitely, stay away and call another tow. Truck company, even if they have to come from another town, it would be well worth it
The worst tow truck company we’ve ever. We helped a friend last night. The Vehicle was picked up at 10pm and retrieved the next day at 1pm. When the bill seemed too high, we asked for an itemized bill. We were told the computer is broken and they can write down their prices. That’s when we found out we were being charged for two days when the vehicle hasn’t been with this company for more than 24 hours. Also was charged an extra labor fee of $45 without explanation as why the fee is separate from their main charges. Then we went to pay with a credit card. They don’t accept credit cards. Tried to pay with a debit card and they don’t accept debit cards. They are a cash only business. When asked if they have an ATM, they said no. When asked where the nearest ATM was, we were told “I don’t know, maybe at the gas station over there”. God forbid someone is on hard times and doesn’t have cash to pay, they will be on worse times dealing with this company. I will ensure to tell every one I possibly can about this experience.
I was broke down having a terrible day. They were very nice and helpful getting me towed to Mr Strickland. I appreciate your fast response and excellent service.
Thanks to Jeff Revis for their help. We did not use their service but was very helpful when we were stranded with the help of Kim's cab service number. Very good people still out there.

I was Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service while trying to receive my personal belongings from my impounded vehicle. The. Fees assessed were Atrocious and they had no interest in helping me to reobtain my vehicle even though there plans were to sell it for little $ to junk yard I offered them 3 times what they would get from junking it and they still would not budge.($$$ hungry with no regard to ones need for their vehicle) They love socking it too ya when You are already down ..and rude and. Arrogant at the time.. hope u get to experience this kind of hardship someday then maybe. You will show some compassion and Human decency. Hope your car doesn't end up here!!!
We slid off the road due to wet conditions and ended up stuck on a concrete embankment. They responded in no time with the equipment and expertise to quickly get us back on the road with no damage to my vehicle. Totally awesome.
I was stuck in turnpike and needed a tow. While they didn’t have a flatbed available they called five other local providers until they found one that could help. Amazing customer service and very kind!
They don't usually do this kind of work, but Jeff himself came out, and got my truck out that had been sitting inside Richloam WMA for two days. He first tried with his personal truck, but then sent a wrecker. An expensive mishap, but these guys are the best, and would recommend them to anyone! Quick, professional, and they know what they're doing they're pros! Thank you to Jeff and his team!!! Semper Fi!
