Very helpful experience with Jaime. He has a knowledge for tires and car related problems. I came in there to get new windshield wipers because the ones from Toyota were garbage and ended up leaving with a few things learned.

I just want to Thank Ricardo again for all of his help. I came into the store with my brother very stressed, after trying to find an oil fitting cap for my car. He gave us the best helped we’ve ever received from any Auto advance store. He was extremely helpful and nice. I know he was doing his job but he went to great lengths to make sure we didn’t leave without being satisfied. I hope Ricardo reads this, If not please tell him to continue to be himself. I want to let everyone know if u ever stop by this location Ricardo is the man for your answers… great, quick & fast customer service… Ricardo even know the local car dealers ships in the treasure coast area like it’s a AI system in his head… My sister needed a few parts for her car asp and Ricardo was the man for the job… Thx U Ricardo!!!

The manager here was so kind! He did ann even switch for a battery charger that I purchased the day prior, Not knowing that it had to stay plugged in the wall and it was not portable. He made it right by allowing me to do an even exchange with a portable jumper box. Thank you so much! If you need any help, I recommend going to advance auto parts at this location

I had a break caliper lock up on me and my only option was to tow back home but thanks to the Jaime (store mgr.) And Ricardo (commercial mgr.) I was able to replace all part and be back on the road in no time. They were very professional and are experts in their line of work. They also went out of their way to make sure I had all tools needed to complete the job. Thanks again guys ,you saved my day. I definitely recommend this location above all others.

Dont ever go to this advaned auto !!! wouldnt recommend to anyone! Tried telling me my battery isnt going to hold any charge and told me i would need to purchase a new battery from them for $300. Went to another location and they told me my battery is in perfectly fine & went home car started fine!! Dont listen to anybody in this shop there clueless and will try to sell you something you don't need! especially the wrinkled skin lady

Never in my life have I been so disrespected and humiliated. I came in on 3/10/25 to order 2 parts for my car which they had to order. Came back on 3/11/25 to pickup. On 3/12 my mechanic realized that rear hub assemblies were not needed but another part was and told me to return them. I returned to store on 3/12 only to be told by Ricardo "sorry, looks like we sold you wrong parts that don't match the box we just opened and receipt we gave you during purchase, so come back tomorrow and talk to manager". Even though he was the one to open the box seal and the packaging seal inside. Ok. I returned on 3/13 and spoke to Jaimie supposedly manager who told me to wait and left to the back, and upon return came back with Ricardo and literally threw me out of the store telling me "this is my store and I'm not accepting your returns, because I know better than you that those are wrong parts packed in the boxes and go somewhere else". Even after admitting the parts they themselves sold me, unpacked unused parts were not the right ones they sold me, they still refused to return and refund. I have never been so compelled to repel anybody from a place of business, but this was THE WORST experience I've ever encountered. I hope nobody ever has to go through experience like this.

One-star review for Advance Auto Parts I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. While the "free wiper blade installation" sign initially attracted me, the customer service I received was abysmal. The employee, Ricardo, was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service, he responded with an unprofessional remark that further soured my experience. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I will not be returning to this Advance Auto Parts and would strongly advise others to consider alternative options. There are plenty of other auto parts stores with knowledgeable staff who value their customers and provide a positive shopping experience.

I'm a retired old school mechanic and shop owner. Once I walked into the store I felt at home. Jaime and his crew resolved my issue quickly and got me back on the road. It's comforting to see that service and old school ways still exist. Thanks for all the help.

I went into Advance Auto Parts first thing this morning driving in on a jump because my battery was dead. The employee that helped me today (Jimmy) went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He walked me through the different types of batteries and warranties and such and installed a new one to help get me on my way. Jimmy epitomizes what Customer Service is and how experiences should be. I felt like family and it was refreshing to have such a warm experience given the circumstances I was dealt today. Thank you again Jimmy! I know where to go when I need help with my vehicle in the future!

Won't accept returns even with a phone number given, people to lazy to do the return of the item if it was purchased and purchased under a phone number. Wow

Stopped in this morning to buy a gas cap with a lock the person working open in the store was rude and short and answering me all I was there to do was get a gas cap with a lock used to be one size fits all but he acted like I was a stupid woman who didn't know what she needed got news for you mister you're discrimination is not accepted women can buy parts for cars and you should find another job never going back there.

This store is a den of thieves, I have had a merchant account for over 10 years. These sellers manipulate prices in the system. They have no loyalty to their customers. I'm going to escalate this to the corporation. In addition to having despicable customer service.

