A C Salvage JunkYard in Port St. Lucie (FL)

Let me start by saying the customer service here was amazing! As soon as we walked in we where greeted at the office by Tony though it was a very hot day he walked us all through the yard showed us inventory and spoke very knowledgeable about Ford and answered every single question we ask! Though they where very busy with many calls from other clients he managed to give customer service perfectly and politely to those on the phone and us with him I highly recommend this yard they have plenty inventory and definitely are not an average yard! Who would have ever guessed that my experience at a yard was so much more enjoyable than a dealership! Prices were respectful and the way we were greeted and treated was very comfortable! Thank you Tony again nice to meet you !

Stay away from this place!!! The owner, Kim, is the most obnoxiously unapproachable person that I've encountered in quite some time. I needed a transmission job completed. He quoted me $1200.00 and requested 50% up front to pay for parts. I counted out $600.00 in cash on a Friday. I was told to drop my truck off on the upcoming Monday for service. I came back on Monday only to be told parts haven't arrived yet. I was told they would be in later that day. I came back on Wednesday morning to give them a full day (Tuesday) to call me once parts arrived, and I never received a call. This went on for a full week. So, when I asked for a refund on my cash deposit, since no work was performed. I was only refunded a $200.00 check and $100.00 cashapp (((Sketchy))). I never received service for my vehicle and only refunded half of my deposit. This was the most unprofessional experience I've encountered with a business. This owner, Kim, is a crooked fast talking scam artist. In my younger days, I wouldn't have bowed out so gracefully. Thank goodness for growth and maturity. It bothers me every time I ride by this place of fraudulent business, knowing I let him take advantage of me financially. I enjoy my freedom, so I didn't want to go the hostile route with my own personal conflict resolutions. Stay away from this business!!! Scam Tactics!!! Unprofessional Customer Interactions!!! Highway Robbery of potential customers!!!! I will be reporting this event to the BBB. I refuse to let this even go unnoticed. Hopefully I prevent someone from the burden I had to deal with when looking for an honest, professional mechanical experience. 👎Terrible business! Terrible service! Extremely Terrible Owner(Kim)!

I purchased a starter from AC salvage, when I first went into the shop the guy waiting on me told me they did not have the part I need it, so the Asian guy told him to never say that, and told me they did have the part for me, I know that's right off the part didn't look the same as my starter, but I purchased it and try to install it but it wouldn't fit, I returned the part back two AC salvage, in the Asian guy refused to give me a refund or in exchange, so therefore I called the police, the police noticed that the part did have the marking from AC salvage but told me they could not do anything about it I would have to take him to small claims court

If I could leave a 10 star I would ! Tony is the man ,professional attentive and full of knowledge especially when it comes to fords answered every question and did not make us feel like there where to many lol walked the entire yard even though it was beaming hot and showed and explained all inventory made a list for us and we will be back to pick up parts also the prices are fair highly recommend this yard ! Thanks again for making the process smooth.

I went there for a rim for our F150. But I was told they only deal with larger vehicles. Didn't have them. But the guy there was very friendly and willing to help if he could.

Thank you Ordered a front drive axle for a 2004 f250. The staff was more than helpful. Ask them to tape the u-joints up and package appropriately. They were more than willing to. I received my order in a timely fashion. Pricing was where it should be “fair”. I would recommend doing business with A C salvage. Very good people. I was able to install and hit the off-road trails same day of receiving my order. I want to thank all the employees at AC salvage for the service you provided. Very knowledgeable staff as well.

