Catastrophic blowout required a Sunday tow. AAA sent in Tow Heros driver Robert to save the day. Good communication of location and timing. Quick and easy, no additional damages, dropped off exactly as requested. Robert was friendly and professional.

My wife's vehicle broke down on the way home from church, so I decided to use my roadside assistance through my insurance. Tow Heros was dispatched via Farm Bureau Ins and was spot on. Tow Heros responded very quickly, by way of texts through the insurance company. Shortly after an estimated arrival time was text to me, Josh called and verified my location, my need/request, and informed me that he was in route. When he arrived, I introduced myself, then he got right to work. He delivered my vehicle and placed it right where I had requested it be located.
Josh's knowledge and professionalism speak very highly of him and Tow Heros! Josh's truck was clean and organized well displaying a very good image both for himself and his company.
I am very pleased with my experience with Tow Heros and with Josh.
Professionalism is out the window. Hung up on me when asking for a quote, and sent me to voicemail after, leaving me to find a more reliable and friendly tow service in Pace. Additionally, their replies to negative reviews like this makes the owner look even more unfriendly, unprofessional and downright immature. Tow elsewhere with someone who actually respects you.
Quote was outrageous, every other place I called has a significantly lower rate per mile, and they actually respond to you.
Tyler was our driver and I have to say it was one of the best tow experiences we've had. He was super friendly and very helpful. Got to us in only 30 mins. An hour and a half sooner than what we were told. If I ever need a tow again, they'll definitely be my go to.
Robert was excellent! He communicated with us the entire time, from estimated wait time to arrival and drop off which was very quick. He was so helpful and extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Tow Heroes and will request their services again!
Robert did a really good job keeping me updated on his arrival without me pestering him once. His work was of great quality and swiftness, and frankly for a bad turn of events it was nice to have it handled professionally as well as courteously to ease the stress of being broken down in the first place. Safety was in mind at all points and it’s time to get this guy some lunch.

I had a great experience with Tow Heros! Tyler, my tow driver , handled everything with professionalism and proven experience! He called on his way to me on the side of the road with a completely blown tire to ensure he knew my location. He arrived in 15 minutes or less at night! Once he arrived he loaded & secured my car and we were on our way very quickly. My car needed to be towed a little over 75 miles and I was relieved to have a personable driver to talk with along the way! Tyler and Tow Heros really saved what could have been a disasters kind of day and it was a good experience all the way around! I definitely recommend them!

Robert came to my rescue and I couldn’t be anymore grateful. My insurance provider sent out another company first , Who kept extending the time and not communicating with me. .Robert was my hero tonight. I also called Geico and let them know how satisfying I was.
Robert and Josh were heroes !!! Promptly and safety rescues me off the Pensacola bridge after a nasty tire blowout and I was stuck in my vehicle! Thank God they got here QUICK !!!
Had service via AAA and our driver went through extra mile by taking the time to give us advice on what the say to the repair shop (who we also love) when he realized our issue wasn’t as big as we had thought. He was also thoroughly communicative about how long it would take to get to us with multiple updates. 10/10 service.

Robert was great!! He was very attentive. He called me to give me an estimate of his arrival time because he had a previous stop. He also called me after that stop to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived in 24 minutes. He was very polite. He has a great personality! He’s very knowledgeable about many things. I enjoyed the interaction with him.

Warning do not use this company. I’m on the interstate and this big tow truck pulls on side of me shooting me the middle finger telling me to pull over when I asked him why he told me that I did not let him pass. This guy seems irate and I would never use this service

After 7 pm on 4/7/25 my Ford FX4 truck stopped off Nine Mile Road. I placed a tow on my insurance app and was called by Shaun the tow truck guy. Shaun keep us informed by texting and calling before arriving to safe the day. He checked our battery levels to find that the battery was is great condition. Therefore there was something else wrong with the truck not cracking. Tow Heroes towed us back home in enough time to watch the final quarter of the NCAA tournament. This truly made our night. Shaun was extremely professional explaining the entire process of hooking up the truck to where to place it in the driveway. We were very impressed with there services. Will definitely request them if needed in the future 5 star service!
