The most ridiculous and unprofessional service ever. They treat customers with complete indifference. You always have to wait and call them over and over again. It feels like they just don't care about you. I strongly recommend staying away from this place

They are thieves if I can I would have give zero star . They towing my car on Sunday I go pick it up on Monday they made me pay $360 for that just the towing nothing else they are really rude . Before taking my car I ask him how much it’s gonna be he told me I don’t know and he knew he couldn’t say it . The worst things they don’t take card only cash cause they are really good at what they doing , I didn’t have money at all only credit card so they threatened me to put this on my license if I don’t pay cause I said its so unfair what they doing
If I could give zero stars I would. Took several police officers and the clear advice from an attorney to get this company to release my friends truck. Yes, he was arrested, unfortunately, due to a clerical error with his Work Permit (which soon you will be able to see as the charge will be cleared)
This company feels that they are above the law. They refused with flimsy excuses and justifications that were actually blatantly AGAINST THE FLORIDA LAWS AND STATUES. As I stated, the sheriffs / police had to come out physically to the location to advise them to release the vehicle as they were not within their right to hold it. This was after a deputy had been in contact with them over the phone and told them they had to release it, my friend had a text from the deputy confirming this and this company out right LIED and said that the deputy told them NOT TO RELEASE IT.
This was a Newer Chevy Silverado 3500 quad cab diesal duelly, ( if you know trucks you know the value) and it was obvious they had their eye on keeping it. Sorry that you couldn't get away with what you clearly do all the time to others because you met your match with someone who actually knew what they needed and knew their legal rights and your legal obligations. The proper channels have been contacted to report you.

We had truck side swiped while parked on the side of I 75 north bound with some plastic damage , this tow company arrived prior to police officer i dont know how but they did , trailer hooked to tractor wich suffered some plastic ferring damages and a bad front tire , trailer did not receive any damages was loaded with 4 pallets ,we asked if we can pick up trailer from tow yard but they said no because trailer was not able to be moved , if it could not be moved how did it get towed to tow yard, they didnt use dollys , we know because we own a tow company also, their excuse was now they have to wait for insurance company to do their inspection prior to releasing the trailer but trailer was never touched no damages , all they wanted to make money on storage among other charges they said they could transfer 4 pallets to another trailer wich they charged about $1275 for 4 pallets to another trailer wich we had to do , made them a deposit payment of $5300 7 days later to pick up trailer but the lady wich answers calls she said she can see the deposit on the account but funds have not cleared that we have to wait another 8 days hmmmm more charges of storage fees , well after 14 days of trailer encarceration after $5700 dollars later we finally got our trailer back , these people are crooked beware dont even call them for a flat tire they might tell your car is no good has to get towed , also the lady the answer the phone hmmm shes a character and not a good one . all sorts of bad attitude , Stay awayyyy ... After all they charged us for a bad tire and rim $600 wich was the only damage the trailer had supposedly, so trailer was kept for 14 days for a bad tire hmmm.sounds interesting to me . good luck if you run into these people apply for a loans to change a rim and tire .
You guys refused to work on me with any Pricing when it came to my situation with getting hit and run... You told me if I didn't pay you'd put a lien against my license. We'll, I paid the fine, and there isn't a car dealer or Buy here pay here that can get me into a vehicle. Which I would have been able to afford if I could've delayed or made payments on the ticket which both of were refused by you.. So now I get to be destitute, No car, gonna lose my job, and don't have the money to pay my bills in the next month. Congratulations. Your company will be the cause of my death. So I'm gonna sit here and Rot to death. Hopefully sooner than later because I got hit and run and the Highway Patrol that saved me called you. They should have let me die. I'd have been better off. You guys suck.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Our company’s vehicle was towed to this facility, and they have refused to release it to one of the rightful owners without any valid justification. The only conclusion we can draw is that this discriminatory treatment is based on the owner's Hispanic background, making this company’s actions appear blatantly racist.
We are currently pursuing legal action against them for their unfair and unethical practices. I strongly advise staying far away from this establishment and never doing business with them under any circumstances.

