My battery in my X5 needed changed. I knew enough to know you have to register the battery and do some Technical things when you change it. I happen to run into a friend who also had a BMW and he recommended Bandee. Andrew came out to my house and changed the battery and handles the reprogramming as well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and put my mind at ease about it. I will definitely be taking it to them from now on for every service and repair.
Bandee auto is my new place to take my suv. They know there stuff and wont steer you in the wrong direction. They are honest and reliable. Any service you need they are upfront with the cost. They have a done amazing work on my suv and I will continue to support them.
When asking about the part I needed the guy was very blunt and short with me. When I asked if they could refer another place he hung up on me. Very rude!!!
