Tow masters are not masters of anything. They operate in Florida and do not obey the traffic laws or secure the load. While driving down us1 the “Tow Master” flatbed truck pulled in front or me. As the speed increased rocks were falling off the truck and bouncing off my car. I don’t mean 1 or 2. Dozens of rocks were falling off and pelting my car. I flagged the driver down and I told him that rocks were hitting my car and to pull over and wipe the rocks off. He acknowledged me and kept going. I then called the office. To report the driver not pulling over and wiping the rocks off. While I was at the red light, the office called the driver and asked him about the situation. He looked out the back window and said I don’t see any rocks. I then called the office back and they’re very rude lady that answered, the phone said she was the manager, and she was certain the driver had no rocks on his truck. They dismissed me and hung up on me. This company should leave Florida and go back to where they came from. We definitely do not need people doing business like that in this state. This company sucks and I will continue to tell people not to use them. They don’t care about personal opinion or helping the public. They ruined the front of my $130,000 car and act like it’s nothing. I say they should go back north! Get out of here!

I have to admit, reading these reviews I went over to their office today bracing myself… BUT I ended up with such pleasant woman behind the window. I’m so relieved not only to pay of something that was MY FAULT (not their fault for doing their job) but to know that 99% of these bad reviews are people not taking accountability. Thank you TowMasters for having everything all ready for me when I got there!

The staff their were very helpful getting the items out my granddaughters car and telling us who to call to come haul the car away. I am thankful that they were helpful with that procedure also. Because it could have been a much longer wait and costly if phone calls not made.. Thanks again for all you did.

They have towed 3 of my cars, each time everything went fine, Mike was the guy 2 out of 3 times, he even got my key out of one of them too. Most people don't leave good reviews for a tow company because they figure they are just doing their job, but mad people are for sure going to. There are two sides to every story, I have 5 vehicles and I'm sure I'll be using them again.

They impounded my daughters car but they were so polite and professional. Their drivers are so nice it makes it hard to get mad at them. If I have to pay for my own car again I hope it's Towmasters that tows it. They even left the money I had in my car in the glovebox. Very good company.

My name is on a car that was towed after an accident. It wasnt my accident, it was my exs but I was never made aware of the debt and they never reached out to me. After so long i went to the DMV to change my address and found they had suspended my license! I tried to get ahold of Townasters to see if they could lift this from my side since I wasnt involved with no luck. Ok. Fine. I'll pay his debt because I most definitely dont want a suspension. They only take checks and I live hours away. Ok. So...I mail a check to them and hope it gets there safely or I drive on a suspended license hours to bring payment. The entire time they are rude while I'm trying to work out how I will get this resolved when it's all news to me. It was a bad situation all around.

They picked up my car in a timely manner, but the driver was not able to give me a ride home so I was stuck. It was a Friday night so my car had to stay there over the weekend, and they kept adding on charges for the days the car was on the lot. Then to come find out I owed all this money 2 remove my car which was undrivable and totaled. What was I supposed to do with it. If I left it there the charges would have just accumulated. I was frustrated and not expecting such a high bill. Finally after getting the title at the DMV and money I was released my car. It had to be towed to another location where I was then responsible for selling it or junking it. This is not something that happens to me every day so I had no idea what was going on. After resolving that problem they did recommend an auto body shop that would buy my car, for very little money. I took them up on the offer cuz I didn't know what else to do. I just wish I had known some of this in advance.

I hardly ever write reviews. This company's driver had the worst attitude and customer service. The driver was rude and incompetent. I only needed my car unlocked. This company was sent through my roadside assistance with Geico. Driver refused to open my car because the window has a "lip". The driver stated he's only making $5 off this call. He did say I'll tow your car and you'll have to pay for that. Do not use these people!

Always there when I need them. They get busy sometimes like all businesses, but the cars are always delivered in good condition and free of grease stains. They are my first call for towing.

Complete scam, I was told it would only cost me $125 to get my car out but they failed to tell me that the office was closed the same exact evening which was Sunday so when I came to pick up my car at 8am the next morning when I could actually get ahold of a person in the office, my bill was $287 with all kinds of extra fees tacked on. They put on my invoice that the vehicle was there 2 days but in all actuality it was only there for 16 hrs. And it looked like my car had been rummaged through and everything was all a mess.

This Tow company doesn’t even deserve a star. They came to tow my sons car because the starter went out. Because of their tow truck driver incompetency he did not hook the car up properly and once the car got lifted to the top. The hook snapped and the car went flying and now has exhaust and undercarriage damage. First they tell us no problem we’ll fix it. Now they are refusing to fix any damage that they caused. This is not ok and not ethical. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And trust me I’m not done!!!

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I HAD MY 2005 MERCEDES BENZ TOWED ON 10/2/14 BECAUSE IT WAS STUCK IN NEUTRAL. THE TOWER TRIED RELENTLESSLY TO GET MY CAR OUT OF PARK AND INTO NEUTRAL AND ENDED UP CRACKING THE CASING AROUND MY GEAR SHIFT AND ALSO CAUSED MY EMBLEM IN THE FRONT OF MY CAR TO COME OFF.
