Robert came to my rescue and I couldn’t be anymore grateful. My insurance provider sent out another company first , Who kept extending the time and not communicating with me. .Robert was my hero tonight. I also called Geico and let them know how satisfying I was.

Had service via AAA and our driver went through extra mile by taking the time to give us advice on what the say to the repair shop (who we also love) when he realized our issue wasn’t as big as we had thought. He was also thoroughly communicative about how long it would take to get to us with multiple updates. 10/10 service.

I was given Tow Heros from Progressive. They came within 30 minutes! Robert was my driver and he was very friendly and professional. Great communication and would definitely recommend!
Robert was great!! He was very attentive. He called me to give me an estimate of his arrival time because he had a previous stop. He also called me after that stop to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived in 24 minutes. He was very polite. He has a great personality! He’s very knowledgeable about many things. I enjoyed the interaction with him.
We had a fried ECM in my wife’s car so it was totally inoperable. Tow Hero’s was able to get to our house within the hour to tow it to the dealership. Robert was great, fast, and really fun to talk to. He made having car issues suck a little less. Thanks Robert for your professionalism and bringing a smile to our faces!

Outstanding service from Tyler, he called multiple times to give me updates on location and ETA. Was the only service in the area willing to be on site within 1hour at like midnight on a weekday. Called multiple services in Destin and ft walton beach attempting to overcharge significantly, I was lucky to get ahold of tow heros.

I hired Tow Heroes through my Roadside Assistance. Shaun came out. Super professional, very easy to talk to. Treated me with respect right from the get-go. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.
Warning do not use this company. I’m on the interstate and this big tow truck pulls on side of me shooting me the middle finger telling me to pull over when I asked him why he told me that I did not let him pass. This guy seems irate and I would never use this service
BMW roadside assistance dispatched Tow Hero’s to assist me with a dead battery. Within five minutes of my call, I got a message saying that they were in route. Tyler actually showed up 15 minutes before the estimated time and was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Tow Hero’s to anyone needing roadside assistance in the Miramar Beach area.
I had to call BMW roadside for a jump after the heat ran my battery down. BMW dispatched Tow Hero's to assist. After being quickly dispatched by BMW, Tyler showed up 15 minutes before the estimated time and was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Tow Hero’s to anybody needing roadside assistance.

Michael Walker was my tow guy and he provided above and beyond service. I received a phone call from him to give me an ETA and he was friendly, quick to respond, and very well with communication from beginning to end. He was also very understanding and helpful when I explained my situation. Tow truck drivers are definitely underpaid which is unfortunate because they're not only essential but they're the backbone of the companies they work for. I was extremely happy with my tow driver, Shaun. He was very professional friendly. His kind manner went above and beyond making sure that our needs were met. He texted me several times letting me know of his location and the time of his arrival. I could not have asked for a better tow driver. I wholeheartedly recommend him 110%.
After 7 pm on 4/7/25 my Ford FX4 truck stopped off Nine Mile Road. I placed a tow on my insurance app and was called by Shaun the tow truck guy. Shaun keep us informed by texting and calling before arriving to safe the day. He checked our battery levels to find that the battery was is great condition. Therefore there was something else wrong with the truck not cracking. Tow Heroes towed us back home in enough time to watch the final quarter of the NCAA tournament. This truly made our night. Shaun was extremely professional explaining the entire process of hooking up the truck to where to place it in the driveway. We were very impressed with there services. Will definitely request them if needed in the future 5 star service!
