This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional, I made a triple a request for a tow and the company never called or texted me even though I had the right phone number and was getting texts from triple a saying they will send me updates. The company never sent me updates until they left the location because I was not there even though I got no updates they were arriving. So I placed another call and the same thing happened again I got no notifications about them being on the way until I got a notification they have arrived. I got to the location within 4 minutes of the text and the female tow driver absolutely lost her mental and freaked out saying she was there for 30 minutes and tried calling me 3 times and that the case was closed. I then told her triple a policy is that if I am there you have to tow the vehicle which it is per triple as policy. She started calling me all sorts of bad names and got in her truck slammed the door and drove away. I have reported her to triple a. I then tried calling the towing company and asked to speak to a supervisor who hung up on me after making my complaints.
Been waiting for 9 hours for them to pick up my car to take it to Walmart…. crickets… Called the office and their excuse was “sorry I forgot to put it in and nobody came to pick up the car “obviously it’s very unacceptable and unprofessional when I still have to pick up my daughter from school and work tomorrow, mind you if they brought it to Walmart on time I could’ve had answers from Walmart today, but now the car is not there. I don’t know when, but their response was well then I’m just gonna go ahead and cancel the tow. That is the most unreal customer service, especially when it was there full mistake.
Doug did an excellent job hauling my car body mounted on its rotisserie to the paint shop. Very careful of the delicate nature of the rig. Looking forward to the return trip.
Picked up my Bentley GT with great care and professional service!!!! The operator was very impressive to watch. He was an artist with his truck and tools. Just the best experience!!!
Today, I managed to curb a tire going into a parking lot and it destroyed the tire! I knew I had to get it done quickly, so I called Flagship Towing and I'm glad that I did!
The lady at the front desk is very helpful! She took down my information and the driver called me when he was en route! They had a driver free, he just finished up on another job! I was happy that they were able to get someone out to me quickly! Her tone, very warm and congenial and it helped put my at ease during a stressful day!
The truck operator, very friendly and knowledgeable! He did an excellent job of getting me to the store where I would get my tire repaired! I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes and my operator/driver was there! Their price is very fair too! 95 dollars to tow Mr and 4 dollars per mile!
I am impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and support from Flagship Towing! The gentleman with the glasses is great and he got me to Pep Boy's in good time! For a shredded tire on a busy Saturday in season? Flagship Towing really helped me out in a pinch, for a very fair price with accommodating and helpful people!

Needed two flooded cars transported post Hurricane Helene. Flagship Towing helped us find local European car mechanics who would try to repair a “mint condition Mercedes” when the dealership refused and told us to send it to the salvage yard. It was delivered to a Venice based mechanic who will fully assess the car and its future viability. John also delivered an our other car to the local Ford Dealership, Matthew-Currie. He was candid and quite blunt about its future and agreed to give it a chance for diagnostics. We are relieved to be able to focus on our new home losses, find temporary housing and work towards normalcy. I can’t say enough about our positive experience with Flagship Towing.
Jennifer Brent (tow truck lady) and Cathy (answers the phone with a deep, husky smokers voice) both were rude and didn’t do their jobs. They’re HIGHLY unprofessional!!!!! The tow truck driver parked my car in the road during a hurricane so that debris could hit it instead of putting it in my driveway! Also, any flooding would get into my car, too. I called and texted Jennifer that it needed to be put in the driveway, and she refused saying she’s not allowed to do that. I have NEVER had a tow truck company tell me that before. Also, she left my keys in front of my door stoop for anyone to take them. She didn’t knock, nor ring my doorbell, nor call/text me to ask what to do with them, and I was home! She said she tried knocking, but it’s funny how I heard other people knock on my door today but not her…hmm probably because she didn’t even try! She lies, doesn’t care about your vehicle, she hung up on me, and when AAA called her back out hours later because we said we need it moved to our driveway and already waiting 6 hours later, she called me and said “Do I really need to come out there?” And I responded that yes we did and it was because she didn’t do her job the first time that she was called out again. She hung up on me, and then didn’t take my calls nor answer my text and rejected the job so I have to wait longer for yet ANOTHER company! This guy from another company called me and told me right away that they have no issue putting it in the driveway! When I called Cathy at Flagship, she was just as rude as Jennifer and wouldn’t hear what Jennifer did and didn’t care about the customer. She kept cutting me off and when I asked her to please hear me out and not interrupt so she can get the full story of what happened, she hung up and didn’t answer the phone when I called back. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I will be spreading the word about this absolutely HORRIBLE AND HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL company. I will be making a visit there soon and making a formal complaint.
Had a flat tire at 1:00 am along I 75 S close to Englewood. Called AAA and John came out and put the spare on. SUPER JOB!! JOHN WAS GREAT!!! 1:00 AM was very accommodating...very friendly...very helpful!!!
Deserves 10 Stars-called on a Sunday, alternator died, needed a tow. Spoke with Kelly who couldn’t have been nicer…Set me up with a tow within 10-15 mins. Driver John very nice, could tell he knew his stuff. Kathy sent me over receipt copy within minutes of calling. This is the only tow company I will call moving forward!
The driver, Martin, was the absolute best. Very conscientious, careful, considerate, and very professional.....Martin is the reason this company rocks!

