Uncle Tonys U-Pull-It JunkYard in Fort Pierce (FL)

When you walk in the employees are not friendly at all. No big deal. I’m there for a part not to make a friend. The guy printed out what looked like a receipt that had about ten cars on it that the part could come from. By the way, bring your own tools to remove the part. Then you walk about half a mile to get to where all the cars are. The receipt shows a number aisle where the car is that you’re looking for but nothing is clearly marked. I get to the first vehicle and the part that I need is already taken out of the car. So I move onto the second vehicle and the part is missing from that car. I checked two more vehicles and then gave up because it was 100° in the Florida sun with no shade. All the hoods are left wide open so basically it’s just raining into all the electronics. I walked back in the front and told the employee so far I had checked four vehicles and the part that I needed was already missing out of them. He said yeah we don’t keep track of which parts come out of which cars. I said so when someone calls you looking for a part and you tell them that you have 10 possible vehicles that the part can come out of and they get there and the parts already gone after walking a half a mile to get to the lot and then probably walk essentially a mile around the lot looking for the vehicles? He said yup. It’s not an efficient system for the customer.

One nice young man and one rude, ignorant jerk of an old lady at the front desk. That woman should not be working sales or customer service EVER with her bad attitude and snide remarks. Other than that, the lot was well organized, and we found what we needed quickly.

I won't be going back and I heard that this place sucks ass and the owner is very rude and lies straight to your face so that they can make sale. I will be calling St.Lucie police Dept.Went over there yesterday around 11 before hurricane Milton . He told me I have an hour . I get my part tells me it will fit my car for the headlight . I go outside to change them out. And there twice the size of my old headlight . I go back in all nice and see if I could look at the other ones he says no. So I wasted 34 dollars because he told me it will fit . What a waste . I will follow up with this too

Very well laid out. Kind a wish they would put the Ford's in a row. Then Chevrolet in another row. But everyone is friendly and willing to help you. There is a $2.00 charge to walk in. But once you get down to where the cars are, it works.

Skinny guy with glasses at the front desk has trash customer service, he likes to argue his point. everyone else i got great service. parts ok prices are questionable. some stuff is a good price other stuff is a rip. thats my last time there

Yard was clean, cars were where they were supposed to be, but they made the checkout process a bit difficult. I was rushing to get to the checkout because I was removing a subframe and it took longer than expected. When I got to the checkout of course there was a few extra parts attached. Obviously If I dont want to be charged for the part I should take it off. Which they seem irritated with for some reason, as if I owed them something, even stating to take the sway bar links and broken motor mounts back to the car(ridiculous) but then retreated on that as they should. Then they said I could leave it on there and they would not charge me, only to still charge me for the exact part they said to leave on. Also added a $10 core charge on a subframe which I dont believe is good business. Have better customer service and I would have got a few more parts

Great place to get your automotive parts and I recently seen motorcycles. Found lots of parts over the years. Customer's need to be careful removing parts because alot of times they break stuff to get to what they need and I go there and it's broke! The best junk yard I seen!

Best quote for my old truck I had to junk. They came and picked it up and handed me a check for more than any other place would give me. No complaints here. My buddy also got a great deal when I towed his old car up there too. We even got lunch there when they had hot dogs and sodas for their customers.

I absolutely love this place from the staff to wrecks. From the biggest items like engine parts all the way down to knobs and dashboard controls, they have them. Never the same place twice!

Its an alright place, they have okay cars to pick out from, I went there for an a/c compressor but the system wasn't drained, I told the office to send someone to discharge the system, no one showed up, had to go back to the office, and got told someone discharged it already.. it sprayed fluid everywhere. Careful guys a/c fluid will blind you.

So far so good . Got a rear end from them . From front desk to loading on my trailer . 💯.. Including Luis whom pulled the rear diff for me..($150) seems pricey but they were very professional and on point with time. Pulled 830-930 as Luis said he would.. Thanks to all at Tony's.. Appreciate the blessing. Only saved me $2800!!! Amen!

Darryl is real helpful i came to the office and he really help me out I came from Miami to uncle Tony place .it's good I will be a new customer here .good work .

They dont pick up the phone and when they do they cant tell you if a car is 2 or 4 door. Im not driving almost an hour to find out that the drive I made was for a different vehicle that doesn't fit my car.

Large and well organized! We gave them our vehicle make and model and the friendly guys at the front desk gave us the rows in which similar vans were stored. So, we went right to the area and didn't have to search the whole yard! We found out parts and were done in 25 minutes. FYI, It cost $2 each to enter the yard. It was worth it because of the size of the yard and variety of vehicles. The yard itself is down a small hill so you may want to bring a wagon depending on the size of the parts you are taking. We needed glass from a rear door of a van and it only cost $30. They will be my first stop next time!

Uncle Tony's has a very large selection people are nice and they have pretty good prices better than most places

So my latest experience with uncle tony’s I drove over an hr because on the website it said last entry is a 4:20pm, as soon as I got there they proceeded to tell me you only have to 10 minutes i said no way i drove an hr he said well we close at 5pm so you must be out by then i said ok! At 4:45pm they are blowing horns so you have to get out. Ok so here comes the good part after i paid and was dying of thirst because I ran and quickly took my part out I nicely asked for a water and was told by the man with glasses that checked me out with a serious face NO!! I said really he said yeah really that’s for when you coming in not leaving I nicely said I will drink it here he got upset and said really man no you can’t have a water!!! I was mind blown how someone could be so un humanly! I said thank you and walked out!! I was very happy to find this Junkyard but this was a hell of an experience!

I use to think this was a good yard but over the years they’ve showed their true colors in multiple occasions. I’ll explain! If you buy anything electronic you can’t test it unless you have the means to power it. And if you find out it doesn’t work immediately after purchasing they won’t even let you switch it out. These guys are often rude & unreasonable, that’s a fact. Another fact is they’re the only modern yard in Martin/Saint Lucie county w: online inventory. Additionally this yard also pays the least, Snake Road, Vero Upull, Etc all pay better.💯 Y’all should consider changing policy, Upullit, lkq etc all of which are major corporations have a better policy than this mom and pop (uncle) yard and that’s sad. I could go on & on treat people better especially your locals.

Absolutely great place great customer service. First time at this one the gentleman up front explains everything of where my vehicle would be. Was very helpful got the part I needed and will definitely be going back. Oh ya the free water is a giant plus. New customer for life

I frequent this yard. Never a bad experience. I've spent some time and money here and always a great experience. Bought an engine and trans here and installed it in my car the following week and to my surprise both were working well. Thank you guys for the help.

Great clean yard, prices are so so but great yard.

I was there for the first time yesterday and it was very organized and really a good experience. And Daryl took care of me at the checkout and I left with a lot smaller charge than I expected. I think it’s really a good way to get affordable parts for your car. Absolute recommend.
