The guy on the phone was really rude for no reasons. I asking about the condition on part and he told now is not available for you. RED FLAG..Service terrible

Have tried to use them multiple times through the years to always leave frustrated. The guy inside just says they don't have it to every part you'll ask for without looking it up or even if you see the vehicle sitting in the yard. Poor customer service, never going back
Terrible customer service no greeting when the phone was answered asked for a part didn’t even look for the part just said they don’t have it one of the worst experiences I’ve had who ever answers the phone has the poorest service skills an horrible attitude I would never recommend spending money here EVER!!!
Straight forward sales. Not looking to be best friends with my parts sales guys, i like that this is business.
Parts puller was very nice and it's a pretty clean facility. Wish i was closer I'd use them more
To anyone who is reading this review, Mac is a great gentleman, yes he can be grumpy at times, but you need to understand that he's an older gentleman and he doesn't like to repeat himself, now his employee that is the one who pulls the parts out is an amazing guy! Not to mention there prices are unbeatable. So a piece of advice just be patient and understanding, you don't know what a person's personal life is like.

I don't know what these other people are talking about. I guess each individual has their own perspective of what good customer service is to them, because I had a wonderful experience with this place. I have purchased many parts from them in the past 2 to 3 years and I have had no problems at all. If I ever had to return a part it was because I gave the wrong information when purchasing the part or I was confused at the time, but either way they have always helped me in exchanging or crediting me with the amount I paid. So Thank You Mac's for continuing to provide great service.

The staff is always friendly willing to help . And the owner is great guy and also a veteran. So come out and support your locally owned and veteran approved used parts. Located on Memory Lane off of 17-92 behind Target. Just look for the Taco Bell at the intersection.
Great parts great prices. Ive been buying here for years. Always the best prices. The staff is friendly, helpfull and respectfull. Other places have rude and aggresive employees. But Macs staff is polite and helpfull.
called in to check on a part, the person that answered the phone was about the most unhelpful person I have ever spoken with. Was planning to drive 3 hours one way for parts, not anymore
Very nice to me as I had no idea if they could help me. I needed something for a newer vehicle which was to "new" for the parts they sell. I'm a senior citizen and they didn't laugh at me but explained I would have to go to a dealership for the part.
I have purchased 1 big ticket item and it worked, however, the service here is completely unreliable. The guy who runs it never has consistent hours of operation for neither opening or closing. To top it off, his information is questionable at best. On several occasions when I have called or visited, in the same week, during supposed working hours he'll give me false information to quickly turn me away or hang up the phone. This really is a last resort kind of place.
Buyer beware when it comes to this shops manipulating of anyone who really loves their vehicle. He has taken $3300.00 from me & I still have the same problems.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Who ever RAY is he is incredibly unhelpful and rude. I called asking for a glove box they had posted for sale with no photos, I was hung up on by RAY after asking for photos and then again for asking to check the condition of the part so i don't waste time traveling to their location. Iv'e been asking to speak to a manager for 2 days which is no where to be found, unless RAY is a liar and he himself is the manager. Who ever is running this store needs to serious reconsider their employees and or managing strategies, I see now why their rating is so low! They obviously don't care about sales or the customers who keep their business open. BAD BUSINESS!

I called first an hour ahead of time and was assured the part was already removed from the car and still available. The guy said it actually had been returned due to a noisy bearing. (I didn't care, because I have a new bearing for it anyhow!)
I Went there and was told it was still on the car. I went to look at the car. The part wasn't there. I asked if they might have another like vehicle with one. They didn't. What a joke. Thanks for wasting my entire lunch break!
Bought a distributor from them recently that was unusable from the time I bought it. I didnt know it until I installed it. Bearing was bad and coil was throwing spark on the casing. I tried to get my money back a few weeks later. (they're not close to me) I was told I would get store credit on an electric part. The owner told me they have no way of checking electrical parts and that I could only receive store credit. So when you go there, inspect the part throughly before you pay. You may catch something wrong with it. Your handing money to a company that can be selling you a part that doesnt work. They keep the money, while your stuck with nothing. In my case, they didn't have another distributor. I had to buy a new one. Would of helped if I had the cash I used to buy the pos they sold me. Wont go to them again after doing business with them on and off for the past 7 or 8 years.
Rude and unprofessional seem to be cornerstone attributes. Twice directed me to the wrong location to view the vehicle. Removed the part, cracking it. When I questioned if the part would just flake apart when I installed it, he said just give me my $10 and deal with that outside. I told him you're trying to give me a part that's basically already broken, you can keep it. I'll never go there again.
They have used parts for a variety of older cars at reasonable prices. However they don't carry substantial inventory of newer car parts, nor European car parts. Call ahead to see if they have parts for your make and model...

I hate too be a dick but I needed a motor for me van, they said it didn't smoke, knock, or burn oil and guess what it did? all 3 and when I called ol stump up there he hung up the phone on me ... horrible service and cats are dis honest
Hands down the best parts place in central Florida......an i promise you noone can beat his prices thanks guys i will continue to come here for as long as i can.
Worst salvage yard I've ever been to! Very rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn't care if they were giving parts away for free, I still wouldn't go. Women aren't allowed to pull parts or to go in the back, they mentioned that on the phone but I assumed they were joking----they were serious.
Worst customer service ever you never let me finish talking before you hung up on me I don’t know if he could hang up any quicker then when I called him back he asked like I was bothering him so I would not go there or recommend that type of customer service
