ABC Towing JunkYard in Port St. Lucie (FL)

I was driving down Indrio Road on Thursday evening, and where the road merges into one lane, an ABC tow truck run me off the road. I was in my lane, he was in the merging lane, and instead of him yielding, he drove up next to me and came over. When I honked my horn, thinking I may be in his blind spot, he flipped me off. Driving next to me, he had to see me. I was doing the speed limit, he was way over…in a school zone. Had another car been coming in the opposite direction, I would have no where to go and there would have been a wreck. I called the company and reported this, and asked for a callback to confirm that the driver was reprimanded. Did not receive a call nor an apology. I had the right of way and was in my lane, minding my own business. Normally, a sheriff is close in the area and I would have reported the driver. Buying a dash cam!

Amazing service!! He was sent out by progressive, they said up to 2 hours and he was at my car in less than 5 min by the time he got the call! He was super personable and even tried to see if he could see what was wrong with my car!! Above and beyond, and on Labor Day!! Thank you!!! Highly recommend ABC towing! Thank you Kyle!

Great experience today with ABC Towing and will use again if I ever need their services. I called and they said it would be an hour and Joe showed up in 20 minutes. He was kind and extremely helpful, it ended up only being a dead battery that he charged for me, not requiring a tow. He told me the best place to get a new battery. I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you ABC Towing and Joe for making a stressed, stranded mom not so stressed!

Last week I broke down with my jeep! It would not start at all. battery jumped it prior and still wouldn’t. I called ABC towing once I couldn’t figure it out. They were quick and very responsive. Operator had a driver out to me within 20mins! My driver was Jon he was awesome! Super cool explained it all to me and got me home safely! I definitely recommend ABC towing! You know who to call! Then updated 8/30/23 I broke down again today and JR came to get me again they got Someone out quick to me not only did they tow my truck but also trailer for me! Thank you guys again! You guys are my go to tow truck company! Very grateful

My car broke down tonight and Progressive Roadside sent out ABC towing to help me. Kyle was super professional, very fast to respond and he explained everything to me, as he was towing it to the dealer for me. Thank you for having such kind and professional people working for you.

I highly recommend ABC Towing! My car needed a jumpstart and Kyle was there within minutes. He was friendly and professional and gave me advice about how to prevent this from happening again and also where to get my car battery replaced. Very reliable and professional.

I would not recommend this company if I could give them no stars I would psl police had call this company to pick up my car I had ask how much it was to tow at my house is $195 only will accept cash and my house is less than a mile away and on Saturday he states they are not open it will have to be on a Monday for the pick up then states what do I care the insurance will pay for for it .

My car was stuck in a hole by my driveway (i know sounds odd) and the guy who helped me was so nice and provided comic relief to my stressful situation. Definitely a welcoming company who is awesome at their job

I just glanced at the first review and I have to concur. I has the very unfortunate experience of having my vehicle towed there. More unfortunately it was over a holiday weekend. They charged me for the days that the business was closed Highly unethical and unprofessional. How can you make a customer pay for a service on a day that you did not offer the service? $500+ on a fixed income literally means that me and my family didn't eat , while they sat fat and happy enjoying the holiday weekend denying me service that I was charged for it. And they claim to be a family-owned business nonetheless. Nice that their family profited while mine suffered. Not only did they profit when they would not allow me to retrieve my vehicle, but not having the vehicle for 5 days ruined the holiday and caused many other unnecessary inconveniences without having access to what was in the vehicle. When I called to verify the total required to take possession, I asked the gentleman if it would be charged for the days they were closed? He confidently and smugly said" yes absolutely" . Compassion consideration and empathy go a long way. I would highly discourage anyone from voluntarily using their services. I'm at peace now however as I know that God and karma ensure that as you do unto others will be done to you.

