Please beware of this company. They will tow your vehicle, have you pay an exuberant amount of money and make you jump through 10 hoops to get your vehicle returned.
The staff who ran the shop threatened me for just questioning why they had added up to $500 in fees for opening a gate. They abuse the rules and take advantage of individuals due to the lazy policies around Towing companies.
Avoid them like the plague!!
Never in my life have I dealt with someone so stressful. I just called asking for a trailer quote, and the lady lost control, gave me no information about the service or prices, and had a terrible attitude. Very unprofessional.
And don’t say it was another company with a similar name — it was THIS company, this phone number, these people. Please take care of how your phone calls are handled and how you treat the public.

Ray arrived promptly and expeditiously hooked up my car. Ray was professional and friendly. I watched him as he meticulously made sure that my vehicle was safe during transport. My son was waiting for me when I got home and was enamored by the tow truck. Ray saw this and, after my car was unloaded, he began to show my son his tow truck. Ray was kind, caring, and empathetic to my situation. Ray embodies what a true professional is and what many should emulate. 10/10 best service I have ever received.
Never had to call for a tow in my life, Oviedo Towing was the best choice i could have made, and Ray (the driver) was chill, cool, and experienced. I have a lowered car, and it was no problem. Honestly a great choice when things were going wrong.

Such a lovely company; they just so happened to tow my car in front of my house because it was after 9pm so I couldn’t go to work (on the weekend ), and then they forced me to pay in cash, and then they gave me $5 of change in quarters ! What an ambitious, non-scandalous group of individuals that work here that definitely contribute to society in such a meaningful way
my car broke down on the way home from work which was a bummer. fortunately ray got to me in a relatively quick amount of time given it was 5 o'clock rush hour. he was super friendly, nice, and helpful. on the way to my cars shop, he gave me on advice on potential places i could shop for new cars since mine was giving me so many issues. overall, a great experience

I cannot say enough good things about the service of this company. I had been stranded for over 3 hours waiting for AAA who was backed up. Finally, I gave up on AAA and called Oviedo Towing. After I gave my information to dispatch Ray called me back right away and was able to get to my location in about 30 minutes. He was super polite and very personable. He got my F150 up on a flatbed in a very tight spot. Then when we got to my destination (repair shop), I totally left and forgot to lock the truck and he locked it for me and called me to let me know. Honestly, this company is great and Ray saved the day!
