Anthony couldn’t have been a greater help! He turned what could’ve been an entire day spent at a mechanic with an enormous bill into a quick turnaround and some helpful tips to keep in mind if my problem happened to come up again. Not to mention, he’s incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.
Owner is very professional and quick to arrive. I told him what was wrong with the car and he even checked to see if it was the simpler fix before loading it on the truck. Also it is a flat rate tow vs places that hit you with hidden fees after.
The owner was amazing and the kindest and understanding person you’ll ever meet. He works fast and diligent and gets the job done. I was in a big hole and he helped me out so much that turned my day around. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is stuck!
Customer service is terrible! Signed a contract for private property towing, they don’t answer the phone. When you mention that you called a few times they get snappy over email. 0/10 don’t recommend!
Sadly we signed a contract for towing and we’re never responded to after placing 3 calls and had a nasty email interaction. Because of this, I can’t recommend this company.

Gear shifter problems on my car made it it undriveable, was able to call Empire towing and spoke with Anthony, showed up very quick and even tried helping me out with the car to get the gear shifter to work. Ultimately still needed it towed and Anthony was helpful, friendly, and fast. Will definitely reach out again if ever need my car towed

I called several towing agencies and the all gave me around about 4 hour waiting time.Like that was great customer service.I called Empire Towing and Anthony answer and said what happened?are you okay?He gave me the price to come pick up the car and a time frame of 38 minutes he was here in 38 minutes.Dress professional for this weather,clean cut shaved and very professional. He asked me was I riding with him or had a ride.I told him I would be riding with him because I had no back up.So,he said "we will be jamming all the way to the dealership".That made me smile.But,my girlfriend showed up before he did so,I rode with her.Anthony was way above professionalism and I Thank GOD he answered and showed like he said he would.I pray I don't need a towing again in the near future but,if I do It will be there company. Highly recommend Empire Towing! My truck broke down and Anthony answered the phone and arrived at my location within 20 minutes! Had a great chat as both of us were from NY and he hooked up the truck and towed it to mechanic as promised. Honest guy and he also knew my mechanic who also said the same about him as Anthony is his go to guy for towing as well. Definitely be using Empire in the future and always nice to connect with good honest business people!
Great guy and service.. car stopped accelerating and as someone who has a heart problem and has to stay somewhat cool and collected this guy really helped with that. Smooth tow experience and ride to the dealership and good prices if you need a tow truck this is the one you want to use definitely saving his contact information in case I ever need him again!! Anthony was friendly, professional and responsive through and through, from my initial call-in for a quote through to the conclusion of the transaction. Not only was he quick with towing my vehicle where I needed it to go, he was also the most affordable quote. It’s so important to shop around for quotes, because he was the lowest out of the 7 wrecker/tow companies in the area that I called— and significantly lower! Definitely would recommend this company and would use again personally.

Has to be the best towing service here in Orlando! Top notch work and amazing customer service! I had two cars towed from the dame location to destination. I was not only given a good price for the distance. I was also blessed with some help! Having the cars placed was a bit of a hassle and most other guys would have never taken this job! Not empire though! They came in clutch and went above and beyond even assisting me with none tow associated stuff. Had a short block(car engine) that they helped me move as well! Couldn't say enough good things about this company! This will be my future for to for all towing needs rather when I move cars to locations for work or road side assistance I'm calling empire! They're the kings baby!
Great company, my 3500 ram diesel truck broke down, I called and Anthony got to me within 30min. He was easily able to tow my heavy duty truck at a reasonable price. You can definitely trust this company for all your towing needs!
My Sweet Minivan was making a strange noise and the warranty company sent Empire Towing to get it in for a repair. They arrived within the scheduled timeframe, wore a facemask and maintained an appropriate social distance. He asked for the keys and took care of everything. I would recommend and use them again.
Anthony helped me today with my lowered G37.. he was amazing. Such a good help, most people would look at my car and literally run away saying “we can’t tow that” but he did the opposite and helped every second with my best interest in mind. Beyond thankful for him today!