That place is the worst thing I bought an engine and it was broken they didn't fix it and they broke other parts of the car I don't recommend this place to anyone

I call AC Salvage checking on the price of the engine compartment fuse box panel. At first the gentleman I spoke with told me that they sell it for up to 1600. I told him that the part brand new at the dealer goes for $1200. He said that the lowest he can go was 1K. This people must be smoking something there, you can search online and get this for a lot less way under 300 dollars. Just seems like they like to price gauge their parts. I would be very careful. I call him back and informed him of the difference of price just told me to go ahead and get it. Just hate when individuals take advantage of others, but hey what goes around comes around. I drove all the way to Ft. Pierce because I was told one price by "Tony" to find out when I got there the owner said it would cost me 200.00 more to do the same job I was quoted by Tony. I'm not into bait and switch. This place (owner) has bad integrity. Before he has someone out side of him quote prices, all employees should be on the same sheet of music or honor the price given. I traveled a long way to do business! Customer beware...... Rick

I found this place while delivering a load to pompano beach fl and called them to see if they had a backglass for my 2000 dodge ram. They did and i told them i would be there in 30 minutes. They had it waiting for me by the door. Great service with good attitudes and the part fit perfect. They even made room for me to park my 53ft truck and trailer. Thanks guys.

I was very disappointed. they try to sell me a 6.7 Engine and would only turn halfway. when I ask the Owner he was very mad and started to curse me out . Did not want to give me a refund because he said he was selling me a long block. the Guy in the Front was very nice and professional , the owner was yelling at him and was cursing at him to. The want to sell bad parts and not warranty. so basically I was going to trow away $2000.00 on a bad long block.. the owner is really sneaky. he only turn the engine a little when I ask if I cound turn it he was acting like I did not trust him.. thanks GOD I try to turn it. if not I would have been stuck with a bad motor. .I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY... I hope this will help someone to not get scamm

The owner is very smart and informative on his business as well as kind and supportive to the customers. His facebook is pretty well managed by the owner. I usually communicate with him through it whenever I would like to. Very reliable pricing and delivery of the product. He loves his bussiness. Great!

Beware, reviewers down below are confusing this place with uncle tony's u pull it. Tony's is awesome. I have called and been to AC salvage several times over the years and the bad reviews are correct,they stink of bad business and overpriced

Can’t say enough about how awesome this place was, Mr. Kim and Tony were amazing people and super helpful. Will be visiting for all my super duty needs.

I took my truck there to get the transmission rebuilt because overdrive didn't work. They charge me 1600 and said it would be ready in two days. They had to take it back out five times and take it back apart trying to get reverse to work. Reverse worked fine when I drove it there. Finally they gave up on my transmission and bought a junk yard transmission with 90000 miles on it and put that in. They told me they would warranty it for 90 days, but they still wanted to keep the 1600. A junkyard transmission is around 400 and cost 4 to 500 to put it in. They also replaced the oil pan gasket and then started the engine without putting the oil back in. I had to go tell the service manager to go stop them. My engine already had 246000 miles on it so I'm sure its toast now. So they test drive the truck and everything works fine but they won't give me my truck back. Instead they hand me a receipt for a refund to my card and then tell me to go get cash. DONT GO THERE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT.

It’s not very often I go to a salvage yard and make a purchase, but when I did for the first time the employees were super friendly and helpful. From beginning of my purchase to the end. I also had tons of questions regarding safety and reliability but they were patient with me and gave me all the answered I needed. Thumbs up to you guys!

They make you call for every part price and they are higher than everyone else that lists their price on car-part website which is a national database of junk yards, I really don't know how they are in business other than convenience but I chose to go to Vero and save lots of money and get the part right when I got there (owner said they would start pulling it right away) instead of waiting for the guy at AC to pull it after I got there. If you want to save time and money then think twice before going to them

Would not bring them anymore work ever. What they said and what they did are two different things.. got my vehicle back from a transmission rebuild ..the guy at the front desk said they were going to change everything out clutch plates bands and all sensors and solenoids. I was still having a problem with the vehicle so I took it back Within the warranty period... after they had it for 3 days they proceeded to tell me that the torque converter clutch solenoid was faulty and told me it was a used one. And only wanted to put a new one in for extra money.. I don't know about you but that seems like bad business practice to me to tell the customer that you're going to change everything out to brand new and then try used parts.. I will never go back there ever

I have had nothing but a great experience with these guys for 3 years. Their prices are fair, way below dealer & service is also top notch & fairly priced @ $ 50/hour.

Quoted me $650 for a transmission over the phone, when i got here from Miami this guy wanted $1100. Nice way of doing bussiness guys. I ll recomend you not to trust a guy like this.
