Tires Plus is my first choice for car service. I always feel comfortable when I come here for services. The team is reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. Shoutout to Randy and Joe for their professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to explain what my car needed and made sure everything was done right. Tire Kingdom next door wouldn't do a patch on my tire that night even though they were open for another 2 1/2 hours. My tire was completely flat on the rim outside their store and they couldn't care less. Went next door to tires plus and they got me right in and took care of everything.
Richard is an amazing guy. He stayed late to help with my situation on this Sunday. I really appreciate Richard for taking his time off the clock to assist with my situation. RICHARD IS THE BEST.
If I could give this place a zero I would and I say this, to the man that worked on December 30, 2025 you changed this person oil between 12:30 and 2pm, you were stating how you hate democrats so bad but you should keep political views to yourself, that’s not a good look for your place of employment, you never know who’s listening. There are good ppl on both sides with just different views. I’m pretty sure you work around democrats, you change democrats oil and take their money so of those democrats how many have you messed over or spit in their food or didn’t help all because they were democrats. Hate is a strong word and should be used with caution because you never know what your rage of hate would drive you to do. Be blessed
The gentlemen at Tire Plus were very helpful. They got me in immediately - I called at 5 PM on a Monday night thinking I was going to have to wait until at least the next day. They said come on in, and we’ll get you taken care of right away, They stayed past their close time to take care of me!
Went in to check brakes. Told I needed $1400 dollars of work. Soon after leaving dash lights for RSC trouble, ABS and service brakes lit up. Went to Firestone in PA which owns this place is not taking responsibility. Never had dash trouble lights on until leaving there. Charged $1400 for 2 rear brake pads, 2 rear rotors and a master cylinder. Rip off!!! Do Not Go There!!!!
Joe at Tire Plus in St. Lucie West is top-tier. From the moment I walked in, he was straight up, knowledgeable, and actually cared about getting the issue handled the right way—not just selling something. He explained everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and looks out for his customers. my family has used this same tires plus for 27 years. this is my first car needing service and i’m so glad i brought it here. everyone is very hospitable and they helped me get my car fixed in a few hours !
One of the worst customer service I ever seen, my father took the car at 11 am this morning, the guy on the front said we will replace the 4 tires and 2 hours!!!!! Long story short!!! They finished the car at 6pm!! This guy is a liar. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL HES EXCUSES WAS I JUST WORK HERE.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! TOOOK THEM 7 HOURS TO REPLACE 4 TIRES INSANE!!!
Ive been a customer with multiple cars for years. I brought my boyfriends truck. Waited over an hour. There was apparent chaos in the shop. Staff seemed like they had no clue what was going on. No order! I asked a gentleman how long he had been there waiting. He said since 11 am. It was now close to 5:30. I asked how much longer, since our truck was still parked in its original spot. This was when the unorganized chaos was visible. I have been here once. Ive never had any issues at the stores in lake worth. I honestly DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE LETTING THEM EVEN WORK ON THE CAR! he said it would be closer to close when it would be finished. I had already waited over an hour.and that would have been a 4 hour wait for an oil change. My boyfriend has a new vehicle. (New customer). And i need new tires soon. What an absolute shame.... WE will drive out of our way to avoid this location.
Trapped me in three garage with a tire truck for over an hour and would not match Goodyear tire qoute on back shocks. I went to Goodyear and saved $150.00 dollars. They tried t o charge me over double for the parts. Not acceptable! Goodyear was happy to give me there business. Shout out to Bruce and the guy with all the dreads under that big hat.costumer service lessons 3pm outback fellas.
Michael was second to none with his customer centric focus with me and my needs when I went this morning. I was in and out in less than an hour as they did a front end alignment to my truck. I highly recommend to reach out to Michael (with the funny hat) next time you need anything for your vehicle!!!
I set an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I dropped my vehicle off 20 minutes before my 1pm appointment time and got checked in immediately. I was was told it would be done in about an hour and a half. So, I went and ran some errands and came back 1.5 hours later. They had nothing finished and then it took them another full hour to finish just the oil change and tire rotation! Then they took another 30 minutes to do the alignment. All told it took over 3 hours for them to do this easy service work that I had an appointment for. It's not like I surprised them by showing up unannounced. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable and all I got was the runaround when I asked why it was all taking so long. I will not be going back to any Tires Plus again.
I had a wonderful time at Tires Plus. The guys here are always great and we’re great once again. Especially Craig at the Store Manager. He’s awesome. I worked with his dad years ago now I know where he gets it from, lol.
