  Three appointments missed in a row without so much as a call or text, all confirmed times. Call someone else and don't waste your time. Update: If I could go below 1 star, I would. I receive a text today 2/13 stating "apologies, are you available today sometime". We confirmed "around 5" today and that they would let me know when they were on the way. It is now 8pm with no response (for the 4th time) and thankfully I already had another company scheduled for tomorrow. I might even give the other company a shout on this review if they keep their appointment.
