Great experience today with ABC Towing and will use again if I ever need their services. I called and they said it would be an hour and Joe showed up in 20 minutes. He was kind and extremely helpful, it ended up only being a dead battery that he charged for me, not requiring a tow. He told me the best place to get a new battery. I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you ABC Towing and Joe for making a stressed, stranded mom not so stressed!

I just glanced at the first review and I have to concur. I has the very unfortunate experience of having my vehicle towed there. More unfortunately it was over a holiday weekend. They charged me for the days that the business was closed Highly unethical and unprofessional. How can you make a customer pay for a service on a day that you did not offer the service? $500+ on a fixed income literally means that me and my family didn't eat , while they sat fat and happy enjoying the holiday weekend denying me service that I was charged for it. And they claim to be a family-owned business nonetheless. Nice that their family profited while mine suffered. Not only did they profit when they would not allow me to retrieve my vehicle, but not having the vehicle for 5 days ruined the holiday and caused many other unnecessary inconveniences without having access to what was in the vehicle. When I called to verify the total required to take possession, I asked the gentleman if it would be charged for the days they were closed? He confidently and smugly said" yes absolutely" . Compassion consideration and empathy go a long way. I would highly discourage anyone from voluntarily using their services. I'm at peace now however as I know that God and karma ensure that as you do unto others will be done to you.

Last week I broke down with my jeep! It would not start at all. battery jumped it prior and still wouldn’t. I called ABC towing once I couldn’t figure it out. They were quick and very responsive. Operator had a driver out to me within 20mins! My driver was Jon he was awesome! Super cool explained it all to me and got me home safely! I definitely recommend ABC towing! You know who to call! Then updated 8/30/23 I broke down again today and JR came to get me again they got Someone out quick to me not only did they tow my truck but also trailer for me! Thank you guys again! You guys are my go to tow truck company! Very grateful

The price of the towing was reasonable and affordable their service is reliable and dependable and the wait was not than 20 minutes. They sent out This awesome guy out name Jon he was nice and friendly and very kind. The inside of his truck was clean and we got to my home in no time. I just wanted to reach out to my friend Jon , all the way home we talk about God and what was going on in our life we laugh and joke about everything. Although I told PSLPD I had AAA I was too shocked to fight it, lol They towed me. If you get in an accident, remember you have AAA lmfao- this place has nice employees & they treated my car with respect, the $271 ... ugh. Glad I had a ride to get it THAT day. This company are crooks!! You tow someone's vehicle from there residence on a Sunday morning and have knowone available to retreave their belongings? To me this is theft and your rude dispatch girl should be fired with lack of customer service skills. Very convenient your open to yank cars but not to have picked up!! Had my car towed late night Sunday morning. Called to fino out when i could pick it up, and dispatcher was rude and hung up. Now i fini out, that they aren't available on weekend, so my car sits till Monday they list hrs. for 24 hrs. All my personal stuff in car and i can't even get to my car......bad business operation

Pretty sure the owner Mike is giving kickbacks to HOA's. They towed my car for being parked in a visitor spot too long, and he made me pay the fee in cash, when there was a credit card sign right on the window. Not to mention the attitude he gave me about not having cash and how I should have called, when I did call the night before, when they initially towed it. No one said anything to me about needing to pay the fee in cash.

My car threw a belt and i was dead on rd alone with my daughter. They were there in 5 min!!! I had no ride and a HUGE storm with flooding rain started. The driver was so kind. I ran completely out of charge today we ran out of range literally only two miles away from home. Tesla stated there was nothing they could do -Tesla said running out of range was not under their warranty. AAA also could not get a “towing service “ for us to approve the request for a Tesla. After four hours I reached out to ABC and Samantha answered right away and stated there was an ETA of an hour and a half but assured that they would be able to help us. Turns out they were able to get to us at 45 mins and were very helpful. Josh was very nice and was careful with the car knew exactly what to do. Thank you to Samantha and Josh. I hope to not need the tow again but will def save the number and recommend.

I called for road side assistance through my Kia warranty. I got a text that they would be on scene from 60 to 90 minutes. I had a flat tire and was alone and stressed. They arrived in 10 minutes. The technician that came out was very friendly. He changed my tire and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I have never had good experieces with towing companies. However I highly suggest them. Thank you so much ABC Towing. Also please say thanks to the technician. He changed my view on Tow truck companies.

I have had two drivers one was Kyle and the other was Anthony and both of them were so polite and always willing to help I will definitely call them again if I need them and will recommend them to anybody that I know.

ABC Towing was there when I needed to get my car towed from my lower ball joint breaking on me. I didn't end up using them after finding out I have roadside service with my insurance. ABC Towing was very understandable with me when I canceled my tow.

I broke down on my way home from work. I was in Jensen Beach and needed a tow to Ft Pierce. The guy that answered the phone was very nice. The tow truck was there faster than I expected. The driver was very nice. I would recommend them to everyone. I did call other companies that was not so nice and was priced higher. ABC is fast, friendly, reasonably priced and Awesome.