This past Sunday no tire place in my area would help me with my tire issue… nail in a tire. However, Mike at the Saint Lucie West location the next town over saw I was stressed out about the situation and was very helpful and accommodating. He set clear expectations and didn't promise anything, however, he and his team over-delivered. With his commanding tone, he put me at ease (inside joke). His team was very helpful and made sure I left with all my questions answered and had a great customer experience. Thank you, Mike and Team!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Joe and Jeff at Tires Plus! They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe after discovering that the caliper on my brakes was loose. They took care of everything quickly, explained what was going on, and made sure my car was good to go before my trip to Orlando.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received here! I had a screw in one of my tires and first called the place where I purchased them and was assured they could work on it that evening, but when I got there they said I would need to bring it in the next morning. I was very upset. It was starting to get dark, I was afraid to drive far on my little donut spare, and so I decided to go to another tire place on my way home, which happened to be this Tires Plus. I am SO glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, all of the guys were very kind and professional. Repairing the tire and putting my spare back in its spot in my trunk all was done efficiently, and the mechanic who did the work, Aaron, came out and spoke with me as well when I was checking out. He did an excellent job! ALSO, they let me know my battery was bad, and when I let them know I thought it was under warranty from the Autozone place where I bought it, they didn't down talk Autozone or try to upsell me on a battery like other places might. They gave me the print out of the battery results and suggested showing it to the autozone when I went in. I took it straight to Autozone and just as Tires Plus said, it was almost dead (I did still have my warranty so they replaced it for free - had they not, I may have gotten a new one from Tires Plus).
Overall, I am extremely happy with the tire service and customer service I received here, and if anything happens to my tires going forward I will be bringing my car back here!
The man with the hat always goes so above and beyond. Every time I go to tires plus, I feel like I get extra service. This last time he was checking something else out in my car and when he turned it on, he realized that I had a low battery. It was lucky because it needed to be replaced sooner than later. Thank you tires plus for all your help and for having such a great employee!
I’ve been coming here for about 9 years and I’ve always been happy with the work they do. Yes they might be more expensive than other places, but you’re paying for quality and top tier service. I wanna shout out Michael, the guy who always wears the hat, who has always gone above and beyond for me every single time. He is one of the few honest and genuine people out there. He has told me on numerous occasions if I really needed something done or not, or if it can wait or not, even after the technicians gave their recommendations. You can check around for different opinions (as I have) but I always end up back here because going to other places has led to problems that I needed Tires Plus to fix in the end, so spend the money here to get it done right the first time instead of paying two shops for the same job.
I am not a consumer that leaves reviews often, only when my experience has exceeded all expectations. This is one of those times. The service was A+. Michael was who took care of me from answering the phone to handing me my car fob at the end. He was courteous, knowledgeable and great at listening to what I really needed and got it done, and at a great price as well! Truly a stellar employee! I was in and out in less than an hour and half.
I am one happy customer and will be coming back in the future when needed.

Had a leak under my car and had no idea what it was. I took it in at 8 in the morning and the guys were so helpful, when I told them about the leak they told me to just go Make sure it wasn’t water so they didn’t have to charge me. Turns out it was just water, this is the first time in my ENTIRE life that a car shop has been honest with me and not try and scam me. Unfortunately I forgot the two works names but this small interaction has completely changed my view on this company. Those guys saved me time and money, and it’s very appreciated

Stopped in at 7am on a Saturday for an oil change, rotation & alignment… without an appointment. Not only were the guys just making everyone laugh and being in a good mood, dude in the funky hat got me in & out in 60 minutes. WIN! I needed a driver side back tire. While driving The valve on my spare tire was broke so it went flat. I pulled into a Tire plus parking lot at Walton and US-1. They told me they don’t deal with spare tires they could only put air in it I told them my valve was broken so all the air would come out immediately. They said to try a junk yard or go to a dealership or toe it to another place that might have the tire I need. They really didn’t want to help me. I was stuck. And I I was anxious. I noticed another Tire plus on google maps so I called and spoke with Mike he was very helpful and friendly and understanding with my situation. Luckily they had the last one tire I needed in stock. I had 2 options. Either they deliver the tire to the Tire Plus I was currently stuck or I could bring the wheel to there shop for it to be replace. Since the mood was not great at the Tire plus I was stuck I decided to take the wheel to Tire plus. Mike said he would hold it until we arrived. 30min later I arrive with my dad and I gave him the wheel so they could mount the new tire. He said there was a wait time for 1 hour. But Mike said he would get someone to do it right there. He also gave us a 10% discount for our troubles. About 15min later I would have the tire replaced paid a reasonable price and done. And later I put the wheel back in my car.
Dace helped me figure out which tires to get for my car and made it all really easy for me. He helped me out and gave me some suggestions that seemed logical and didn’t leave me feeling taken advantage of as a young lady that doesn’t know much about cars (IFYKYK)!!! I usually avoid getting any service on my car but everything went smooth and my car is driving very nicely
I came in just to check if my lowered car could get on the lift for an alignment. After speaking with Michael B. (or as he called himself Mophead), I mentioned I needed new tires, and he immediately offered to help. He went above and beyond to find me the best deal on four new tires and even took the time to educate me on how to read the date codes on them. Michael deserves a HUGE shoutout — thank you for your excellent service and knowledge! I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs.
