This evening my car died as soon as I got off the 417, completely dead at a busy intersection. A Sheriff pushed me into a parking lot and I called Equitow right away. Joe was great. He got out to me quickly, was very friendly and had my car loaded up and ready to go before I knew it. My vehicle and I were transported safely home for a really reasonable price. My famaro is very low to the ground. These cars usually need special ramps to be loaded without scraping. Joe came to the rescue and carefully loaded my car up without scraping anything. I rode with him in the cab on the way to the dealership he was a very nice guy. Will use again if I need to get towed again!

I needed an immediate tow as my BMW had a busted an oil cooler. I was broken down and the transmission was locked, the vehicle with unable to move. I contacted Joe with Equitow Tow. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, calm, and professional. He gave me a few tips on how to help me with my situation, and assured me he would be right there. Within 15 minutes Joe had my vehicle on his truck with care, and it was towed to Bmw. He even took pictures and sent them to me once the vehicle was dropped off in the BMW service lot.
Equitow came and rescued me and my family on the side of the highway with a blown trailer tire late in the day and even in the rain! We had already had two people try their best to help us, including AAA, but no one could get the spare off the rack because of a rusty bolt and lack of proper equipment. Not only did Joshua and Jose have the bolt off quickly, they replaced the tire, put the trailer back on the truck, had us follow them to a nearby Tractor Supply Company because of their concern for the condition of my other tire, went in the store with me to carry the tires out, AND put both new tires on my trailer for me! They were truly our knights in shining armor and went above and beyond the call of duty. We would use them without hesitation should we ever need tow services in that area again. I spoke to the owner Joe on the phone and he was kind and gracious. They treat you like family. Thank you!
This beautiful Sunday afternoon started off great for my son and I. We ventured out through Apopka, just to fill air in a very low tire I had. After finding the Cheveron Station on 441 had a working air pump, we stopped, filled the tires and Holy moly, my car wouldn't start.
Now, my SUV is a little old, and I have put $$$$ into it, to stay away from a car payment.True story.
Other's tried to help with a jump, but that did not work. They wouldn't take a penny for their help.
Once I spoke to the manager at the Chevron, and consulted with my family, it was time to get it towed.
I called around to so many on Google, Apopka, and my gosh, Tow's are crazy expensive, which rightfully so.
I did have a few options, however, considering my finances, and what I have going on currently, today was not that day.
I sat for about an hour, in the hot sun, asking God, what do I do ? I don't have the money for any of these choices, currently.
What was placed on my heart, was that his name was Joe.
I called Joe back, once again asking about the price, and we agreed. He would be there in 20-30 minutes.
Another truth : I told Joe, I went with him, because that was my father's name. He asked, question's about my Dad, and I related how my dad was the love of my life.
He tought me how to give back.
Joe from Equitow calmed me down, when I was so upset, and for just that simple moment, I am Thankful.
Joe and his Son took my car to my Mechanic, and I will await the outcome.
Aside from this struggle, a friendship was formed.
We are now comrades in my time of need.
I feel that we need more Apopka/ Altamonte Spring's to come together.
