They got the call from my GEICO roadside service, and they were quite prompt and really helpful. They confirmed that the tire had a nail so they quickly put air in it and that was enough to get me to the shop to get repaired. Very happy with the response time and service, totally recommend!
Great experience with Lisa today. Spoke to her on the phone, she couldn't have been more helpful or understanding and professional. Often times towing companies get a bad rap, they are just doing their job. In a world where great customer service is extremely rate, Lisa shined like a bright star today. Bad first impression already and now after reading reviews im scared to find out how much we owe. The dispatch woman is very rude when I call, I have property in my boyfriend's car, who is in the hospital, while he is the only one they will allow to retrieve property (my phone with my wallet phone case holding all my cards and my license) also asked for a rough estimate on price for the 3 weeks it's been there, I was released first from the hospital and wanted to get it taken care of but she shows no empathy whatsoever and basically told me it's not her job to know pricing and to call back Monday, she seems to hate being on the phone and wants to end the call before it starts, I get that but... This is stressful for us all, be kind. I hope they aren't charging for weekends either if I can't get it out over the weekend
I did a dumb thing today. I needed a tow. Mike at Courtesy Towing arrived within 15 minutes, took my safety as top priority, made fast work of loading the vehicle, and got me dropped off at the repair shop quickly, and with a smile! You made it easy, Mike! I appreciate you!! Highly recommended!!
My elderly father's car got towed after a traffic stop. When he went to pick it up at Courtesy Towing, they were helpful and considerate and made sure everything got taken care of. They called me after he left to tell me he was on his way home. I appreciate the consideration and courtesy they offered us.
Mike came today in response to my Geico roadside assistance. I had already attempted to jump my vehicle, but his portable jump start was stronger than mine! Then recommended where to go. I alleviate not having it towed to incur more charges at the shop!

This company is contracted with local LEO to clean up accidents. Driver and officers finessed us into believing the tow to their lot would be no charge/charged to insurance. When we picked up the car the next day it was a $235 bill. If we had it towed where we wanted from the scene the night of the accident it would have been half that at $120. He literally lied to make double the money. Poor business practices especially for dealing with people who are already going through it. Use C&J around the corner, at least they’re up front and honest about things.
John was GREAT! He arrived on time to tow my car to the dealership. He suggested that, before we loaded the car, we should see if it's a battery issue. Sure enough he was right. He started the car and showed me what kind of battery to get. He was kind, helpful, and ultimately saved me money. Thank you John! You were my hero today.

I would definitely recommend Courtesy Towing. I used my insurance for roadside assistance and they told me the tow truck would be an hour. Within minutes, John called to let me know he was on the way and only about 20 minutes out. He asked for more details on my vehicle and was able to do some trouble shooting and get it running. He could have just towed it, but John took a few extra minutes to save me time and money. He even explained the problem to me. Thank you John for amazing customer service and thank you Courtesy Towing for encouraging a positive and proactive approach for your drivers.
John was extremely friendly, supportive, and communicative. I needed my car towed from the dealership and he called while he was in route to pick up my car and also when he was otw to me, providing an exact ETA. Having car troubles is never fun, but John made my experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend using Courtesy Towing - John deserves praise for a job well done!
Worst tow company ever. They don’t even have an office just a lady in a broken down vehicle in the lot. Says they accepted cards on the phone and then only accept cash in person. They changed the price on us several times. Not to mention they move cars around in the impound lot with a fork lift even when they’re not totaled. Guy who had “a lot of experience tried to pick up and tow the car while it was in park. Probably causing significant damage to the front of the car. No idea if or how they even have a business license.
My car broke down with a clutch issue out in Altamonte Springs. Me having a slightly lowered car had me worried that it would cause a problem for whoever it was to help me out. My vehicle broke down yesterday at the worst possible time with my disabled son with me in the vehicle. Of course, I was very concerned and overly stressed. I contacted Geico and was referred to courtesy towing and they sent out Mike Chambers. Mike could not have been kinder and more caring and just helped me feel like the stress just rolled right off my shoulders. With the extra unexpected issue of having my son, breaking down is never easy. But Mike made me feel comfortable and safe and completely at ease. I am very grateful to him and to his company. They will be the first person that I call when I am in need again. And I will definitely refer anyone I know to them and ask them to ask for Mike. He made the experience go from miserable to not just tolerable, but understandable and that’s so important these days. Care and kindness goes such a long way. I could not be more appreciative. Today I had my Subaru towed from Winter Park through insurance emergency roadside assistance. The operator John communicated every step of the way and even worked patiently through a given pickup location error. He delivered our car damage free to the prescribed location and dropped it exactly where we wanted it. Top notch service!!