The price of the towing was reasonable and affordable their service is reliable and dependable and the wait was not than 20 minutes. They sent out This awesome guy out name Jon he was nice and friendly and very kind. The inside of his truck was clean and we got to my home in no time. I just wanted to reach out to my friend Jon , all the way home we talk about God and what was going on in our life we laugh and joke about everything. You never know how somebody day was going and he made my day brighter and I totally forgot the car was being towed 😁👑🙌🏿 We need more people like him in this world to make the world a better job jon tend to my car also tend to my problems and needs. Although I told PSLPD I had AAA I was too shocked to fight it, lol They towed me. If you get in an accident, remember you have AAA lmfao- this place has nice employees & they treated my car with respect, the $271 ... ugh. Glad I had a ride to get it THAT day. Don't forget you have AAA & call AAA 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I tried calling them to report a towing driver they tail gated me while driving a Lyft Rider it got so bad at the point I turn my hazard lights on after they tail gated me they also cut me off on the road and then ran a red light what's worse I call them and no one answered to get that psycho of the streets there not the only person out working

My car threw a belt and i was dead on rd alone with my daughter. They were there in 5 min!!! I had no ride and a HUGE storm with flooding rain started. The driver was so kind. He made sure we were safe! He took us in his truck and even drove us home!! I am so grateful! This is a good company with honest people who care! Thank you!!!

I apologize for not remembering your drivers name but he was a black man and was super nice as was the person I talked to on the phone and got here in the time ABC told me. If it would help the drive has been with ABC about a year or so. The business as well as the driver were very professional and its nice to know there are still businesses like them. Pretty sure the owner Mike is giving kickbacks to HOA's. They towed my car for being parked in a visitor spot too long, and he made me pay the fee in cash, when there was a credit card sign right on the window. Not to mention the attitude he gave me about not having cash and how I should have called, when I did call the night before, when they initially towed it. No one said anything to me about needing to pay the fee in cash.

This company are crooks!! You tow someone's vehicle from there residence on a Sunday morning and have knowone available to retreave their belongings? To me this is theft and your rude dispatch girl should be fired with lack of customer service skills. Very convenient your open to yank cars but not to have picked up!! I'm hoping the owners read this cause your dispatch hangs up on people. Where u at owner?

Had my car towed late night Sunday morning. Called to fino out when i could pick it up, and dispatcher was rude and hung up. Now i fini out, that they aren't available on weekend, so my car sits till Monday they list hrs. for 24 hrs. All my personal stuff in car and i can't even get to my car......bad business operation

Jon the driver was outstanding!!! He wasn’t just there to show up!!! He really made me feel comfortable and even joked around with me. ABC Towing was quick to show up to get me home. Amazing job on a Sunday afternoon.

I broke down on my way home from work. I was in Jensen Beach and needed a tow to Ft Pierce. The guy that answered the phone was very nice. The tow truck was there faster than I expected. The driver was very nice. I would recommend them to everyone. I did call other companies that was not so nice and was priced higher. ABC is fast, friendly, reasonably priced and Awesome.

I ran completely out of charge today we ran out of range literally only two miles away from home. Tesla stated there was nothing they could do -Tesla said running out of range was not under their warranty. AAA also could not get a “towing service “ for us to approve the request for a Tesla. After four hours I reached out to ABC and Samantha answered right away and stated there was an ETA of an hour and a half but assured that they would be able to help us. Turns out they were able to get to us at 45 mins and were very helpful. Josh was very nice and was careful with the car knew exactly what to do. Thank you to Samantha and Josh. I hope to not need the tow again but will def save the number and recommend.

I called for road side assistance through my Kia warranty. I got a text that they would be on scene from 60 to 90 minutes. I had a flat tire and was alone and stressed. They arrived in 10 minutes. The technician that came out was very friendly. He changed my tire and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. I have never had good experieces with towing companies. However I highly suggest them. Thank you so much ABC Towing. Also please say thanks to the technician. He changed my view on Tow truck companies.

They towed my camper over to LaMesa RV and back the next day.

My car over heated and Jon showed up to towmy car to my dealership. . He was very kind and gave me a ride in his truck . I felt very comfortable with him and his concern for my safety was much appreciated. Would definitely call and ask for Jon of I ever need towing again.

Jon was so knowledgeable and polite. He showed up in the rain and got my disabled vehicle to the dealership quickly. I would happily call ABC towing again if needed!

I had ABC tow my car about a week ago. The tow operator arrived in good time and got my car to my mechanic. We had a slight issue, but Mike the owner made things right.
