The worst experience. My car broke down in the middle of the turnpike with my family. Wife and 2 daughters. A 2 year old and a 9 year old on our way to a spring break vacation. They gave me a price and then suddenly, after speaking with me and with a state topper dispatcher, on the phone, at the end they wanted to charge me twice and they threat me with taking my car away if I don’t pay the total. The tow truck driver was very nice but the experience costed me $673 when it was supposed to be $493. I hope that Karma gets back to them and receive three times what me and my family went through and that they took advantage of us. Social media would take care of the rest. To the owner of the company, please don’t make money with a business that it was invented to help people not to ripped them off. God bless the people that go through you care. Have a beautiful night. I am already home and you could never ruin my day.

Nothing but great customer service and good vibes at this shop..When I stopped in Mr Willie was actually closing but he still fix my car for me..he was determined to get me going which he did..I truly appreciated him making an exception to help me..it was a simple fix for a mechanic but major for anyone else..End results I made it back home to Orlando safe and he didn't even charge me .Thank you Mr Willie..I recommend A1 Willie's Car care

I called him to ask for the price of a 2.9 mile tow from my house to an auto garage - he tells me $75. I text him the address, he picks up the car an hour later without telling me, and leaves (I was home - he did not knock). I then get a call saying he tried calling me 3 times and I never picked up (I only got the one call, which I returned immediately). He tells me he already has the car and is on the way to the shop, but he needs to charge me $10 more because he misheard me and thought it was under 2 miles, not over 2 miles. I pushed back on this and got him to honor the $75. He also informs me that I need to pay him, and he only accepts cash, and since he missed me at my house, I now need to drive to the auto shop to pay him in cash. I did so, but that was a big inconvenience, and I will never use his services again.

Willie is a nice guy with a good sense of humor who will make sure your needs are met. He dropped me off at home before taking the car to the shop for the same price. He had a look at it himself to make sure I was making the right decision about where I was taking it to get repaired after an overheat as well.
