I don’t like to complain but I’ve had an issue and I think this needs to be addressed I brought my 2019 ram in this morning at 8:00 am to have my alignment checked being I recently bought new tires at this facility they took my truck in promptly I was here for 2 hours just to check to make sure everything was ok and did i mention I bought the lifetime wheel alignment on both my cars I was finally told that the problem was fixed I drove out to leave and returned almost immediately the vehicle was drifting to the left as it was in the beginning I was told possibly a tire problem which has not happened since I bought the tires I’m still here waiting at 11:30 am this is without a doubt the worst problem I’ve ever had here seems as though workmanship is just going down hill such ashame if this is nit addressed I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will never recommend anyone else as I have recommended I wait to hear your resolution to this problem thank yiu

Car brought in won't start. They did put in a new battery and recommended various other maintenance. (Filters, gas treatments, tire alignment, tires) When I go to pick up, I get in car the engine & brake service lights are on but car did start. I inquire and James said, "we just changed out battery, no diagnostics test was done." What! Why? Why didn't they tell me it needed diagnostic check when they called with price and other recommendations? I guess he didn't think that was important. I now have to question if this is where I want my car serviced. Not a good way to do business. Been going there for years. Not a good experience. US 1 & Walton Rd.

I have a work van that i have taken to plenty of shops & had tires changed before (with the mounted glass rack on driver side) & had no problems getting my back tire/ tires changed. For some reason, this specific location would now touch the back tire but waited for approval to fix it. After waiting 2 days with my work van then they called to let me know they wont do the work. Not very professional & I'm not happy I wasted my time. If you have any type of work vehicle i DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle here it is a waste of time!

I seldomly leave bad reviews but this one is justified. I'll summarize the details. I purchased a brand new Ram truck in 06/30/2024 that came factory installed with Bridgestone tires. The vehicle exhibited a high speed vibration. Dodge dealer replaced driveshaft and transmission under warranty attempting to remedy the concern. Vibration did not go away. Dealer now states all OEM tires are out of round. I called Bridgestone corporate, since Stellantis manufactured the truck and not the tires. Easy enough they said, just go to Tires Plus for defect courtesy replacements with a claim number. Manager John was nice enough to set me up with a set of Firestone Destination LE3. Vibration went away but they rode stiffer than Magic Johnson on Viagra, unlike the original Bridgestone Dueler HL that rode like a cloud. Made another appointment with advisor Emily, who was super helpful and kind, to switch them out for a set of Bridgestone Alenza Plus, which John claim they will be soft to give it back the factory ride quality. Yes, soft it is, but high speed vibration came back with a vengeance. Tech that installed the tires damaged all 4 rims. I returned to John and showed him that it is unacceptable for this kind of workmanship, especially on a brand new truck with less than 5000 miles. He apologized and blamed it on his inadequate tire mounting machine. I let it go and paid $600 for my rims to be repaired out of my own pocket. John suggested I go to their Gatlin location to attempt a road force balance. No dice, the vibration got worst. The tech at Gatlin must have used a giant pry bar to remove the stick on weights and gouged the rims so badly that the affected surfaces were missing aluminum chunks. The mobile rim repair gentleman quoted me another $600 to fix it but stated it will never be right this time. Yikes, so I called Tires Plus headquarters and filed an incident claim. The adjuster Michael was polite but only met me half way at $300 for reimbursement. Not right at all, but something was better than nothing. Went back to the Dodge dealer and the service manager was kind enough to measure the run out on these newest Alenza Plus tires. Guess what, all 4 are out of round again, and 1 was so bad it rotates as if it was separated, just see my pictures. Emily went the extra mile to secure me 1 more replacement tire from their Stuart store for the unit that was grossly warped in the red zone. So where I stand now is that I have 3 out of round Alenza Plus tires that are in the yellow zone which will rock my truck like a hurricane since they are shaped like eggs, and 4 rims that look like a meat butcher had their way with them. I decided to buy 4 brand new OEM Mopar rims pre-installed with new Dueler HL tires at $4800 from the Dodge dealer. Voila, vibration be gone. I went back to this Tires Plus location and spoke to the service manager on duty requesting a refund for cancellation of the optional road hazard plan I paid for on the defective and wacked Alenza Plus set. No dice. He was assertive, firm, and bold, by giving me the middle finger in the most passive way possible without actually doing so. I shook his hand and thanked him for his time. I'm a disabled army veteran and a retired 15 year Chrysler shop foreman with admirable credentials and did not want to create a public nuisance out of respect. The lesson to learn here is that Bridgestone and Tires Plus has no problem peddling you junk tires from ATD whether brand new or under warranty, poor install workmanship, and half-hearted accountability. Once they take your money, you're not getting it back. It's a shame that Stellantis used them as a dominant supplier, but most 2026 Ram 1500s are getting Goodyear, Nexen, and Pirelli. It's also a shame that the Dodge dealer wasted all those parts when it was a Bridgestone problem the whole time. The only person from the Tires Plus team that looked out for me was Emily. Management was more concerned about their sales goals rather than replacing my other 3 bad tires, even though I present overwhelming evidence.

