You think the average person has 200 dollars in cash on them at unnexpted times. I think that stubbornness to change will always put you below the other tow companies. And no I didn't have a chance to call the others. The officers helping me called you. But if you have the option please take your business else where.
My car started running very bad losing power and making loud sounds. kyle was sent out and called to let me know where he was and when he would arrive. The fast response made the situation less stressful.
I was stranded on the side of the road. Booked a tow truck through my State farm app. They sent ABC towing the driver’s name was Cody. I found him to be very knowledgeable and knowing what he was doing and I can’t recommend ABC enough. What a wonderful job thank you.
Got a flat tire on 6/19/2025. I wasn’t sure what my options were since I didn’t have a spare/donut with my 2025 vehicle. I realized that I had a roadside assistance program with Honda. I called the # and was sent a text message link to get my car towed to a local repair place. ABC towing was the company handling this request. I received a call IMMEDIATELY from the dispatcher and they gave me the step by step instructions on what would happen. She said a truck would be at my location and about 7-9 minutes. She was right. Jason showed up and handled my car with care. He took a few pictures for insurance and evidence purposes, which is expected and appreciated. I’m glad ABC towing was able to help in such a short amount of time and the crappy situation.
Hi! This is a Dishonest Lying Company that honestly should feel ashamed to do buisness in this regard. Please Read This review before using this company as I am looking out for you and would much rather you use a company who cares and is helpful rather than lying and scaming. Over the weekend our family had a car accident. We asked them to tow the vehicle to our home and they refused and said that they don’t do that and that they take it to thier impound lot where they charge a daily absurd amount and that we could only come get the vehicle days later. This is where the scam comes in. This is absolutely false, any tow company would’ve towed it back to our house but they made sure to keep it to make money off of us. when I called them when they were open during the week the owner answered the phone and said that actually they do tow it to houses all the time and that he is not sure or believing that an employee told us that. I told him they absolutely did and kept our car from us. I told him to go back to listen to the phone call and he would see what I was saying. He chuckled smugly and said that he wouldn’t help, that the bill is the bill and if we want our car back we pay it. What would’ve been a normal maybe $100 tow fee has turned into a over $500 fee due to them lying and not towing our car to our house but keeping it instead at thier lot. There are amazing Tow companies out there who are so helpful, honest and kind. This one though unfortunately is not that. They are liars, unkind and not honest.
Don't hire them as they'll just do donuts in your yard. Driver is too incompetent to see reflective signs and ran them over too. Our driveway is a loop and they couldn't even do that. Can't tell if their called "abc" either after their favorite liquor store or if that is as far as they could get reciting the alphabet.
I want to thank the guy with the tow truck who stopped on eastbound Crosstown to help me with my disabled Tahoe. Everyone kept passing me, and he was the only one who made sure I was safe. He pushed my vehicle out of the way along with 2 other guys. I never got the chance to thank him.
This company is the absolute worst! Had a flat tire last Thursday on the 20th and called my insurance company for assistance. A guy came and towed my vehicle to Tires Plus on Edgarce Street in PSL around 12:45 pm. When the guy unhooked my car, instead of telling me I'm all set and have a nice day, he came at me with an attitude. Started talking down to me and arguing with me for literally no reason. He was acting like a thug and telling me "go inside, we're done". Really? That's how you treat your customers? What a dope! Eventually he backed down and got back in his truck and drove off. Unbelievable! Not what I expected or needed that day. Totally uncalled for! I called Progressive and told them to take these guys off their list for roadside assistance. Definitely would not recommend these guys to anyone!
when i picked up my car, all the windows and sunroof were open through the whole night during a tropical storm, which i did not open. late model, rare color bmw that now has the whole floor board rusted out with electrical issues. maybe its just a respect thing but id never do that to someone elses property.
ABC Towing immediately came to our rescue when my friend’s car broke down. The manager Mike was very professional and quick to respond to our request for a tow. Then his driver Javier arrived much sooner than we expected, and he put our minds at ease by promptly loading the car onto the truck. Javier went above and beyond to care for the car and to even provide a ride home for us. Kudos to ABC Towing for a job well done! I highly recommend their services; you will be relieved you called them if you are in need of a tow.
I was driving down Indrio Road on Thursday evening, and where the road merges into one lane, an ABC tow truck run me off the road. I was in my lane, he was in the merging lane, and instead of him yielding, he drove up next to me and came over. When I honked my horn, thinking I may be in his blind spot, he flipped me off. Driving next to me, he had to see me. I was doing the speed limit, he was way over…in a school zone. Had another car been coming in the opposite direction, I would have no where to go and there would have been a wreck. I called the company and reported this, and asked for a callback to confirm that the driver was reprimanded. Did not receive a call nor an apology. I had the right of way and was in my lane, minding my own business. Normally, a sheriff is close in the area and I would have reported the driver. Buying a dash cam!
