Very shady people. Ordered a complete replacement door and door was stripped down and had no interior trim, they told me this how they sell parts. Now have to spend more money and find the right parts. No disclaimer on website and told I have to pay $300 in shipping to return. Spoke to a couple autobody places locally and both said they have never seen a door sent without trim.
Easy transaction with Parts Box and particularly the service and response from Bob-e... I needed some info on canceling an order & expediting shipping that was hard to navigate through eBay. Bob-e stepped in and answered all my questions and was quick to respond. The price & value of the purchase was super competitive. Like when you can ring all 3 bells: Good, Fast & Inexpensive. I have purchased parts from parts box in the past online but never knew they had a physical location close to me. So I stopped in and talked to Bob-e. It was great being able to go in person and yes I bought more parts. They. Are a great business and care about the customer. Parts Box is the best place on the Internet to get complete rear differentials. Ordered mine off eBay. The price won't break the bank and the description tells vehicle and mileage so you know what condition and how many miles. Also, customer service is friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Was able to speak with him over the phone about multiple parts I needed and he described them in great detail, even texted me photos of them before and after dismantling the parts. Completed a bank wire transfer to pay and went smooth with zero issues. They even built an impressively solid pallet for freight shipping to ensure no damage. I’ve ordered from several salvage yards over the years and this is honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Parts were exactly as described when they arrived. I ordered a set of leather seats for my Ram and a few other parts . Parts were in far better shape than i expected the packaging was top notch went above and beyond to ensure they arrived unshaved via truck .