Kathleen at Flagship towing is amazing. AAA messed up my Mom's roadside assistance call and left her on the side of the road (busy dark interstate) for almost 2 hours, telling us that flagship had been dispatched and would arrive at 8:40, when Flagship actually didn't even have an order OR a driver, until well after that time.
Kathleen spoke to AAA on our behalf and gave us a referral to a company that was close to my Mom (who works for the Sheriff's Dpt incidentally). We called her referral & they immediately sprang into action. I emphatically DO NOT recommend AAA (especially Keisha) but I DO recommend Flagship and trust that Kathleen will take care of you if you are in a bind.
UPDATE - Kathleen followed up with me this am by texting me a photo of the error AAA made. They "submitted" a request to tow my Mom but didn't include a location of where she was broken down or any information about what her car looked like. Kind of difficult to provide assistance without that info. Again, I'm just impressed that Flagship followed up with us. Job well done!
Excellent service! I am in PA and my son broke down in Venice. I called Flagship and they were very helpful. They were onsite in less than 45 minutes and even diagnosed the problem with car. I asked them to store it in their yard, but instead they recommended a place that could fix it the next i highly recommend this company.
Been waiting 24 hours to have a driver come out and tell me “she doesnt want to pull it” because the vehicle is a van. They had the make and model knowing fully well it was a van.
*update, triple a now informed me rhe driver lied and said its a modified vehicle. Its a van, its the average length of a van. Seems like wither either drivers arent well trained or theyre just lazy
They moved a 15ft tool box. Valued at over 65k no to mention a couple 100k in tools. My box came from sarasota to Venice in perfect condition. Most wouldn't understand the difficulty in moving such a toolbox and how much effort and control.by the driver to drive carefully and not tip something like this over. They have my 5 stars and that was an easy decision. Thanks for the great service

Was nice enough I suppose. But could make a few suggestions to owner. Be kind to people and communicate with your customers. Charged a lot fee per day for 6 days because I was on vacation and couldn't coordinate in time getting our car picked up. The car could have just been towed to our house. Wish they would have suggested that. But I guess that's how they make their money so why would they suggest that
We had a rare event, cut two tire sidewalls, passenger side, and needed a tow to tire store. The driver was experienced, cheerful and got our car there, safe and sound. Thank you much!!!

If I could give 10 stars with my review, I would! I used Flagship Towing for the second time to tow a personal vehicle and I wouldn't use anyone else! The entire transaction from scheduling to dispatch/towing exceeded my expectations AGAIN! Doug was my Towing Professional (he remembered me from a few years prior!) and he couldn't have been nicer! This company and its employees truly serve as examples for all to follow!
I have an old corvette that has been in storage for almost 20 years. Tires still hold air. I needed to tow it to a shop and it was done in less than 1 hour from my call. Very affordable since it was only 5 miles but I was surprised just how quickly it was done and glad they did not charge more for a Sunday. Next time I need towing service they are in my contacts and I don’t have to worry about price or service. Great job!
I have a Mercedes SUV that wouldn’t start even though the battery seemed fine. The first person to arrive via AAA, called because I thought the battery was faulty, determined that the battery was fine and asked for a truck to tow it. The next guy who came with a flat-bed truck, Doug, saw that we couldn’t get the car out of park. That didn’t faze him. He candidly consulted Google for tips on getting this model out of park with the engine off. He was very transparent. I also consulted Google and he was receptive to my input, an admirable quality. The car was tucked tightly at right angles to our main driveway and Doug could see that more equipment would be needed. He apologetically asked if it would be OK to have his supervisor come the next morning with more equipment. Of course it was.
So the next morning, Todd came and immediately saw the problem. He first tried a trick to start the car but saw it wouldn’t work. I called Mercedes and found that for this model it is impossible to get it into neutral without the engine running. To make a two-hour story shorter, Todd was amazingly creative: he had to scoot he car out, maneuver his short tow truck very carefully, use all his high-school physics, lots of innate intelligence and tons of patience and good nature to finally get the SUV on his lift and a set of road dollies. As an experimental scientist, and former Bobcat skid-steer loader owner/driver, I was very impressed.
This firm has excellent staff: good customer service, confident and thoughtful, and a real joy to work with.

The driver although a young man was very smart. We couldn't get it to jump and when I mentioned how I stalled when coming into the parking lot and the vehicle wouldn't go into park. He knew exactly what it was and got under my truck and fix it so I could get home. I gave him a nice tip
This was all after dark in the rain by the way. Took less than 30 minutes once he got their. Happy!!

After a great deal of difficulty reaching Hyundai roadside assistance without success, then another hassle of purchasing AAA... This company came to the rescue! The tech sent was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I can't stress how grateful I am that such service still exists in this world. I'm usually the one telling the person how to do their job- someone without training, underpaid, over stressed and no enthusiasm. Yet the man sent here loved what he did, it showed. He treated my car like his own. He handled all my questions with ease and he just made a bad situation better. THANKS!
I needed an emergency jump for my car. It was close to 7 am, but they were quick to respond and had me on the road in under 30 minutes total. They were fast, friendly, and cheaper than my insurance company! Thank you for the awesome service and fast response time!
