I give them a 5 star rating because of the tow driver, Steven. What an unbelievable young man in the way he handled my situation. The first company sent to us was the wrong type of tow truck to fit through the parking garage 7' only clearance. Kling was the second tow company our insurance company called. But unfortunately it was also too big. When I started to rant & rave over the mistake this young man held his composure & explained he was sent out by a dispatcher with only our location. He even called his company to check on an appropriate truck & also spoke to my insurance company. He was willing to stand by until we were able to get a solution to our problem & insisted he run and get us some cold beverages we were out in 96 degree weather but he kept us calm and cool. If he's an example of Kling towing, they have some real jewels working for them.
The guy that came was amazing. He called ahead and knew what he was dealing with. As soon as he got there, he jumped right in and got it started in minutes. He gave us his best knowledge, and we went on our way. I wish I could remember his name. I definitely recommend kling towing!
When the address my insurance company gave me for a repair shop turned out to no longer be a repair shop, my Kling driver found a place still open on a small town nearby on a Saturday evening, and got me there just in time to get my car repaired before they closed. #grateful

Got to my location very quickly. My battery went dead snd he got the car started. I drove to my mechanic and got a new battery. The towing guy was clear and informative. Great!

DJ came to tow our Santa Fe to our home in Leesburg. He used a crew cab tow truck so that myself, my partner and our service dog could ride comfortably. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to use your services again, and will recommend you to others.
Waited nearly 3 hours Wednesday afternoon. The truck couldn’t get here in time to tow the car from my house to my mechanic’s shop. Rescheduled for the next morning at 8am sharp. Truck didn’t arrive until 8:45. Finally delivered to the shop at 10:00. Unsat.

I called to get two abandoned vehicles off of my property late one afternoon. They were busy which I understand so I had to wait for available drivers. When they were in route to my property I was not there and they were more than polite and respectful with me. I told them where the vehicles were located and that I was on my way. By the time I got there they were finishing up securing the last vehicle had me to my part and then they were on their way. I will definitely use them again and refer them in the future. We used State Farm to dispatch a tow truck to us. They sent us Kling towing. Kling called us right after we were notified that a tow truck had been dispatched. Steven showed up in about 20 minutes, loaded us up and we were on our way! I was very satisfied!
Kling has taken excellent care of me over several long distance tows now. I like pain so I buy slightly older German cars and live in Wildwood where there isn't a great network of service providers for these cars when I can't fix something myself. Kling brings them down to the big cities for me, and they do it with nice modern equipment, always a friendly call from dispatch to give me an ETA and just really excellent drivers who are quick and efficient and load up the vehicles with care and get them delivered safely. They're a top tier business that excels in their field.
The employees of Kling towing were extremely helpful to me and my sister in law when her car broke down. The service was amazing from the first phone call to the final hand shake with the tow truck driver Kegan. Kegan was extremely helpful and patient with us and even took a few minutes of his times to explain certain things in regard to what was going on with the vehicle. The whole experience was great. They helped me tow my truck back to my house. They were there to pick my truck up less than 30 minutes after I called them. John was very friendly and communicated well with me during the process.
Ryan was great! Very nice and definitely went the extra mile to get my car home to me. One of the best towing services I have ever used. Ryan made the process of getting my car back to me as smooth as can be. Definitely will use the company again in the future.
I see some other negative reviews but my experience with Lloyd today was fabulous! I had a total flat from accident debris, waited the amount of time predicted by Porsche Roadside (90 mins) Talked to Kling three time in the phone. Lloyd was last one who called and gave me a specific arrival and description. He loaded my car with skill and was super communicative throughout. I rode with him to the dealer who also said he was their recommended guy if I’d asked. Thank you so much for making a crazy Monday better. I actually know who I’ll call again if I ever need to while driving I-75 or the Turnpike.
