Historically, dealer transactions for me have not been positive experiences. However, the branch manager (CRAIG) who helped me with the truck sale was collaborative, honest and professional. Turned out to be a very positive experience.

Craig in Port St. Lucie was very pleasant and very easy to work with! WeBuyAnyCar had the highest offer for our vehicle of any of the online car purchasing companies we checked out; higher than Carvana, TrueCar, and CarMax. One should be aware that WBAC (and maybe others, too, I don’t know) has a roughly $320 document processing fee (for processing the title transfer and other paperwork) that reduces the net sale price of the vehicle.
We could possibly have sold the vehicle on our own and made more money, but we didn’t want the headache and hassle of everything that would have been involved. We were very happy to do business with Craig and WBAC and were very pleased with the results! We would not hesitate to work with him again.

Met at the appointment time. During appointment, she had a walk-in and she dealt with that person quite well even though the walk-in was quite agitated. Christina was professional but quite personable. She inspected the vehicle, took pictures and communicates with a home office. She gave me an offer and I was comfortable with it. Of course you always want more; however, this is really convenient and smooth. I am very pleased with the service and Christina! She is a very nice person!
