Gene and Angie have been in this community a very long time and have been there for the residents of SLC on numerous times to help get a car out or tow a vehicle for them. We had a friend that had broke down on the side of the road and needed help, Tow Boys made sure to not only tow the vehicle for her but gave her peace of mind. I too have had a vehicle towed by them and the drivers take care of the hookup and being professional. I have seen the bad reviews and am a little concerned that people get mad about their own situations and don't think about the hard work people are doing.
From the moment Amanda answered the phone, to the time she called back and let me know the tow truck was on its way to my location. She was professional, courteous, friendly, and respectable! She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease.

I was referred to Tow Boys by my auto service JM. I called Tow Boys when my car had a dead battery, and I was locked out. The young woman answering the phone was super friendly, professional and extremely competent. She took my information, gave me a realistic estimate of the drivers arribval time, and I felt confident in my choice of tow companies. Jamie, the driver arrived. JAmie was extremely skilled, professional and friendly- easy to deal with and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He gained entry, taking extra care to avoid damages. He got the car started in no time. And he did so without incurring additioanl expesne and kept my cost to the minimum. I felt he had my best interess in mind. Ther wa no BS, just excellent service. I'd recommend Tow Biys to anyone.
Great service and great people. My truck broke down today on the 95 and they had the vehicle picked up and at my house really fast. I told them that I had a lot of tools in my truck and was concerned about them being stolen so they made sure they got too me asap. Thank you Tow Boys!
Very disappointed. They don't show up. I requested roadside assistance through my insurance and Tow Boys accepted the cal... But never showed up! Reached out several times but dispatch didn't respond. I waited over 3 hours in hopes that my wait time wouldn't restart. Big fail. Just like this company. Disappointing to say the least
Unexpected breakdown while I was pulling a loaded trailer. They were quick to answer the phone, very professional, up front with what I felt was a reasonable price, and kept us updated with the ETA. If I could give a 10 star review I would. I was so nervous having to get a tow by myself late at night but Jean made me feel so comfortable and at ease. He went ABOVE and BEYOND. I have never experienced costumer service like this. I would never call anyone else to tow my car again. I read the great reviews before calling, and was still blown away by the kindness I was shown. Amazing company and amazing workers.

In general I guess you never really look forward to going to a towing yard. Due to some unfortunate circumstances I've had a couple towing issues within the past month. MSA my experience with two boys what is outstanding would be better than ABC towing. The customer service courtesy and extra was much appreciated. If I had to select a towing company again it would definitely be them.
Excellent price to tow fr8m ft pierce to melbourne. The two men that towed it were extremely nice and understanding. Had issues at first due to technology which wasn't their fault. I would highly recommend this company. And thank you again very much!!!
They tow cars illegally from Pine lakes preserve regularly! No signs, curbs, Notice, or any reason! "CLEARLY" a money grab! The lady that answers the phone is the nastiest person to deal with! I reported them and suggest everyone they rip off do the same! They haven't a clue or don't care about Florida law and shouldn't be in business! Just another Florida tow company ripping of the working class community! I hope the owners and staff have a blessed day!
Great service. Needed my vehicle towed from my house to the mechanic and they were able to help get me there fast and at a great price for the short distance I needed to get to. These people here are crooked as can be.
When we called, they said the price to pick up a towed vehicle same day before 5pm is, $247.xx.
When we went to pick up the vehicle, it is now $288,xx to get the vehicle.
I tried to talk to the young woman that the boss gave us this quote, she insisted the quote was not updated. If the boss knows the current pricing hasn't been updated in the computer prior to the person "changing" it not even being in the office yet. Called at 8:30am(person who adjusts pricing comes in at 9:00am)
Why would she quote us the $247 if the Boss knew the pricing wasn't "updated?"
This place is a scam, and should be ashamed it has a county contract with the way they do business. I will be contacting the county commissioner's office to report these shady practices.
UPDATE: They ended up charging us, $249 in the end. After 30 minutes of going back and forth about trying to change prices within 2 hours of being originally quoted. Is this quality business practices?
Anthony was awesome!!! He helped my son with his car and before he towed it he stopped and cleaned my sons dirty headlights. Thank you Anthony for taking the and doing a kind gesture. Also the price for the tow was cheaper then anyone around the psl area.
The lady who helped us out, whose name I can't remember, sorry, was so nice. She assured my daughter things will get better. She stayed late so my daughter could get all her belongings out of her crashed car. She was very personable. Thank you for your help and understanding.
I was stuck at a gas station for over 5 hours, trying to get my car to start. Despite the help of several good Samaritans, we couldn't get it to go. Around 11pm on that Friday night, we started to call every tow company near Ft. Pierce, and must have called 8-10 places, with none of them being able to help us. We got in touch with Tow Boys, and they said they would try to get someone to us within an hour and a half, and much to our surprise, they were there within 30 minutes. The driver, Carl, was extremely warm and friendly and turned what was a terrible experience into one with a good ending.