If I could give this company a no star I would. Their drivers do not follow the laws of the road. I had one make an illegal left turn and then try to cut me off. When he couldn’t he flicked me off and road the tail of my car. He then passed me illegally in a turn lane. I have this all on video.
My car broke down today in the middle of a parking lot and wouldn’t start up no matter what my fiancé and I did. Gary from Courtesy towing came 25 minutes earlier than the expected ETA and we didn’t have to wait long. Instead of towing my vehicle, he proceeded to fix it by using a wrench and self starting jumper cables. We had tried that method ourselves but it didn’t work but because of his help, we were able to have our vehicle fixed without needing a tow. Thank you Gary!
Police called this place for me they took my car didn't even inform me that they were closed on weekends I was told I'd be able to retrieve my things ended up waiting til Monday for me to get to their lot and all the glass that was in the road I saw driver sweep up yet he dumped in the back of my car. and my car looks worse than what it did when they took it away also someone's tools were left on my car this isn't right I took pictures I don't recommend

I had an exceptional experience with this company. John and Mike helped me first thing in the morning--less than an hour after my car insurance requested their service. I would like to emphasize how delightful John was. He offered not only his mechanic expertise on how to handle the problems I was experiencing with my car, but he also talked to the mechanic at the Auto Shop that it was towed to. He made sure I got the service I needed and that the Auto Shop did was they needed to repair the vehicle. This ended up costing me $0 (given it was a product under waranty) including labor.
I am a current supervisor for a major roadside company and have been in the industry for the last 6 years. Yesterday was the first day in my life I had to use roadside. From start to finish my experience was amazing . The service provider waited for me to get back to my car and I know they were backed up . He was so courtesy. I inputted the wrong tow destination he confirmed the address and made sure it got to the right place. I work in this field and it’s never pretty I have never dealt with a company this fast and kind . If I ever have any more issues with my 2020 Mercedes’ I will make sure to use the company . I highly recommend them I would give them a 10 star if I could .
So my universal joint popped out and my car was immobile while I was working delivering food. I had to have my vehicle towed and EVERYONE knows how frustrating this is already --- BUT... I got courtesy towing dispatched through my car insurance (Geico) and let me tell you from the beginning to the end was purely amazing‼ Dispatcher T was so amazing and cared about my safety and also was patient as I was trying to get details of what and where I was. Then the angel pulled up JOHN!!! I cannot praise this man enough . He was so polite and professional . I could go on and on about how he went above and beyond --- I praised him highly and he kept telling me ... Ma'am.... I actually like my job and the company I work for and as long as your safe and we get you to the right location... Then I feel great and satisfied. I mean he lowered the vehicle in my dad's driveway carefully not to hit my father's truck or trailer on the side... He was gentle with my vehicle and cared about it as if it were his own. Best towing service i’ve ever had, the guys were helpful and on time that was estimated. They actually showed up. Very professional, and they were super patient with my car, it was completely wheel locked and they did everything to get it to its destination, they went above and beyond to help me get everything done and my car to get repaired. I’m very grateful for their service and for going the extra mile. Joe was friendly and very professional and careful with my car, i really appreciated his service.
Highly recommend Courtesy towing!!!!!! They came to pick my motorcycle up within 20 min of me calling them!!!! The wrecker guy took really really good care of my bike while loading and unloading it probably helps that he’s a bike enthusiast like myself!! If you ever need a tow give them a call !!!!
