I needed a driver side back tire. While driving The valve on my spare tire was broke so it went flat. I pulled into a Tire plus parking lot at Walton and US-1. They told me they don’t deal with spare tires they could only put air in it I told them my valve was broken so all the air would come out immediately. They said to try a junk yard or go to a dealership or toe it to another place that might have the tire I need. They really didn’t want to help me. I was stuck. And I I was anxious. I noticed another Tire plus on google maps so I called and spoke with Mike he was very helpful and friendly and understanding with my situation. Luckily they had the last one tire I needed in stock. I had 2 options. Either they deliver the tire to the Tire Plus I was currently stuck or I could bring the wheel to there shop for it to be replace. Since the mood was not great at the Tire plus I was stuck I decided to take the wheel to Tire plus. Mike said he would hold it until we arrived. 30min later I arrive with my dad and I gave him the wheel so they could mount the new tire. He said there was a wait time for 1 hour. But Mike said he would get someone to do it right there. He also gave us a 10% discount for our troubles. About 15min later I would have the tire replaced paid a reasonable price and done. And later I put the wheel back in my car.
Dace helped me figure out which tires to get for my car and made it all really easy for me. He helped me out and gave me some suggestions that seemed logical and didn’t leave me feeling taken advantage of as a young lady that doesn’t know much about cars (IFYKYK)!!! I usually avoid getting any service on my car but everything went smooth and my car is driving very nicely
I came in just to check if my lowered car could get on the lift for an alignment. After speaking with Michael B. (or as he called himself Mophead), I mentioned I needed new tires, and he immediately offered to help. He went above and beyond to find me the best deal on four new tires and even took the time to educate me on how to read the date codes on them. Michael deserves a HUGE shoutout — thank you for your excellent service and knowledge! I’ll definitely be back for any future car needs.
Rude incompetent staff. I have road hazard insurance on my tires that I purchased from a different tire plus location. Got a nail in my tire on my way to work today and brought my car to this location for service since it was closer to my work and they refused to help me. Told me I had to bring it to the location I purchased the tires at. This is not their policy. I should be able to bring it to any Tires Plus. Instead I had to drive my car 5 miles to the next location with a bad tire. Super unsafe.
Now after the adventure in lake worth, I take car here where I live and on Sunday they tighten the wire. Next day the does not start at all. I have to pay $200 for a tow around the corner and they say it's a terminal needed replacing. Why couldn't you do it the day before? Costs me a tow. Tires plus just gets money out of you. Find a pep boys or a private garage. Never again
We had an amazing experience here dace took care of us right away without having to wait! And aaron was our tech and left us with a perfect new tire on our way down to the keys!!
Dace and Peter were awesome. Someone ran me off the road and my vehicle was making an awful noise. I came in close to closing time on a Sunday and they still took great care of me. Excellent service! You will not be disappointed
Tires Plus lies to you and charges you 400% markup on any kind of mechanical repairs they claim you need. They call themselves mechanics when all they are is oil change technicians. I had no choice but to take my car back because I already paid for a lifetime alignment. I had to get two rear tires and an alignment and I was there for 2 and 1/2 hours. While I was driving down the road my steering wheel was slanted to the left in order to drive straight. I had no choice but to return and have it re-done. Needless to say I will never return to Tires Plus ever again.
Wife got a screw stuck in her tire and Tires Plus got us right in on a Sunday and recommended patching, not plugging the tire. First time a tire vendor didn't tell us to replace the tire. Thanks for your great service guys. I'll be back when I need to replace my tires.

Beware! We recently took my daughter's 2021 BMW X3 to this Tires Plus location for a new set of tires, but our experience turned into a nightmare. The moment we picked it up, I couldn’t help but notice that the technician had left grease smeared all over the rims!
The next day, while trying to clean off the grease, I was horrified to discover that all four wheels were scratched and gouged from the mounting process. I was beyond furious—how could someone be so careless with a customer’s vehicle?
To address the situation, we brought the vehicle back for the manager to inspect, and a claim was promptly filed to have the wheels repaired.
Every single time I come (which is a couple times a year just because I have the free alignment for one of my cars) the customer service it’s horrible. This time I drop off my car for an oil change, tire rotation end of course the alignment. The person who took care of me offer me to do a fuel clean up and I ask how long it will take because I do have things to do and he told me about 2 hours. I came back 2 hours and 15 minutes later and they told me it would take another hour so I told them to cancel the fuel clean service and another white guys came back with a nasty attitude ask me “if I want to cancel everything then” what type of customer service is this?? They make me wait another 45 minutes just because “the fuel clean up was done already” of course, they don’t want to cancel to make more money… then, to put the cherry on top, the manager it was rude (as usual) when I came to pay, he asked me if I was advice on a some type of service and told them no, and he goes and told me “oh so you just give free money to us without knowing what you pay for” ? You gotta be kidding guys, I pay what I was told when I drop off the car, what type of question is that….
Instead to apologize for the missed information, they are the one with a nasty attitude. This is crazy, I will never ever come back again

