I had an issue that they stayed late to repair. I came in 45 minutes to close with stud and lug nut issues and the staff manager stayed late just to get it done because I had kids with me and you didn’t want me to drive like that. Very grateful. 10/10 recommend as far as service. Expensive but good customer service
Every time I visit this location they always treat me right. Suspension work is solid. No overselling, transparency and they always have great discounts. The team is knowledgeable and very productive.
Trustworthy - they always do their best and keep my car running on a budget. I appreciate that they try to fix it and save you money. Trust is everything with a mechanic so it’s the highest praise I can give them. I have used them for years and will continue to.

I brought my vehicle to Midas and was offered EasyPay Leasing as a “payment option.” What they don’t tell you is that this program is extremely predatory.
My repair cost about $2,122.97, but under their EasyPay agreement I am locked into paying $5,558.67 — more than 2.5 times the actual cost. This is not an interest rate. It is a trap. Even if you try to pay it off early, you are forced into thousands more than the real value of the work.
Any company that is willing to financially screw customers this badly should never be trusted with your business or your vehicle. If they are comfortable turning a $2,000 repair into a $6,000 burden, they are not looking out for their customers — they are exploiting them.
And Midas cannot excuse themselves by saying “that’s the financing company.” Midas is responsible for partnering with EasyPay, advertising their services, and pushing customers into these predatory agreements. If you promote and do business with a company that operates this way, you are equally accountable for the harm it causes.
This is deceptive, harmful, and is considered illegal. Do not bring your car here. Do not give them your money. Protect yourself and stay away.
Just returned from getting my brakes and tires done at the Port St. Lucie branch of MIdas. I had 2 tires replaced two months ago for $200. I had two more tires replaced last week for twice the amount $400 (same exact tires). At that appointment I spoke to Chris and at Chris' recommendation I had all four pads and rotors replaced on my brakes. ($900?).
I dropped my car off this morning and was told that I would be picked up when it was complete. I got a call at 11:23 stating they would be by to pick me up. I waited almost an hour until 12:13, called back and they had no idea who I was, so I told them that I would just walk. What a complete waste of time. I blame myself for trusting a franchise shop, Chris in particular, but I am new to the area and didn't know better. No one took any responsibility for the situation. Buyer beware, especially if they tell you they will give you a ride. I will research a trustworthy shop next time.
Excellent customer service!! The staff is so knowledgeable and nice. Chris Gomez, in particular, was so helpful and personable. He looked out for us and even worked hard to get us a great deal on services. We will definitely return especially because of him.
Definitely say their service is great but judgement isn’t the best I was refuse service cause I didn’t want certain job done. So I left and went somewhere else that would do the job.
I normally schedule my appointments online but I didn't get a confirmation email nor a call back so when I went in, I was informed to just come in anyways even if I don't hear back from them regarding an appointment.
I asked for a service maintenance quote print out. I've been to this location twice for my vehicle now my daughter has a car and she'll be coming here as well.

Great experience here…Tom was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Plus they got my car in and out way faster than I expected so I’ll definitely be going back next time my car needs service.
First off - If I could rate my service with Brenda 10 stars instead of 5. I would. Very helpful and informative from the beginning. Also provided me with a competitors price match, she picked up my call after they closed just to speak with me and help me decide on how to proceed with my vehicle before they closed for the weekend. She went above and beyond and eased my mind when it mattered the most. Having your vehicle down is a headache enough and paying for what’s needed can be challenging so having someone like Brenda who truly cares to help you is such a breath of fresh air. I’d recommend her and Midas to anyone. I felt helped and seen as a customer in a very genuine way, thanks again Brenda.
Totally awesome service they got me ready for my trip to Fort Myers 100% Carla sitting for a good six months and they did everything that needed to be done to get on the road. A few weeks ago i went to work and at the end of my shift I found out my tire was flat. I contacted agencies that fix tires, but i had no luck. I called Midas on US1 and they were able to fix my car the same day. They also found out that i had a steering fluid leak. They fixed it and the noise from my engine was gone. Thank you Midas for the excellent Service.

I saw some of their feedbacks and read that some customers waited 2 and 5 hours for their cars being serviced. It's true, I spent 2 hours for an oil change. 1 hour and 22 minutes before the oil pan went under my car. Before the 82 minutes, they are inspecting the car for other potential services they can bank on. I called 3 days in advance to make 9 am appointment and this morning they couldn't find my appointment. I even called them enroute to remind them I was on my way. A customer before me got my 9 am appointment. In the picture, only one car in the bay, because only one working mechanic on duty. My car sat for another 30 minutes before the remainder of the mechanics showed up to work. Rather spend another $10 and get the 5 minute drive thru oil change.
