I had a terrible experience with Tri County Towing after being in a motorcycle accident. I was left waiting much longer than promised, and when the driver finally arrived, he admitted he was tired and even told me he “would move faster but he was tired.” After being in a crash and stranded, that was the last thing I needed to hear.
To make things worse, the driver strapped my bike down incorrectly, and during transport it actually fell over and was lying sideways on the truck. Instead of treating it seriously, he brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Eventually they had to transfer my bike to a flatbed, which only delayed things further and showed how poorly it was handled from the start.
Between the long wait, poor communication, careless strapping, and dismissive attitude, this was one of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot recommend Tri County Towing to anyone who values their vehicle or their time.
I can’t find the all American blvd location on here to rate that one specifically BUT my experience with them was a great one , despite the super stressful situation I found myself in , Mike & Alex were super helpful , cool and kind ! shoutout to them both for their great customer service !
I had one of those days, Graduation, then volunteer training, home inspections, and more..... and found myself running out of gas...me...and my car! The car said 5 more miles, but it wasn't so. With the help of a nudge from my friend's car, I made it to the 7-11 and filled the tank. My hybrid car could not compute that it was full, would not turn off to reset either.... and I knew I would need to tow it to the dealer, only 6/10's of a mile away. I called Tri County, and a nice lady sent Joe with a time and reasonable price. He personally called, and let me know he'd be there soon. I tried things while I waited, and then someone, an Angel on earth, did something simple with my key fob on the push button, and my car came back to life. Joe was there, made sure I was safe, and wouldn't even let me pay him for a service charge. Wouldn't let me give him anything. I tried! I know he sees tough crashes most of the time, but for him, my gratitude and smile was enough. If I could have jumped high enough to hug this big man...I would have. Unbelievable! If anyone ever has something happen to them where they need to be towed in the Lake Mary/Sanford area....Call Tri County! Actually, any Cental Florida

I don't usually write reviews but being one to voice my frustrations, I realize how tough these guys job has got to be!! Darrell helped me out from the very start and communicated all the way through, even when I was frustrated. All power to the guys working with angry people, the law, the businesses, the HEAT, etc... Got my car towed by these guys and they made it as simple and easy as possible to come pick it up. Good communication and transparency. I’m grateful these were the guys that had my car. If I could give 6 stars I would .

Despite the nature of my situation, the gentleman on the phone was very kind, understanding and negotiable. Having gone through all my options with non to avail, the staff at Tri county met me halfway in the process of getting my vehicle off the highway and to my mechanic after my vehicle had broken down leaving it, and myself stranded.
Further more, this was my only way of transportation. Tri county was willing and able to arrange a ride for me to simultaneously pick up my vehicle from the lot and take it to the mechanic the same morning. Saving me what would’ve been some serious Uber/Cab fees.

They are scammers. My car was only there for one day and they were charging me $700. I told them that couldn't be, they lowered it to $593 and I have proof. The initial invoice was not even $400. This has been a terrible experience. I will never use this company. The tow driver was incredibly rude. He pulled our stuck vehicle out and then he refused to tow it back to our location and refused to let us drive it. Very rude. I have been trying to get the vehicle released and the staff did not bother to call me when I sent them the documents they needed. They refused to release the vehicle because they needed another form....which I understand but never bothered to tell me. This looks like a miserable work environment. Every single person has been unhelpful and just plain rude.
Our company has used Tri County Towing twice and both occasions the service and tow has been great. Our dump truck needed towing and they were quick, effective, and did a great job. We will continue doing business with them.
Tow was set up by Tesla. He was there within 30 minutes. Dave was knowledgeable, got me into my vehicle so I could get out a few things, and had my vehicle loaded and on its way in minutes. Thanks

