Called Friday at 5:30 and within a half hour the tow truck was there to help. Very friendly on the phone, the man that came to tow my car was helpful, eager to answer all of my questions and a smiling face at the end of a hard day! Will definitely call and use them again if need be.
Recently had the privilege of meeting Jeff. He was very personable and kind. Got us out of the sand and on our way in minutes. Hoping I won’t need him anytime soon but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to call ABC. Also appreciated his friend Officer Steve waiting with us until Jeff showed up. I believe ABC Towing may be a little deceptive. We called them for a tow while stuck in that beautiful white sand at Crescent Beach. There was also another vehicle stuck right beside of us, only about 20 ft from the access ramp. The dispatcher quoted us a price of $75 each. When the tow truck arrived there was clear signage on the rear driver's side window, "Beach Towing $50". When I questioned the driver he stated,"well the dispatcher told me $75 so that's what it is. And we're not from around here" Well, no, you're 19 miles inland. BUT IT SAYS BEACH TOWING!!! You're inland so all the beaches are at least 20-25 minutes away. Am i missing something? The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because they arrived in 15 minutes. But it was "so far away" they had to charge extra. I call BS.
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY
ABC TOWING WHILE TOWING OUR F150 FORD TRUCK DROPPED THE TRUCK AND BROKE THE FIBERGLASS BED COVER OFF THE BACK TEARING THE HYDRAULIC ARMS RIGHT OFF THE TRUCK AND FLIPPED THE COVER OVER THE CAB WHICH WAS LOCKED. THE COVER WAS CRACKED AND UNREPAIRABLE. DAMAGE TO FIX/REPAIR COST US $5630.21. THEY DECLINED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!! THE SON, HUNTER, JUST LEFT THE TRUCK AT BOZART FORD AND NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED!!
Highly recommend ABC Towing! We were locked out of our van and they quickly responded and were able to open the door for us right away, allowing us to get on the road for our trip. Jeff and Tim were kind and courteous, can't thank you both enough!
Don't hesitate to use ABC Towing. The fellow that came for my car was one of the nicest, most competent, most helpful folks I have ever met. He is an ex fire fighter and knows how to handle an 80 year old disabled lady as well as a Hyundai.
I am eternally grateful both to him and to the outfit for which he works.

I had a car accident. Cops call ABC towing for towed my car. Next day car dropped off at collision center I went there and checked my car I noticed that all 4 weather mat was missing. I called the tow company and guy was so rude and said we didn’t steal anything and said anyway your car will be totaled. So be careful if your car is at tow yard for overnight. Never use them again.

Got stuck on a beach in a Jeep of all things tonight in sand while visiting St. Augustine... so I did not know of any reputable towing companies. Jeff saved the day! He was very quick to respond and to troubleshoot our issues. Jeff was very personable, friendly, accurate, and just AMAZING! I was stuck at Costco and called ABC and Mark answered the phone! He was very helpful and was great with replying fast to get me picked up! Cameron showed up with the tow truck super quick, loaded up and taken straight to dealership. Both very nice gentlemen and I’d definitely use them again in the future.
I was driving down the road when my fuel pump failed. I had just left the dealership with a new bumper installation. I called the dealership for reference of tow, they sent me ABC towing. The vehicle was dropped off and when in the air technician noticed significant damage to the bumper and showed me. There were grease marks on the bottom of the lip with paint missing on the front of the lip. The bottom lip was snapped in half, when calling ABC towing to ask what happened I was given very rude remarks and was told he’s a professional that does not make mistakes. Frustrated I hung up, I called back and the line was dead, calling off another phone it actually rang. When bringing this up, denied they blocked my number. Still does not ring. Speaking to the owner he agreed to show up and look at damage but he never showed up. The bumper costed me $1000 total and I had it a few hours because he said it was “Poorly installed” Because it’s missing fog light covers as I need to order new fog lights. This is unacceptable and I do not recommend getting your vehicle towed by ABC towing as they obviously dropped the car incorrectly, knowing this because I did towing with my grandfather for years. Mark said he used a repo truck, which makes sense that when he dropped it, it bounced and snapped the lip or he had it set incorrectly causing it to bounce while driving. If there was a way to make this right I would be satisfied, but as of now there is nothing that can be done. The vehicle sits very low to the ground if The driver had known this they should’ve used a flat bed. As the equipment would’ve had to be shorter than 4.5” to get underneath the car without hitting anything. Worst service i’ve ever received. I would give 0 stars if it allowed me to.
Awesome service at a super reasonable rate - came right away to help tow my daughter’s car which was leaking oil fast. We were able to get it to the service repair shop quickly. The guy that towed it was a great guy, I didn’t catch his name though, and even guessed the issue (which isn’t part of the service he just knows cars). Getting an emergency tow can be stressful and he made it super easy.
Today my husband’s truck got stuck in the sand on St Augustine Beach. With a quick phone call to Jeff from ABC Towing. He arrived in a few minutes and assisted us getting our truck out of the sand and off the beach. 10/10 service and helped us enjoy the rest of our beach day. Looking for a tow company I definitely recommend.
Got stuck on St Augustine Beach today after my 4WD went out. I tried all I could and could not get out on my own or with the help of a buddy. I ended up calling ABC towing and in no time Jeff was there to help! He took my buried to the frame F-150 and got it out with ease! ABC towing even made sure I made it off the beach without getting stuck again! 10/10 will recommend ABC towing if you ever need them!

Used this company to tow my Ferrari today in Davis Shores as it needed a service, and they were excellent! Arrived very quickly and the driver (Cameron) was super courteous, extremely professional, and very careful & attentive with the car.