Excellent, very quick service. I called because my battery was dead and I couldn't get into my car at all. They came out in a matter of minutes, got my car opened and jumped it. The driver was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

I just glanced at the first review and I have to concur. I has the very unfortunate experience of having my vehicle towed there. More unfortunately it was over a holiday weekend. They charged me for the days that the business was closed
Highly unethical and unprofessional. How can you make a customer pay for a service on a day that you did not offer the service? $500+ on a fixed income literally means that me and my family didn't eat , while they sat fat and happy enjoying the holiday weekend denying me service that I was charged for it. And they claim to be a family-owned business nonetheless. Nice that their family profited while mine suffered. Not only did they profit when they would not allow me to retrieve my vehicle, but not having the vehicle for 5 days ruined the holiday and caused many other unnecessary inconveniences without having access to what was in the vehicle.
When I called to verify the total required to take possession, I asked the gentleman if it would be charged for the days they were closed? He confidently and smugly said" yes absolutely" . Compassion consideration and empathy go a long way. I would highly discourage anyone from voluntarily using their services. I'm at peace now however as I know that God and karma ensure that as you do unto others will be done to you.
Great experience today with ABC Towing and will use again if I ever need their services. I called and they said it would be an hour and Joe showed up in 20 minutes. He was kind and extremely helpful, it ended up only being a dead battery that he charged for me, not requiring a tow. He told me the best place to get a new battery. I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you ABC Towing and Joe for making a stressed, stranded mom not so stressed!
Pretty sure the owner Mike is giving kickbacks to HOA's. They towed my car for being parked in a visitor spot too long, and he made me pay the fee in cash, when there was a credit card sign right on the window. Not to mention the attitude he gave me about not having cash and how I should have called, when I did call the night before, when they initially towed it. No one said anything to me about needing to pay the fee in cash.
Last week I broke down with my jeep! It would not start at all. battery jumped it prior and still wouldn’t. I called ABC towing once I couldn’t figure it out. They were quick and very responsive. Operator had a driver out to me within 20mins! My driver was Jon he was awesome! Super cool explained it all to me and got me home safely! I definitely recommend ABC towing! You know who to call!
Then updated 8/30/23 I broke down again today and JR came to get me again they got Someone out quick to me not only did they tow my truck but also trailer for me! Thank you guys again! You guys are my go to tow truck company! Very grateful
I apologize for not remembering your drivers name but he was a black man and was super nice as was the person I talked to on the phone and got here in the time ABC told me. If it would help the drive has been with ABC about a year or so. The business as well as the driver were very professional and its nice to know there are still businesses like them. I had the best experience, after braking down. My driver Jon was Fantastic, showed up within 20 mins and was super polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company. And if you get Jon as your driver I know you’ll be in good hands.

My car over heated and Jon showed up to towmy car to my dealership. . He was very kind and gave me a ride in his truck . I felt very comfortable with him and his concern for my safety was much appreciated. Would definitely call and ask for Jon of I ever need towing again.
I called for road side assistance through my Kia warranty. I got a text that they would be on scene from 60 to 90 minutes. I had a flat tire and was alone and stressed. They arrived in 10 minutes. The technician that came out was very friendly. He changed my tire and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I have never had good experieces with towing companies. However I highly suggest them. Thank you so much ABC Towing. Also please say thanks to the technician. He changed my view on Tow truck companies.
My car threw a belt and i was dead on rd alone with my daughter. They were there in 5 min!!! I had no ride and a HUGE storm with flooding rain started. The driver was so kind. He made sure we were safe! He took us in his truck and even drove us home!! I am so grateful! This is a good company with honest people who care! Thank you!!!
I ran completely out of charge today we ran out of range literally only two miles away from home. Tesla stated there was nothing they could do -Tesla said running out of range was not under their warranty. AAA also could not get a “towing service “ for us to approve the request for a Tesla. After four hours I reached out to ABC and Samantha answered right away and stated there was an ETA of an hour and a half but assured that they would be able to help us. Turns out they were able to get to us at 45 mins and were very helpful. Josh was very nice and was careful with the car knew exactly what to do. Thank you to Samantha and Josh. I hope to not need the tow again but will def save the number and recommend.
I broke down on my way home from work. I was in Jensen Beach and needed a tow to Ft Pierce. The guy that answered the phone was very nice. The tow truck was there faster than I expected. The driver was very nice. I would recommend them to everyone. I did call other companies that was not so nice and was priced higher. ABC is fast, friendly, reasonably priced and Awesome.
When my car broke down at Rocket Car Wash, they recommended ABC. The truck showed up within ten minutes! The driver, Junior, was friendly and helpful and took good care of my car. The truck was clean and well maintained, too. I called again to have them tow my car to the repair shop. Got a different driver who was also friendly and helpful. All in all, a good experience. You can't go wrong with ABC!
