Tanya absolutely saved my life! Last Friday during rush hour traffic, I lost control of my steering and hit a median. This left my car stuck in the middle of a busy one-lane road. After waiting two hours for my insurance company to send a tow truck out, the guy cancelled on me, and I almost faced a police citation for obstructing traffic (obviously not controllable but whatever ). The officer told me to call Barfield’s, and after calming me down, Tanya had a guy towing my car within 10 minutes! She was incredibly diligent to help me out, and kept close communication with me through every step. She is a beautiful soul and I am so grateful for her and the tower for their service.
I know there are mixed feelings about Barfield and a lot of negative reviews. However, I have had the pleasure and honor of meeting the owner and the family that runs Barfields, and I have never been disappointed. They have helped me personally and in business. Also ready to help! I have never experienced unprofessional communication, and they are always ready to help. I'm not getting paid or getting anything out of this review. It's a true and honest experience. I highly recommend Barfields, not only for towing, but they also go beyond and out of their way to assist and help others.
They were able to order me a master window switch for a car they did not have, very budget friendly. This was great because every other place just rolled it off their shoulders. These guys are easy to talk to and actually call you back for any updates on deliveries and what not. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if I need parts again.
I found an add on FB Marketplace for a vehicle for sale at this business. I coordinated a time to come take a look. I arrived and was met by Jose, not my contact which was Michael Palomino. Jose was friendly and patient while I looked over the truck. He called Michael and we agreed on a price over the phone. Waited a couple days to arrange payment and logistics associated with the sale. Michael now fails to honor our agreement in hopes of getting more money from another interested party. I refuse to deal with people with no integrity. Sure it may be an ok business but with dishonest employees with zero ethics or integrity. Stay away and look elsewhere.
Great prices & super helpful staff... They were a complete life saver for us when our car broke down & everywhere else wanted $150+ for the part. Not only was it over $100 cheaper, they were conveniently located close enough for us to walk to our car & fix it. Thank you so much, Barfield's! We'll definitely be doing more business with you in the future!
It's a good place to get parts for a reasonable price. That being said check around at other places to buy used parts. But sometimes I found it to be cheaper than other places like junk yards

Stay far away from this place I called and spoke to tanya on the phone, very unprofessional gets confused every 5 mins and price goes up when I seen my final bill it was $150 more then what we agreed

My wife looked them up on google and seen all the bad reviews and told me not to take it there but I decided to give them a chance.. BAD DECISION. NOW I KNOW WHY ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS
Would give them 5 stars but not sure exactly how things will be moving forward. Unfortunately their long time facility manager passed away and he was very good to deal with and helpful. Others there seem to be good as well but can't fully evaluate them... I can say that they seemed helpful in honoring his arrangement and stuff... The work they did was quick and so far so good...
They refused to release the vehicle to the registered lien holder without a repo order. there is no repo order, it was done with a claim of lien, a Florida process. All calls were recorded and they refused to follow the law- Made a complaint with Tallahassee since the guy refused to do anything but not follow the law
Called them at 9am asked if they had a specific part was told to come in around noon got there at 12:30 still no part was asked to pay for the part and would get a call 1-2 hours later to pick it up 5 hours later still no call and no part I call them and the part is still not pulled very very unprofessional would not recommend them to anyone for any reason
Bought a car from them for a race car. Gave them half the money down. Since we made a deal no motor no trans and he said give him a week. 3 weeks later the car hasn't moved. 2 weeks after that he still was giving me a hard time. Told him to give me my money back and he got pissed. Told him have it by Friday or else. He's a pos. Dont by anything from them. It's garbage, my work got parts from them and wasn't even the right part. Beware!!
Terrible service. We purchased items. Talked to the owner he said there will not be a problem returning items we would just be charged 20% restocking fee. WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO RETURN ITEMS MINUS 20% FEE AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND!! STAY AWAY!!!