I took my car to Tires Plus which I’ve been doing for 15 years for a flat tire And sputtering in the engine. They fix a flat tire and then told me the code red Sion issue and they couldn’t do anything about that but had to charge me for telling me there’s something in transmission wrong that they can’t fix $144 diagnostic charge If you can’t fix it, you shouldn’t be able to charge for it. Specially, when you just plug it in underneath the dashboard and then it tells you the code. very dissatisfied and using these guys forever times have changed Thank you I will probably use them again, though for my tires

This Tires Plus location is my first choice going forward! From the care provided by the front counter staff, to the attention the detail by the technician, I feel my vehicle was well taken care of. I appreciate being worked in on a clearly busy day and for the communication from beginning to end! I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had bringing my son’s car in for service.

I’ve been a customer of this Tires Plus location for years and have spent thousands of dollars here—but after my most recent experience, I will never return. I brought my car in for a routine oil change, and without my consent, the technician removed my oil plug knowing it could not be reinstalled without replacing the entire oil pan—a repair costing over $600. I was never called, never asked, and never given the opportunity to approve or deny that work before my vehicle was made inoperable. When I asked why I wasn’t informed before the oil plug was removed, the manager offered no apology or accountability—just a a cold “it is what it is.” This kind of response is not only unprofessional, it’s deeply unethical. I understand that my car ultimately needed a replacement oil pan—but it should have been my decision when and where to have that repair done. By removing the oil plug without my consent, they left my vehicle inoperable and effectively forced me into an unexpected $600 repair on their terms. What’s most disappointing is that the manager offered no apology, no accountability, and no discount—despite how the situation was handled. After years of trusting this location, I feel completely taken advantage of. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here, I strongly urge you to ask questions and proceed with caution. No one should be put in this kind of position.

3rd time here and same result . No point for an appointment . I made one for 2:00 showed up at 1:00 it’s 3:10 I’m still sitting here and the shop Is wisper wisper quiet . No tools or people . Last time I was here I wanted 6hrs and they said sorry they forgot . Don’t know what’s up but man I’m taking my keys as soon as someone comes back to the desk.

Avoid this place unless you have time to waste. Yes, it’s easy to get an appointment—but that’s meaningless when they don’t take appointments seriously. They just go through the motions. I scheduled a simple wheel alignment, a job that should take an hour or less. After waiting an hour and a half with no update, I went to the counter. The response? "Let me check." A few minutes later, I was told, "Realistically, it's going to be another half hour." That’s two hours after my scheduled time. And here’s the kicker—this wasn’t the first time! I had to leave for work, so they rescheduled me. When I asked how I could be sure this wouldn’t happen again, I was told a note would be added to block other appointments. Funny—why wasn’t that done the first time? This place has zero urgency, zero respect for customers' time, and zero accountability. If I hadn’t already paid, I’d have taken my business elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values your time.

