I highly recommend Kauff’s Towing. Unfortunately, our truck broke down on the Turnpike near Okeechobee yes in the middle of no where. I called many tow companies and they either wanted a fortune to tow it back to Fort Lauderdale or plain out wouldn’t even bother. I was finally referred to Kauff’s Towing by a nice gentleman from another tow company. When I called Kauff’s they were very nice and provided me with a reasonable flat rate from the pickup location to my home. Save the stress and time and don’t even bother calling other tow companies just call Kauff’s.

I had to have my car towed from Stuart to Lake Worth. When I tell you the service was remarkable???? IT WAS!!!!! Hired them to load a truck/tractor onto my trailer first thing the next morning. When the arrogant wrecker operator showed up an hour late (his first call of the morning), he said I needed to hire one of their smaller wreckers in addition to him, to get the truck out from where it was sitting. I said no, and that I’d tow it out with my own tractor where he could get to it and I’d do it in less than 10 minutes. He got mad and left! I couldn’t believe it! I towed the truck out of the yard, and up the street a thousand feet using my aluminum trailer ramp on my truck as a tow bar and loaded the truck with an excavator that someone had near by. These guys suck and are a shame to the industry!

My car died on 95 an hour away from home. I called my roadside assistance and they were no help. Then I called AAA and within an hour they were sending Kauff's Towing. I am so glad they did! Dan was absolutely wonderful. My mom had driven to pick up me and my kids. Dan told me where to leave the keys and to start driving home, he would take car of my car. Dan called and texted every step of the way. He gave me regular updates and pictures so I knew my car was safe. He was friendly, understanding and even made the kids and I laugh in the middle of a very stressful and exhausting experience. He towed the car nearly an hour away, late at night, and was nothing but great. When I finally got my car back I found the receipt with a funny note on it in the car. I am so grateful that such a kind and helpful person was available that night. Thank you Dan! Your help was immensely appreciated.

Managed to blow out two of my tires the other night, called to schedule Kauff’s to come out in the morning. Adam was very prompt, let me know he was on his way and was even able to lighten the mood and remain positive despite my current situation! Adam’s keen eye also noticed that a separate tire was not in good shape and would need replacing, which I was not even aware of. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a tow happen so quickly and efficiently and I knew my vehicle was safe with him. He was even able to navigate St. Lucie Battery & Tire’s tight parking lot in the midst of construction.. will never use another towing company other than Kauff’s! Thank y’all!

When my *private school* bus broke down I thought I'd be stuck for hours sitting with it, but Kauffs was very prompt in getting a truck out to me to save me & my bus. My driver, Kyle, was a really great guy... very professional & polite. First thing he did was offer me a seat in the cab (in the A/C) while he got the bus hooked up. I watched him in the mirrors, he made sure to get everything hooked up to the bus correctly for towing, double checked everything and off we went. Being a professions driver myself in very picky about others driving, but he was a very courteous driver and he safely returned me, and my bus, back to my school in one piece. And even got the bus parked where I didn't think it was possible to put it. Great Experience with Kauff's.

I would like to thank everyone that helped me out that night. My daughter got a car accident. We called around for a couple of tow truck companies and no one could help us out. We were 6.6 miles away from Yeehaw Junction . And no one will never come out to help us. I called you guys your dispatcher well I have to say she’s a wonderful person. Not Kauffs fault. My Motorhome was taken in early February. Missing for weeks. Then received bill from Kauff's. Found it ! Then lost it. Then thieves left it at gas pump at service station. Unable to pay to tow 120 miles home. Plus their cost of original bill. Theft of contents and MH $30,000.

Absolutely fantastic service, I usually use Triple A but they didnt have any drivers near me since I was in the middle of no where and sent me this Towing company. I am more than satisfied with them, I had my first accident and hit a hog in the middle of the state and my car broke down when it was like 10 pm at night. I waited for triple A for the longest time and as soon as I did get connected with Kauffs (through triple A) they were on the way! The man that helped me was so nice and explained how bad he thought the damage was and was super helpful. They helped provide the best possible outcome for a young driver like me in an accident. I am so grateful for their service and would 10/10 recommend anytime.

Rude awful people. Our motorcycle had to be towed due to being transported by ambulance to the hospital. Vehicle wasn't parked illegally or stopped for drunk driving, yet we were treated like criminals. There's a way to do customer service so even tho your screwing people, they still leave with a smile. This isn't it. Website says they're open 24 hours. Someone answers the phone 24 hours but it will take over an hour for someone to get there to help you in person.

We started our morning off with the car’s dead battery. Fortunately we have roadside assistance insurance and using our GEICO insurance app we were able to get a towing service to come to our house. Our insurance company sent Kauff’s Towing-Transportation, it arrived in less than a hour after we made the request for a tow truck. The driver was very professional and quickly had our car loaded on the back of his truck bed. He drove me with the car to the nearest tire & battery store, he then unloaded the car right where the store wanted it. Hopefully you’ll never need this service but if you do, I highly recommend you call Kauff’s Towing. They have great drivers, top equipment and fast response time. 🚚
