I called about selling a junk car and provided the make and model as requested. When I mentioned what I was looking to get for it, the person hung up instead of discussing or offering a value. That was very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.

I needed a tow for a car on 28 inch rims from Fort Pierce all the way to Port St lucie. Willie came and picked up the car on a flatbed within the hour and brought it all the way to the shop in Port St Lucie. He took great care with loading and unloading the car and the price was fair.

Today myself and my family run and did somethings down south from where we live.
On the way home kiddos got hungry and we stopped at McD's and decided to make a picnic. We stopped at the Old Fort Park in Fort Pierce, Fl.
As we finished the picnic a loud bang teared the tranquility in the park. As we looked to see what happened we realized a car has jumped a very high curb stone and was dangling in side the park with it's front wheels. An elderly gentleman looked confused and lost. I went to check up and see what is going on and how he is felling. Suddenly I felt very bad for this gentleman. I tought he has some kind off memory loss and I really become emotional and kind off worried for a stranger. I tried to gether few guy's in the park and see if we could loft the car over the curb stone's but there was no way. Trying to just back it up didn't work neither. Everyone left but I just couldn't. I called the Ft. Pierce police department and we waited with the gentleman (82 years of age). My girlfriend was patient's enought and took the kiddos to the beach across the street. The officer came in no time but I already realized that the only way out would be a tow truck. I asked him if he could call for one but I knew even at that point the lowest they would charge this lost gentleman would be some $300 if not more. I didn't know his financial situation but I realized he didn't have a phone on him and he didn't know his wifes or sons number. At that moment I grew even bigger concerns and decided to call a local tow company. I told them about the incident and asked him out fright if I paid cash could he do it for $xxx.00 flat. 10 minutes later a tow truck showed up and the driver came and said that the only reason he came was that I was nobody helping a stranger in distress and he wanted to be part of the help. The driver was the owner name Willie. At that time the gentleman's wife came since the police officer was able to locate her and her number. Talking to the gentleman whos name was Bill I was pleasantly surprised that he started to talk to me in a fluent German and that made me kind of happy. He was very aware off many things but he was also lost in some. So not sure if he is showing early signs of Alzhaimers but I hope it is just the age. One thing that made me laugh was when I asked him for his age he proudly said he is 82 and he will live to 100 no matter what others say or think. Even do I was ready to pay Bill slid his money in to my pocket and wouldn't allow me to pay.
On the and off the day everything ended up well and Bill got a deal for towing his car out, the tow company was helpful, quick and sincere and my girlfriend full off patience.

MR WILLIE MR. WILLIE MR. WILLIE, I reached out several months back to inquire about Mr. Willing picking up some cars that no longer work from my Grandfather's home. First off, he was very pleasant on the phone. He let me know his schedule and when I was ready to reach back out to him. Months has passed. As I stopped by and saw the cars taking up idle space in the yard. I called Mr. Willie back and he said he was able to stop by the same day. He was in Vero and he'd come to me when he was finished. I took care of some business and came back to granddads house. Mr. Willie showed up soon after. He was really pleasant and had a smile that was miles wide. He conducted business gave an offer.
