Best service EVER in a time when I needed it. The total time from him answering the phone, picking up my truck, and dropping me off was 30 minutes and it was half the price of the other place I called who told me 2 hours. Super nice guy and I will definitely se them if I need a tow again.
the service & compassion is unmatched! we had two vehicles to tow. not only did they come out in a timely manner, they helped my disabled father load up his truck cap. just an example of going above & beyond.

I was stuck at a rest stop with my tire blew out I called AAA waited 2 hours just to be given the run around and have no ETA on being assigned a driver. I called around in the area and luckily found them. The driver came within 25 minutes really quickly, good customer service, and the best price.

Car battery died in a parking lot and needed a tow to the house. He showed up quickly and was fast to get the car on the truck. Once we got to the house he parked it in the driveway nicely and even changed my battery for me. Professional, Courteous, Prompt, and Affordable! Rolin picked me up off I95 after a vehicle breakdown at 3am and the run around routine from AAA. I Gave up on waiting for AAA(6 hour time frame) and reached out to Rite Choice, they showed up within the given time frame, loaded the vehicle and got us home safe in a matter of minutes!! 2 days later I needed to get the vehicle from home to a mechanic shop and got the same run around routine from AAA. Called Rolin/Rite Choice, and he was loading the vehicle at the exact time he said he would be there to do so. An absolute carefree experience. No one wants to be in a position to need a tow service, but when you do, Rite Choice is the one to call. I had a small job that required a roll back truck. He said "I'll be there in 25 minutes, I'll take care of you if it's a small job" 10 minutes later he rolls up with a smile on his face and "takes care of it". Great service, great price and a great person. If you need a tow, call Rite Choice. You'll be glad you did.

I went to pick a boat up up north and I lost a bearing and tire on the way back down to Miami. Immediately after making contact with the company I felt a heavy weight off my shoulders.