It is a fairly easy read but if you dont understand it perhaps an attorney can assist you in comprehension. You are correct we have tried to acquire information multiple times but that is because you refuse to provide the documentation you claim to have. It would be a really short phone call if someone would agree to send it but instead the questions have been repeatedly dodged and, despite asked in a calm objective demeanor, responded to with yelling and being hung up on…twice. Love to know what on my end was false, however on your end, Carey said you did not have documentation of police interaction so interesting your statements conflict now that communication is public. Prove your actions are legal by providing the rate sheet, record of communication, and bill of sale and other documentation as required by 713.78 Florida Statute Section 20(d) which has now been requested via phone, email, writing, and google review. Or continue making non-backed charlatan statements that I will continue to retort with facts and legal references while proving your actions were illegitimate.
Me and my Fiance have both been trying to contact this company as a lien was put on her car and we wanted some more information. Unfortunately “Carey” who answers the front desk refused to answer my questions. I asked some simple information questions and she quickly became increasingly annoyed and kept raising her voice. As I asked for a rate sheet as is legally required to be provided by the tow company, she responded “I have people in front of me and dont owe you anything” and then she hung up. I called back and said I would give one more chance to provide the documentation required by (CS/CS/HB 179) before reporting her and taking legal action to which she hung up again. I’d like to get the situation resolved calmly if someone from your team, who does not share the same demeanor, is willing to have a discussion before I have to reach out to the proper authorities.
These people care for their customers. I'm stranded at home with 2 blown tires, very sick and need to get to a doctor. I called Wayne and 20 minutes later Lucky shows up, takes tires off and took them to the shop to replace them. Customer service is lacking these days but Wildwood Auto gets a perfect 10. Thank you team.
I use this repair shop for many years sometimes you have to wait a moment but for sure for sure you always get your car back working all right no repeat go back any kind of problems they are the best in town.. The staff is wonderful.. 10 out of 10
I took my vehicle to this location for an oil leak. They stood with my truck for a week and a half. They told me that my truck was ready within two days. I noticed the leak on the ground the same exact leak that I took it in for I let them know, they asked me to bring it back which I did for the second time They stood with my truck for another week. They call me to say my truck was ready within a couple of days. I noticed the leak again but not as much I went under the car to look where the leak was coming from . That’s when I noticed that they had put some kind of metal played with some kind of cotton under the leak, so when the leak hits the play, the Cotton will observe the oil. leak the problem was never fixed. I was deceived and lied to. I do not recommend this location. They will scam anyone else the way they have scammed me I called in for the third time regarding the issue. The secretary had an attitude with me on the phone. She told me that she was going to transfer my call. She kept me on hold for just about 10 minutes when she came back. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND my husband and I were broke down on the florida turnpike and Wayne, the owner, Sent a tow truck to get us off the side of the road and went to great lengths to try to get our vehicle fixed and us back on the road. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix and parts had to be ordered and work will be completed this week. I would recommend them 100% to anyone . GREAT PEOPLE!!!
We did used these place to replaced one drive tire. Service was done and driver left. Next day at truck stop doing oil Change and Loves mentioned that tire on the truck install wrong size. We found out Tire are 11R which are different from rest of the tires. Loves make us to buy another tire because says DOT will give us Vilation. We calle dthe shop to let them know. They dont want to do anythink. We are miles away from them with wrong tire. Owner was using bad words and says she have no IDEA and she needs tire back to take a look. DO NOT USE THEY Service, They dont stay behind they JOB.
Justin did a phenomenal job moving our shipping container. It was not in an easy area to get to and I even suggested he give up and we could try a different route, but he was determined and got it done!! we called them for winch out the truck , we are away only 3 miles away from them and we agreed to pay $675 for service. They came and job has been done. They called me and told me that my driver needs to go to the Pilot to cash out the EFS. I do not why they has pulled my truck over to their office and asked Money then as i usual i had them send me invoice to release the money from EFS account. The lady agent was yelling like they do not have invoice and asked payment asap and she threated to me with inbounding. i was speaking with her beautifully and tried to pacify then asked a question like can '' I get a receipt at least as long as you get the payment '' she said NO , I am done. They were pushed my driver to inside the yard and impound it for no reason , trust me guys it is a beautiful way to over charge carriers. It is clear that after impounding of truck they demanded 2X money to released the truck. Trust me guys have never seen like that towing companies that asking money for no reason on top of that no communication at all no explanation at all just charging you over and over. After all, we did a payment 2X then they gave us Invoice, I don't know that's a laughing or what.