Showed at the posted opening time of 7am both on their front door and online, had a flat tire. At 730 someone finally showed up to open. 30 min late. When I walked in there were three employees, not one of the employees greeted us and in subsequent conversation stated they didn't have too greet those of us who waited on their tardiness to do business, because they don't work the front desk. Not even a "hey, sorry we were late". They were rude and had I not needed a tire in that moment I would have left. Whoever runs this place needs to train all their staff that their customers are important and should acknowledged especially when your already in The wrong removing confidence from you as a professional company. It's a small thing when your company clearly was already late in opening. In any case the one employee, whom I won't name but really needs training on customer service. He was a poor representation of your company and your brand especially when your customer already waited to do business with your company. Not a good way to start any day is dealing with inept teams of people who can't even open on a time they set. Yeah I cant trust you to fix anything in my car. That's the message your company employees sent. Message received.

It was easy to get an appointment, When I arrived the staff greeted me and were pleasant and knowledgeable. I didn't wait long at all. They diagnosed my vehicle then went over the details and charges which were reasonable Once I agreed to the work needed, they Immediately went to work on my vehicle. I waited at the shop and watched some TV. The work was completed in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction. Before you know I was ready to go. So, I must say overall my visit was pleasant. I do recommend you give them a try if you haven't already.

I've been going here for many years I only had one problem. they cracked my hubcap. I let them know and they bought me a new rim for my tire. I usually don't wait too long the expected time is usually correct the guys are pretty pleasant. Also I like the discounts for the oil changes they usually have something available so I was able to at least save $20 last visit

Brought my vehicle in at 3:55 during the week, service hours listed at 7-7; was told I can not purchase a tire and have to wait until the next day. (The donut I drove in on popped as I turned into the parking lot). Had no choice but to leave car overnight.

Tires were not rotated as stated on the invoice. The center console and driver's door armrest were covered in fingerprints and oil.

Picked up my car after having work done… immediately started having issues, brought it back, they kept it for over 2 weeks after telling me they would fix it. Instead they filed a claim with their insurance who declined to have it fixed. I will now have to work with my credit card company, insurance, & lawyer. You have been warned.

Emily at the front desk was amazing and welcoming! Johnathan the manager was super friendly and communicated with the front desk and mechanic Logan, to ensure a smooth, precise, and fast oil change. I felt like my car was in great hands and I was taken care of top tier. Thank you all so much and I will be coming back for sure!

Always bring my vehicle here I’m not sure what happened this time. When I brought my truck in three months ago and got all brand new tires I also got all brand new sensors and my tire pressure light is on and they just had it yesterday and said just drive it today and it should go off and it is still on. They also took my car at 10 o’clock in the morning. I’m sorry Sunday at 10:30. My bad they took my truck in and nobody ever called me and they closed and kept my truck over night. And nobody contacted me until the next day after I had to call their corporate office. They did give me a discount on everything that they did, but they had to order parts for the rest of the stuff that needed to be done to my truck. Waiting to see if they actually order the parts and discount they said they are going to give me. Besides my vehicle because they always took care of it and did everything properly. Not sure what is going on over there now. I don’t like to talk bad on places, but you don’t keep somebody’s vehicle without letting them know not to mention I missed the whole days worth of work because I did not get my car until 430 5 o’clock the next day on Monday. I really hope they ordered the parts for my truck because I need my truck up and running to its full potential for my job. And we will see if somebody actually contact me within two days because that never happened before either. Low tire pressure for some reason, but I have brand new tires and brand new sensors, but they don’t have an answer on why the light is still on. All they did was tell me to drive it and then when I come in for my other stuff, they will look at it. Not very good customer service besides the girl that was very nice. I’m not sure what her name was but she was very, very helpful and very, very apologetic and very nice. Everyone else not so much.

This Auto shop deserves 0 stars but I had to put a star in order to post. My honest opinion the customer service was good they call you in a timely manner but the cost of service is highway robbery. I was charge $616.74 for parts and labor come to find out after I paid the total the part is no more than $25-75 and the part is right on the top of the car. On my invoice I was charge $375 for parts and $200 for labor then taxes. I should of done my research but I needed my car asap and it's totly my fault. My would not recommend anybody to go to this shop.