Absolutely one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with! First, they answered the phone immediately. Provided a back up number because they were dealing with a big accident. Jennifer on the back up number answered immediately. She very efficiently took my information. Promised someone would be at my destination within 45 minutes to an hour. Joe arrived in under 30 minutes. Joe was very prompt, professional and fabulous people person with a great attitude! Thank you again for the making my bad day better!
So thankful for Brian and Clark. Was in a tough situation and Brian was so understanding. Everything worked out great and he took a big relief off of me. These guys are the real deal.
If I could give - negative stars I would. The guy that works here is one vial ,nasty ,repulsive LITTLE MAN... I am SORRY that poor life choices lead you to be a tow truck driver &you hate yourself and your life so much. Maybe if you would treat people with professionalism, kindness and compassion you would have a better life. On top of that THEY LIE!! They gave me one price and when it took me a couple hours to come get the car the a -hole charged me 100 MORE.

Rudest people you’ll ever interact with. They provide zero accommodations for anyone despite being closed on weekends and having false information on their websites. For example it says they are open 24 hours but they are only open on weekdays til 6pm. Plus their numbers aren’t updated on the actual website and the staff is highly unprofessional with zero sympathy or customer service skills absolutely abhorrent treatment. Pure robbery.
I now have mixed feelings about this company. They were a huge help to us (my company) when we needed a container relocated last year. But when I call to get a tax document we require on file, I get a busy signal, a no answer, a full VM, an incorrect (full) email and then attitude when I finally got a person on the phone. It's not my fault your website has the "wrong email" and that your wanting me off the phone so bad (because you can't help me) you whipped out the "correct" email address so fast that when I asked to confirm that emailing is a good way to ask for the needed document, you met me with attitude and then ignored me when I tried to confirm the email address. As far as towing services, helped us out and we're thankful. As for customer service... SUCKS
They did a great job picking up and towing my vehicle to their tow yard after I was involved in an accident. However, since then I've called countless times, sent two emails as requested to release my vehicle, made two separate visits to the tow yard. Each time I was given different information and different tasks needing different information from me. They keep changing their stories and what they need from me to release my vehicle so it can be repaired. I've finally had to call the Sheriffs office for their assistance. Going on day four of this bs.
Vito was quick on scene, friendly and professional. Had the car hooked up in minutes along with all the Information I needed. At the office Brian was just the same, courteous and professional, helped me with all my questions. Overall the type of good experience I needed after an accident, smooth, simple and easy. Couldn’t be more happy with their service.
They are Excellent when it comes to lying, deception & hanging up on you when confronted. They will keep your car hostage with delay tactics by stating they haven't received the proper information they requested for release of vehicle even when you have proof clearly they received it, They lie to insurance company about release protocol and try anything to keep the vehicle as many days possible to bill you up. Un professional and rude. They are not there to help but to rob you. Stay away! - 5 stars
When you've been in a crash and need your vehicle towed, employees that are helpful and compassionate are always a big plus.
I had a wreck four days ago and I appreciated the professionalism of the driver who came to pick up my Excursion that night (don't have his business card on me at the moment).
He was very polite and handled everything smoothly.
Later, when I went to sign release paperwork - truck totaled - and to pick up my belongings, I met Daphne who ran the office at the lot. She gave me all the help I needed with a positive attitude and made me feel valued... not something I EVER expected, due to the image of impound lots in movies and such.
Anyway, I was extremely pleased with my experience with Tri-County Towing and figured I would let y'all know.

This is the best tow company to work with! Daphne is very professional and helpful. I just had to give her the info and she took it from there and made sure everything was taken care of. Tim is a great driver, very courteous and on top of his game! The owners really know what they're doing. Would recommend them to Everyone!
Worst experience ever! These owners are absolutely ridiculous. We submitted proper documentation they "requested" and "she" refused to rectify the situation. I have a few choice words for this company. Instead of making things right they made it complicated. All their employees seem as if they are being bothered by doing their job. I would never recommend this terrible excuse for a company. I've never in my life seen a business who was not willing to rectify a situation ESP after sending all the proper documentation requested! I think it's to much of a hassle for them to do the right thing and Extremely Rude and Arrogant! So they get dealt with the same way!