Rey definitely deserves a promotion… I recently moved here from Virginia and needed warranty work on a battery I purchased just two years ago. I went to the closest Advance Auto and they didn’t even put in any effort to help even though I had all the information needed. I called the 2nd store Rey answered the phone and found my transaction in a matter of seconds. She got me rolling again in less than ten minutes. Please reward her before she goes somewhere else…

Had to return $95 worth of freon. It became an issue when they realized $15 of original purchase wS on a gift card. Not that they didn't want to refund the money, but it sure gave them trouble. Twenty minutes later, I was out the door and on my way

I just had a really positive experience at this advance auto parts. I was having problems with my car battery and went and they tested it in the battery showed no good however nice lady who tested my battery said I noticed this is a Walmart battery and it looks pretty new you may want to check with Walmart before changing the battery with us. That honesty goes a long ways with me I will be going back to the store whenever I need anything.

I asked the guy at the register who was new for some help, I explained to him what happened and he called (i believe) his manager or the person training him. The "manager" was very short on his responses and did not even bother to help. I was trying to replace my battery as it is under warranty and as soon as I said I bought it at another Advance Auto store and do not have my receipt, he quickly said it can't be replaced there and I had to go to the store where I bought it. He was extremely rude and wouldn't allow me to explain. He didn't give me any other options even though I was told with looking up with my phone number they would be able to find my receipt. I called the customer care number and they were able to pull up the receipt, send it to me and said I COULD GO TO ANY Advance Auto Parts and have it replace. Definitely did not go back to this one. ZERO for Customer Service at this store.

Went looking to warranty a battery that I purchased online and picked up in store, the staff was absolutely the best at helping me to achieve my goal. Also concerning the 04 - 08 Ford F 150 windshield wiper fluid pump grommet that connects to the reservoir I found that this rubber grommet works just as well (see pictures)

Electrical problem with our car 2 hours from home on vacation. Dealer said 3 days before they'd look at it, 3-4 weeks to fix. Brought it here, both employees super helpful. Changed out the battery. Worker explained the error codes and how they reset after a few drive cycles if they're battery related, keep going if they're sensor related. Knowledgable, friendly, honest. Wonderful experience.

Called for 30 minutes kept getting put on hold so I finally drove to the store while I was still on the phone and all three people were sitting behind the counter talking with no customers in the store. Someone finally came to the counter and I explained this to him and they he told me he was the only one qualified to answer a phone and he was on the phone at the time which he was clearly not .

I was told that... "the online store isn't always right when it comes to ordering parts properly fitting your vehicle. It would be better to order them while physically in the store." I ordered a part and it didn't fit so I got a return. Too bad you lose your speed perks during a return. So during my (in store) return I asked him to check if the part that I returned said it fit my vehicle on his computer. He refused and negated every attempt at politely asking him just to check. Maybe because you know you're lying and trying to weasel out of your excuse of why I lost my reward. Just be honest and don't make up things you are unwilling to validate. I don't care about the $5, I care about being dishonest. It notes the way you do business.

I had ordered parts for a auto repair online. After tearing the car down and comparing the new parts to the old parts we realized that I had ordered the wrong ones. Bernard was great with helping with the return and purchasing the correct parts.

Yo, my windshield wiper motor I just bought a couple months ago fried out on me. I'm out of town, but I went in to advance and Lopez was able to track down my original order, and get me back on the road safely. Customer service here 5 out of 5. Thanks Lopez.

I came in for wiper blades and to have my battery tested around 5p-ish on a Tue afternoon. The cashier Daniel offered to install my blades (no other AAP has ever done that and I've bought several, with the Florida heat), and tested my battery...and chatted with me about the battery, answering my questions. I was in and out in 20 minutes-ish. Very fast and very pleased with the amazing service I received today. Little frustrated that I created an rewards account 2 years ago *at this store* (by someone else) and I didn't show up in their system.

This company has lost a customer and I’ll bet I’m one of many. I had an issue today where my car battery had kicked over. I called this store and the young lady was obviously not knowledgeable on assisting me with looking it up on the computer. Once she was able to get me pricing on batteries, I asked if it can be installed once I purchase a new battery. No! It takes too long. What???? I couldn’t believe what she said, then a gentleman got on the phone and was bluntly rude in telling me that they can’t install the new battery because their computer tells them it takes longer than they’re allowed to do it. Again, What??? I was upset and hung up. I then proceeded to call O’Reilly’s. They were pleasant on the call and once I arrived, they installed my new battery in about 15 mins. Very pleasant customer service. O’Reilly’s definitely has my future business.
