I would just like to give a shout out if appreciation to the staff at this store yesterday morning! They were super helpful when I came in stressed out and needing help with codes to fix my issue. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care off from walking through the door to finishing what needed to be fixed!
Jared the store manager and Charles in Commercial go above and beyond to make sure a customer gets back on the road. They helped with an online order issue and our customer couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this store for all of your auto parts needs. They will make sure you are taken care of and are a very respectful group.
I came in today for a brake light. Usually the guys aren't supposed to fix or help fix stuff but Joey that works here. Young gentleman was kind enough to help me and I was very very happy about that. Next time you come in ask for Joey

I walked in your store this evening looking for a couple of items. I knew what I wanted and where it was at the store. the gentleman approached me ask me what I wanted not what did I need I told him I was all set he huffed and went back behind the counter. when leaving the store without making a purchase he told me it was an idiot and apparently I didn't know what I was looking for. just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know what I'm looking for. In fact the product I was looking for you did not have the quantity that I needed on the shelf. I asked about ordering and he told me you didn't do that. So now I'm off to your competitor
I came in today to get help with my car lights and kind of more on my car but Lexi was giving me the best service and I’m really greatful for that because I would have never done it by myself. She was really great help and just the best employee that was on top of it. Thank you!
Lexi was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I stopped in and spoke to someone who greeted me with a smile. She assisted me in finding new headlight bulbs and windshield wipers. Thankful for you !

2 guys working on a Saturday afternoon. Line incredibly long. 1 of them fixing a car in the parking lot for over 30 minutes that I was there. I'd still rather wait here than go to AutoZone.
I got the part I wanted this morning. It was a brake light switch. $60 plus tax. I could have gotten it tomorrow for $15 in Amazon prime. Seems like a huge profit to me. I don't understand.
It was a good experience with the sales representative he was most helpful. I am a bit dismayed by the fact that they carry the spark plug,the oil,and oil filter,and battery but not the air filter for a gas powered golf cart.
Beyond spectacular service. Jared is the manager. From my first phone call, he was incredible. He explained the battery I needed, and even told me AAA likely had one if I used them for a jump. I got the bad news from AAA that I only had car service. I drove to see Jared with the bad battery, which saved me $20. As I was leaving after buying, he chased after me to ask if I was a veteran. He went back in, re-did my deal and gave me $21. And talk about nice!!!! The competitor sold me the wrong battery when I went there by mistake. Don’t go anywhere but here for auto parts!!!
The best retail customer service experience I've had in years! The knowledgable salesperson answered my many questions and helped me make some informed decisions, things to look out for. A+ number one service and multi-tasked helping many people due to incoming storm many customers needed help quickly but nobody got overlooked. Thank you so much!

1st man, came and looked at the part I needed and then sold me the wrong part. (Instead of saying "idk" or "check your owners manual" nothing.)
2nd man wouldn't return it bc I didn't have my ID on me. Fine. I understand policy. Come back the next day with it.
3rd man was going to return my money without even asking for my ID but didn't have $150 in cash so turned me away and said "oh well, try again later".
Extremely Polite and helpful staff. Clean. Organized. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair handicap accessible parking lot and entrance. Usually has what I need in stock if not can quick order.

Best Auto Parts store in Bushnell! They always have what I need and always recommend more stuff for my project(s). If I'm never to sure about something, they are not afraid to help me out. They are all very friendly, very patient and always willing to help out every time I go in.

The best auto parts store in Florida, hands down. Brandon is an absolute professional. He took the time to help me diagnose various issues on two of my vehicles and provided me sound parts purchasing advice. This is the perfect place for DIY auto mechanics. They have a huge stock of parts and if they don't have something they know where to get it quickly. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get the right item and they tell you what to watch out for. Sometimes they even show you what to do if you need help. This is always my first stop when I start a repair project as i often find out that I was wrong about something and they help me avoid the problem.
This store is well organized and they almost always have what I need. If they don't they order the part and it arrives within days. Everyone here is quite friendly. None of them seem to try talking you into spending more than you want. They seem to genuinely want to help each customer.
We enjoy having Stan and Brandon take care of our needs. They are knowledgeable and keep the store clean and neat. Helpful with diagnosing problems also! They do offer assistance with wiper blades and batteries!
