Wow, what an amazing young man I got to meet tonight! Ray, with Oviedo Towing, arrived in minutes to tow my car in for a new battery. Ray was exceptionally courteous, very knowledgeable about his job and my car and just sent me a picture of his job well done! My car will spend the night at the shop and be ready for "a fix" first thing in the morning. Thank you, Ray, you made my day.
I had to get my car towed because Geico's providers stated they could not tow the car because they needed a wheel lift. Oviedo Towing was successful in towing it for me. Ray was very nice, and was in full communication with me. I will definitely recommend or IF I ever need another tow.

I’ve attempted to contact this company several times to establish a working relationship with our HOA in Oviedo. Each time, the dispatch team (e.g. Tracy) has been rude and unhelpful (put on hold and then hung up on), and I’ve never received the service or follow‑through I was expecting. If this is how they treat potential partners, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to rely on them during an actual roadside emergency. Professionalism matters, especially in towing, and unfortunately this company has not demonstrated it.

Oviedo Towing Company falsely towed my vehicles and keep them for a ransom even after the details of the towing were revealed. Their staff was abusive, argumentative and continually changes the details of release. I had to report them to the police officer to get any cooperation to move forward. I would recommend this company to my worst enemy.
We needed a tow after an accident. We tried the roadside assistance from our car manufacturer and insurance company first- we were thrown around automated systems and hung up on several times. Eventually, I called Oviedo towing. A woman answered the phone and said a driver would call us shortly. A few moments later, Ray called. His voice was soft and he calmed me instantly. 15 mins later, he showed up and towed our car! He was professional and quick! He sent us a photo of our car once he dropped it off. 10/10. Next time - I’ll call them first.

Please beware of this company. They will tow your vehicle, have you pay an exuberant amount of money and make you jump through 10 hoops to get your vehicle returned.
The staff who ran the shop threatened me for just questioning why they had added up to $500 in fees for opening a gate. They abuse the rules and take advantage of individuals due to the lazy policies around Towing companies.
Never in my life have I dealt with someone so stressful. I just called asking for a trailer quote, and the lady lost control, gave me no information about the service or prices, and had a terrible attitude. Very unprofessional.
And don’t say it was another company with a similar name — it was THIS company, this phone number, these people. Please take care of how your phone calls are handled and how you treat the public.

Ray happened to pull into the gas station where our car was broken down while we were waiting on another towing company.
