The part was returned as I received it. The seller is not being honest with their statement and is acting in bad faith. I didn't expect this. The part he's claiming wasn't sent wasn't even shipped. The part wasn't used because that wasn't the problem, and the owner didn't want to pay for the replacement. Fortunately, this has never happened to me. I think I was disrespected. Terrible seller. They should be ashamed of doing that. And besides, the deducted amount is more than half, which wouldn't even be worth the difference. Unfortunately, I hadn't even noticed that he didn't send me all the parts I bought. Luckily I didn't need them, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to use them. Amazing experience dealing with this company. I spoke with Daniel on the phone at approx 5pm & ordered a part for my Maserati, it was packed so good & shipped out & I received it early the next day. I was delighted to finally get my running boards for my 2019 Ford F150 they were shipped in two boxes, brackets in one box one day and boards in another box next day. When boards did arrive there was no mounting hardware it proved to be quite a search at Hardware store to find nuts that fit the mounting studs on my truck. Also boards pictured in my purchase photos were not the same boards received, but I am very happy with boards I received. They work well and look good on my truck.
