Despite clear communication regarding our location and arrangements, Robert failed to follow directions and arrived at the wrong location. Instead of taking responsibility, he attempted to blame us for his mistake. This lack of professionalism and accountability was concerning from the start. Additionally, he failed to communicate effectively, particularly during late-night hours, which only exacerbated the situation. After waiting over two hours without clear updates, I was left with no choice but to seek assistance from another provider.
When Robert eventually arrived, his behavior became even more troubling. He expressed himself in an unprofessional and hostile manner, including making racist remarks. These comments were not only offensive but also completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a business role. His actions were captured on property cameras, further evidencing his unprofessional conduct.
Furthermore, his offer for service was unreasonably low compared to other companies, and his overall demeanor was disrespectful and dismissive. Such behavior reflects poorly on his character and the business he represents.
This experience has been both upsetting and disheartening. I hope that by sharing this, others are spared from similar treatment. Robert was helpful and communicative during the process of selling our wrecked car to him. We sold the car and it was towed away the day after I called. Would definitely recommended doing business with him.
When I called Robert he answered the phone as if it was a bother. Told him the year, make, model and what was wrong with the car (flat tire and dead batt). He asked how much I wanted? Never sold to a junkyard before so I was unsure and asked him what they can offer. All I could hear was him scream “Jesus Christ PEOPLE MAN”! Then In an aggressive voice asked if it was in a crash? $250.00-300.00! Any way I called Scott, total opposite was out the next day and paid more.
I’m looking for a windshield for my Dodge Dakota and I search junkyard and seen this number. Call this guy and he answered the phone and I asked him if he knew of a junkyard since he doesn’t actually have one himself as categorized on the Google ad and he said he would inform me of a junkyard in the area, but it would cost me to write him a five star review on Google. Long story short I told him well. I gotta call the place and make sure they got a windshield for my truck. And he said well that’s contingent on you leaving me a 5 star review and then I just told him that’s not a way to kinda run your business because I can’t give you a five star review for recommending a junkyard If I don’t know they’re going to have the part long story short he got in his feelings and started cursing me out. I gave this company a one star review for one pressuring potential customers into writing reviews before service and two the very responsible response of whoever answers the phone.
They gave my son a quote over the phone, scheduled a day and time for pickup, never called or showed, we called the driver to find out he was going to give us $200 less for the car (they never saw in person). Extremely unprofessional and rude. The only way this company has a five star review is from fake accounts. I wouldn’t use this company at all!!
