I am a senior citizen and have never had a better experience having my vehicle serviced! Jose completed the work in a timely fashion and was very thorough and informative about what was checked and advise on another mechanical issue. The price was very fair and I enjoyed my conversation with Jose's wife while waiting. 9/11/2025 Another great experience here. Jose cares about his customers and continues to do what is right. I love when I find a business owner and employees who care! Jose and his team have been awesome. I own a local transport company, so I need a mechanic who is reliable and that is exactly what Automotive Industries is.

I had some warning lights on and they were able to take care of the issue really quickly and didn't charge for the diagnostics like a lot of places do. I just moved in the area and will be going back to them regularly as they seem very honest and professional.

When we moved from Arizona a year ago, Jose and Automotive Industries came highly recommended and I can see why. He’s been honest, upfront, easy to work with and reasonably priced on the repairs of 4 of my vehicles as well as my Mom’s car. Highly recommend you find your way to Saint Jose for your next repair.

I wish there were a no-star option. I had an alarming and unprofessional experience with Automotive Industries on Old Dixie Highway. I dropped off my 2016 Mercedes E350 in person and handed the keys directly to the owner. He tagged them with my name and wrote my contact info on a notepad in front of me. I left via Uber, and my drop-off was documented with Life360. Later that day, he called to quote me $1,800 for a repair he originally estimated at $759. I declined and said I would pick up the car. The next day, after I texted that I would pick up my car in the afternoon, he called me and claimed he never saw the car and didn’t have it. While driving to the garage, prepared to call the police, the car was parked right in front of the garage—and he had my keys in his hand. Yet he never reached out or acknowledged anything. This level of disregard and dishonesty is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against trusting this business with your vehicle.

Honest, reliable, fast, fair.... I could go on and on about what a pleasure it is to work with Jose and his team! I've brought multiple cars to Automotive Industries for a variety of work over the years and continue to be amazed by the great service and fair pricing.

Was having some car trouble before a long drive and needed to have it looked at urgently, Jose got me in to the schedule and had everything taken care of if by the end of the day. He was honest, accommodating, and very friendly. I almost look forward to the next time my car has issues so I can bring it here. Will be recommending this business to everybody.

Drove the car a few miles and massive amounts of oil was leaking and smoke along with it. Took it to Auto Medic and within 15 minutes, they identified my valve covers were broken and an attempt to glue or some sort of high temp caulk was made to fill in the gap between the cover and engine (see pics). I don't necessarily think they attempted to repair it with the caulk, but they certainly should have seen this.

I recently towed my Mercedes to Automotive Industries who we have used many times. We were told it needed to be towed to the MB dealership. When i called them to inform of the tow truck Jose said there was no charge. In today’s world unbelievable!!! go see Jose you will not be disappointed in his old school approach.

Jose saved me over $1000 on my car. I went to Honda first and they pushed for me to get a part replaced when it was not necessary. The shop was clean and the people who work there are VERY nice!! The owners wife even gave my son a cupcake while we waited 😊 So happy to have found a reliable, reputable car mechanic nearby!!

I went to automotive industries to take care of a slew of problems ranging from some basic maintenance items, accessories and brake issues. Scheduling with them was easy, Jose called me back promptly after I filled the request form online. I actually missed his calls twice, but we eventually got to make an appointment. On the day of my maintenance appointment, I was given a call back and a detailed explanation on what they found and what work was needed. Was not pressured to get anything done in particular but decided to go through with the complete work order. The truck was finished a day later and I was able to pick up without an issue. Jose showed me the parts that were changed out, we had a chat and I was on my way. Drives smoothly ever since. The parts used for the truck were OEM or close to and automotive industries stands by their work. Any of the parts go out, they take care of it. You're paying for peace of mind, quality and expertise. I thought for all of that, they were very reasonable with me. Thanks guys!

Unbelievable. Jose was recommended and I came in with a dashboard full of error messages. Then, braced for impact. In my experience, surprises are rarely positive when you get a call from a mechanic. Couldn't believe it. There is nothing wrong with the car, messages were showing up by mistake. And then, if that wasn't a surprise enough. There is no cost. The response, "if we don't fix we don't charge". We have found our trusted mechanic. Incredible experience!

I always have an incredible experience with this mechanic shop! From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They diagnosed the issue with my car quickly and accurately, and I'm always impressed with how transparent and honest Jose is throughout every process. They explained everything clearly, gave me options, and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs. I've been coming to this shop since 2019 and they have been the only shop to touch my car. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and they made sure my car was back to me quickly, and running a lot better than it was when I came in with it.

If you have a car you love, take it to Jose for routine service or any faults that may arise. He has taken care of four of our cars over the last ten years. No better service or advice you will find in the state. I won’t let anyone else work on my car. Certainly not the Audi dealer. BMW, Mercedes. Audi, even Ferrari. Jose was highly recommended by a trusted friend for his reputable work. He and his team have done work on two of my vehicles and now I will be highly recommending his shop to everyone that I know. José and his team are amazing! We met shortly after moving here in 2019 and needing some repair work on a vehicle. Since then I have had many cars serviced by him from mine to my children.
