Horrible experience, tried paying at pick up for a car and Copart rejected the secure payments which we tried 4 times. Then said if we couldn’t pick up in the future it was $600 re-listing fee. It was the first and last time we will deal with this company.
The new manager came out with really bad attitude, remember we are customers and your business is running with our money. Never comeback to this location
Took my car to co part, for no reason the wrecker yard claimed it was “totaled”
Gave them 2 keys, they took my second key fob to my MUSTANG GT & probably sold the core. Vanessa the GM of the business never sent me the “pictures she had of 1 key” never sent them.
They took my key, never returned my call. Caught her in a lie and thats just shady & bad business. Do not take your wrecked car here if you do take literally everything out & give them 1 key FOB BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE THE SECOND & sell it
Went to go get my personal belongings out of my vehicle yesterday and found four items of value missing. It's supposedly their policy to "not go through the vehicle" other than to move it but they "mysteriously found" one of them. My vehicle was only in their possessiom for a day or less so it could have been the towing vehicle/company originally(which I have also shed light on) but seeing as they "mysteriously found" my missing bumper pieces that I had put in my backseat, I have ZERO faith in their policies, word or anyone that works there!! If State Farm says they will use them, demand to go to a different place as your belongings of value might not be there when you show up. What an absolute joke!
They are good workers but terrible owner named Chris. He pays under the table and doesn’t takes taxes. And he cheats you. I will do everything I can to let the IRS know about how horrible he is to his good workers.

Got in at 8:15 No body in lot just me (so I thought great! ) by 9:15 out waiting almost an hour I went in to ask ( now 3 trucks waiting), clerk tells me " we don't start loading til 9 am, I tell him, Sir , it's 9:15.. "oh well see if you can talk to a loader" I asked, is it anywhere written that you don't start loading until 9? He replied yes, but couldn't tell me were ..
Loaded at 9:25 after talking to loader..
If i could give zero stars i would . This whole business is horrible

I actually wanted to give zero stars but that wasn't an option. Whomever the "lady" I spoke with today was rude, disrespectful, classless, and clearly uneducated. Lack of good customer service. Pure trash
Total disaster with their new transporter app.. 3 hours to get 1 car using their new app..twice the car was dropped from the app for no reason.. Did I mention their fees just went up? Over 25% of purchase price in fees..gate fee should be called waiting fee..
The worst please Place ever to do business the ladies especially Kelly is very rude very nasty will never do business with them or anybody affiliated with them ever again please if you're reading this take your business elsewhere
Nice people but I called on Tuesday to ask about my tag and nobody called back. I called 2 days in a row to follow up and the guy on the phone was EXTREMELY rude (POS) Slower Than all hell