I arrived for my 4:00 PM oil change appointment on 8/11/2025 and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. I left to run errands. Around 5:00 PM, Bob (manager) called to say everything looked fine except my front wipers, which were streaking. He offered to replace them; I declined.
At 5:45 PM, I returned to pick up my car. Mike at the front desk told me the car had to stay overnight because the drain plug was “missing teeth.” This had never been mentioned before. I had no choice but to leave it and take an Uber.
The next morning, Craig called saying the entire oil pan needed replacing. His tone was aggressive until I called him out, then he admitted, “Most customers get very angry when we tell them something like this, but I realized you weren’t. Thank you for calling me out respectfully.”
About an hour later, Bob called again. While replacing the oil pan, “something dripped” on the mechanic — and suddenly my radiator was “leaking.” My car has NEVER leaked a drop. That leak was caused in their shop. When I told him the problems started there, he got belligerent, denied my car stayed overnight, and said, “We have no records of your car being here last night. You can fix it with us or we’ll park it outside for you.”
I came in for a simple oil change and left with two expensive problems Tire Plus created. This place is a scam. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
The staff was phenomenal from start to finish. Customer service was through the roof and personable. Very transparent and understanding and I will come back here for everything. I worked with Michael for most of my work and could not be happier. His knowledge and openness made me feel that I was being taken care of. Even Set up my appointment to work around my schedule! Far exceeding expectations. John finished my checkout process and emulated the same positive, funny attitude that Michael had. Thanks to this team for getting me back on the road safely! I will be back here for ALL of my service needs. Highly recommend!
I’m very happy with the excellent service I received today from Will at Tires Plus St. Lucie West (Store #676969). He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had two tires replaced and got an alignment, and everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I also appreciated that they suggested additional services without being pushy—just honest recommendations with no pressure. Highly recommend this location—Will truly went above and beyond!
I brought my car to Tires Plus St Lucie West for a screw in one tire. I was told I had to replace all four tires due to tread wear and AWD requirements (which I accepted), and was quoted $1,499 “out the door by Craig, the store manager. Several hours later, I was told the car was ready—but then the manager called to tell me he had misquoted me and it was actually $1,950, because the original quote was supposedly for three tires. This made no sense since they were very clear I needed four tires and I agreed but was never given a written quote or asked to sign anything. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I was left with no choice but to pay the higher price since the tires were already on the car. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
However, after several emails and phone calls, management reviewed the situation and fully reimbursed me for the extra charge. While the initial experience was disappointing, I do appreciate that the company ultimately took responsibility and resolved the matter. That follow-through goes a long way.
Michael, Craig and the entire staff made scheduling an appointment easy and kept me apprised of my vehicle status throughout the entire process. I was treated courteously and professionally and always feel like a VIP when taking my vehicles to Tires Plus.
Yesterday I wanted to get an oil change and typically go to a place with a similar name. I called thinking I was calling my usual place but was tire plus on accident. I spoke with Mike and he convinced me to get an oil change with them instead and gave me a really good offer. Everyone in Tire Plus was very nice and so happy I got it done there. Happy to say I will start coming to Tirw Plus.

What a great guy gave me a good deal on four tires. Did my alignment when I was there. He’s the greatest and a technician. I think it was Christian. Great guy too. Darius is a great person answered all my questions took my car right in the service was great from both of them. I would just like to deal with them when I come back.
No respect for your time, I was quoted it would take a hour to a little oven an hour when I made my appointment for 4 new tires and an oil change. My appointment was for 8:00 it was after 12:00 when I finally got my vehicle back with 4 new tires and a oil change.
After 2 and a half hour I ask about my vehicle and was told inventory was not correct and they didn’t have my tires, then said manager went to get them from a different location. I was never informed of this I was told my tires were in stock at the store when I made my appointment.
I do like using tires plus for my tires, alignment and oil change, however I may have to find a new tire place because this isn’t the first time.
The manager did credit me $60 off of my total for the inconvenience, however my time is not replaceable. I would have gladly made an appointment for a different day if I was told ahead of time it would take longer than an hour and a half.
