Very positive experience, customer service was very nice and attentive, made me feel very good even tho I was losing my car.
Please watch out before buying a car. I bought a Silverado, and then I realized the truck had no engine (the picture was hard to see that it had no engine due the picture angle). I always check the notes and there was nothing. I talked to Renita and she told me at the beginning she was going to release the relist fees, and then they modified the description of the vehicle saying it has NO ENGINE AND NO TRANNY. After they modified it, Ruth told me that note was there (it wasn't) so relist fee would be applied. Dishonest and greedy behavior. I'm raising this dispute to their Superiors, it makes Copart looks bad
Took my car to co part, for no reason the wrecker yard claimed it was “totaled” Gave them 2 keys, they took my second key fob to my MUSTANG GT & probably sold the core. Vanessa the GM of the business never sent me the “pictures she had of 1 key” never sent them. They took my key, never returned my call. Caught her in a lie and thats just shady & bad business. Do not take your wrecked car here if you do take literally everything out & give them 1 key FOB BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE THE SECOND & sell it