Our expedition had been sitting on the side of the Florida turnpike for 20 hours trying to find a tow company to pick it up, We finally came across wildwood auto & wrecker service & they had our vehicle picked up & delivered to its destination safely within a hour. Needed a tow for our 40 ft diesel pusher motorhome. They were there within 30 minutes. The driver was extremely professional and went over everything he was doing. He towed our coach to a transmission shop that we had contacted in Ocala. I am very pleased with the service we received and would recommend Wildwood Towing to anyone.
Hired these scammers for a 5.2 mile heavy truck tow (15mi according to them). They charged us $975 which is inflated by $475.00 and when we asked about it, were hung up on and threatened repeatedly. They kept telling my driver that they were going to inpound our truck if he didn't pay by cash or comcheck (no recourse payment methods?) while we were attempting to pay the bill with their office by credit card which involved filling out autorization forms ect. They gave a very vague invoice with no details or line items, just weird pricing. What they did is criminal and we will be filing complaints. I would strongly suggest finding a different provider.
Update: Like I stated before these people are scammers. A company credit card can be used by any authorized signer for that account, which I am an authorized signer for Light Theory LLC, the credit card and auth that was sent to you. By your own admission in your response, the charges (fraudulent at best) should have been $875, but you charged us $975 without an estimate before performing any services. You used threats and high pressure tatics to get us to pay for services we did not agree to or were made aware of before they were performed. If it took two hrs for payment (which it did not) it was because of your antics. Rest assured complaints have already been filed and if not resolved that way a suit will follow and include slander. We were victimized by your company.
These guys are scammers do not use them. it took 4 trips there to get my car out of there they said they would bill my insurance company then when my towing company came they would not release car so I hand to run out there then they made me pay cash even thought they take credit cards. Never use them cars go in but never come out they suck also when I paid they blocked my truck just to mess with more. Hire them at our own risk.
Called the place up on a Sunday and was able to get my blown tire on my semi trailer very quickly and efficiently upon getting to their place and the person replacing the one noticed that I actually needed another one as well. And was able to get both done quickly and efficiently and got an amazing deal. Thanks again for the help and great job. Would definitely recommend for service
Car wouldn’t start after stopping near Wildwood on our way home to Illinois. Driver came and assessed to see if it was just the battery but it wasn’t so we got towed to a dealer nearby. The driver was so kind and they were quick to get us taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a tow in this area. Price was fair too.
We had just packed up the car after visiting relatives in Florida. We’re from Michigan and were heading home. However, we only drove about 10 miles and had a significant front brake failure. The front brake locked up and the car was not drivable. A friendly Sheriff’s deputy lined up a tow from Wildwood for us. It was close to our location and he stated they had a great reputation. When they found out we were on a long distance trip, they indicated they would look at it early that afternoon. Although the damage could have been much worse, Wildwood started working on the problem that afternoon despite what looked like plenty of other work already in the shop. Unfortunately the problem required a part that wouldn’t be available until the next morning. The part arrived and Wildwood worked on it right away. By around 10:00 a.m. the car was fixed and we were on our way. The price charged for labor and materials was fair. Wildwood made a very stressful situation come to a quick resolution. Can’t thank them enough! Great job!
Thank you for your patience with me. You towed my truck at my request what originated through my own lack of good judgment as I had ingested a chemical to stay awake and had an adverse reaction, ending up in the hospital. My choices got me there by grace of the Lord and officer as well as community. I was careless and walked 4.5 miles to get the vehicle as I did not plan ahead and determine where they were. Bring cash though as in my situation, that was only currency acceptable. They towed my truck full of possessions from a busy parking lot and kept everything safe while I was in a hospital. They were pleasant and kind when I arrived, allowing me to get into the vehicle and obtain necessary documentation. I am very grateful for the help of all in this chaotic situation I had created. I can't say enough good things about Wildwood Auto Repair and Wrecker Service. Our F250 Diesel died on I-75 on a Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. I found them thru a google search, called and they came and picked up the truck. They graciously allowed my husband and our 3 Labradors to wait in the lobby of their Closed business while I tracked down a rental car and came back to pick them up. We picked up the truck a couple of days later and it quickly died again. Not ideal but it happens. They came and picked up the truck again, and called a few days later to say it was fixed. They never charged us for the second tow - or the second repair, stating that they should have caught it the first time. These fine people could have taken advantage of us when we were vulnerable and did not. I highly recommend them!!!
