I have been using this Midas through four different owners for many years. I've always found them to be honest, fair, and reasonable. My most recent time using them was last week and they were generous with both their time and explanations about the problems with my car. The new manager at least knew to me.Tom even helped me to my car with my walker.
First off - If I could rate my service with Brenda 10 stars instead of 5. I would. Very helpful and informative from the beginning. Also provided me with a competitors price match, she picked up my call after they closed just to speak with me and help me decide on how to proceed with my vehicle before they closed for the weekend. She went above and beyond and eased my mind when it mattered the most. Having your vehicle down is a headache enough and paying for what’s needed can be challenging so having someone like Brenda who truly cares to help you is such a breath of fresh air. I’d recommend her and Midas to anyone. I felt helped and seen as a customer in a very genuine way, thanks again Brenda.
