From the first call from Craig I knew this would a different car selling experience. It turned out to be a great experience selling my car he showed me what the previous seller didn't mention in the car report. He was very transparent from the start keeping me informed what he found wrong or good with the car. In the end the offer they provided was fair and reasonable. The process was smooth and painless. Met at the appointment time. During appointment, she had a walk-in and she dealt with that person quite well even though the walk-in was quite agitated. Christina was professional but quite personable. She inspected the vehicle, took pictures and communicates with a home office. She gave me an offer and I was comfortable with it. Of course you always want more; however, this is really convenient and smooth. I am very pleased with the service and Christina! She is a very nice person!

That was easy! I had no expectations prior to meeting with WBAC, but I'm sure glad I made the call and kept the appointment. I can only speak of my scenario, and for what it's worth, Craig was superb! I had a car sitting in my garage not being used, and I honestly had no urgency to sell after buying my new car; until now. I need to buy a "commuter" car, so I need the space in my garage. With the new car being delivered in 5 days, I wanted to sell quickly, but not have the hassle of buyers demands, insulting offers, and entitled tire kickers. To my surprise, Craig (WBAC) was very professional, compassionate, and courteous. I expected much less, and was really quite surprised. Next to me was another seller, so I had a preview of what to expect. The process took about 30 minutes before an offer was placed in front of me. I respect the approach taken prior to verbalizing the offer, with the, "This is wrong, this is errored, the paint, and scratches....blah blah blah", so I asked Craig to just get to the offer (I didn't need a soft close). Craig respected what I was asking for a obliged. The offer was a little off that which I was willing to take, and I expressed that. He asked what my expectation was and I shared it with him. He made a couple calls, and in less that 10 minutes we had a deal. The car I sold was 14 years old, 168k miles, no visible body damage, but interior damage, and some mechanical issues (noyhing keeing it from running strong). When my commuter car arrives next week I may take sell my other car. This otehr car is much different, so my expectations will be far different; we'll see. In any care, I had a terrific, painless, and very plesant experience with Craig, and We Buy Any Car. Thank you.

Since I arranged the appointment at the office of webuyanycar with Craig I knew, this whole process will be handled in a very professional manner and without any stress. Arriving on time at there place everybody was concentrating their attention to my project and made it as positive as possible. Of course they checked every detail of my car and the documents as it should be. The resulting offer was clearly explained and right away in my opinion correct. No horse trading or back and forth arguing of different opinions. So we concluded on a fair and acceptable selling price and all the necessary formalities were quickly finished.