I think the drivers name was mike, he came even quicker than I expected. Was super super helpful and polite. The company was affordable… I will use them, hopefully I won’t have to, anytime and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Carl was absolutely wonderful, It was the first time I have ever been in the position to call for a tow company and Carl was the one to answer, he was patient with me because I was freaking out, he was absolutely easy to talk too and very helpful. Needed to have my car transported to Sunrise Ford. Tow Boys driver Carl was very personable and professional. The lady in the office was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Needed a tow, got a tow. My clutch master cyl. decided it was a good time to fail and left me a lil(a lot) stranded.
Driver came, driver towed, driver was friendly... The price was fairly reasonable as well. Can't ask for more
Great bunch of guys, came to me very quick when I drunkenly locked my keys in my car while getting some paperwork that could have waited till the next day. Did it for a great rate, tipped the guys $20. You tip your pizza guy $5 to bring your pizza 3 miles but most people don't think to tip the guy bringing your car up to 200 miles, I want my car taken care of so i always tip the tow truck driver.
Professional, courteous, on time. We have been using them for 12+ years and have never had a single issue. Everything from full size pick up trucks to medium and heavy duty tows. Their knowledgeable operators always deliver the best service for all of our fleets.
So, I had my first accident the other week, and they cam to tow my car. Which was great because they showed up fast, but now, a week later, my insurance finally called me back so I called to see how much I owe and it is so obnoxiously priced that I don't even know what to do. And the person who answered the phone was entirely condescending as if I should have known the price. No price for the tow was discussed with me upon pickup. Nor was I informed of holding fees. Luckily and maybe the only saving grace is that they will cover half if we just let them keep the car. Which is fine by me, the thing is totaled. So, 3/5 from me.
3/12/2019, Just bought a car, needed to have it transported. Responsive, Courteous, Prompt, Professional, Good Equipment, Reasonable cost, No problems. Matt the operator was very good. This company is awesome!!! After calling multiple (over priced) companies to help me move my son's truck,Tow Boys got my business. So happy I choose this company!! They saved me a lot of money, Angie the receptionist was very sweet and helpful, the driver ( Arley) was amazing. He was on time to pick up my vehicle and treated my vehicle with respect even though it was broke down. I would highly reccomend this company to any one who wants fair pricing and good customer service. They take pride in their company and work. I called them at 10:30 in the morning to have them pickup my car and bring it to the dealership. I gave them my credit card and called the dealership to let them know. The dealership called me at 1pm and still had not seen the car. Then I called them and they said they were on the way. However 1 hour later and the dealership has not seen the car. I've continually had to call and get updates and they charged me 55 for hookup and 3 per mile. I talked to another tow company. They were looking at 45 hookup and 10 free miles. I wish I would have called them first. I would have given a 1 star but the lady on the phone was nice.
Awesome, timely service even in the middle of a tropical storm. And GREAT RATES, when local. Will definitely recommend them. My driver Gene was the best, concerned for my safety and problems of the car. Very helpful, plus the dispatch lady was very courteous and helpful plus returned all my calls in a timely manner.
