I purchased a motor and transmission from this place last month.. I was told the motor ran fine and didn’t have any issues… I purchased with cash and didn’t receive a receipt even though one was wrote up, I took a picture of the receipt… I got the motor home and what do you know, bent rod on cylinder 6…. Also 4 broken manifold bolts and several broken head bolts… also this motor had been popped open before… the oil pan gasket had been changed and wasn’t the original one…. I don’t even believe this was the same motor that came out of the vehicle they showed me… I called back to try and speak with the owner but she doesn’t care at all… every time I call up there they tell me the owner isn’t available, she hides behind her employees… if I would’ve known it was husband and wife I would’ve stayed far far away from the beginning… i had to purchase another motor because this one wasn’t as they described and had way more issues… also this motor had well over 300k miles…. I should’ve known being the body wasn’t beat up at all.. it was there due to mechanical issues
Response: the guy that sold me the motor wasn’t even in the yard whenever I went back to pick it up… yall lied to me and told me this was a running motor… did u forget?? U was telling me to go buy oil with the money I “saved”…. And I’m not gonna waste my time bringing the motor back whenever yall will not refund me.. if I had this many problems the first time what makes u think it would be any different for a second? Lesson learned and I will let everyone know how awful yall are.. yall wanna respond on here but can’t call someone back. And every time I called the owner was always there just “busy”.. if I wasn’t lied too in the beginning I wouldn’t have to bring the motor back… the amount of money and time I already have in this boat anchor is astonishing and I can’t even use it so why would I waste more of my time and money to “possibly” get a refund? I was lied to from the very beginning… oh I forgot to add the crankshaft had a bent reluctor tooth on the crank shaft therefore the motor would’ve had a miss I wouldn’t of been able to find… if I wasn’t lied to the first Time there would be no need to bring anything back… all over 700$….

Called before we went and was told they had the specific tire. Drove an hour down to be told they didn't want to go look because it was raining. Soy daughter stayed stuck with no tire.
Great at first, came out was going to give a little under what we wanted. We had to move the vehicle out front from the back and they never came back and had to call several times and kept dropping the price. We then went online and used Copart. They came the next day and gave us 6 times than what this place was. It was guaranteed the price they quoted online and we cashed the check the next day.
They would have gotten more stars because the first time I came they are nice and had good prices.
But the second time I came, they closed at least 15 minutes early. After driving here and arriving in plenty of time to get my parts before they closed, it’s all locked up on a Thursday. Guess I’ll go to Pensacola from now on.
Great place for used tires. They are friendly and got my tires installed in a very timely manner. Absolutely recommend calling if you are looking for a used tire.

They posted an add for a Jeep YJ hardtop. I called an arranged to meet the gentleman there. He was there on time and helped me load the hardtop in my trailer. Seemed like a pretty good guy and was helpful. I will keep their info should I ever need some type of automotive part from a salvage situation. He did say that they could have an engine out of a donor vehicle in about an hour. Told me they sell 5.3 chevy motors for $500.00.
It was actually not a bad spot, the dudes were actually pretty nice and cool. Got me in got me out quick fast in a hurry. Had to junk a car, I pulled it in, they went in gave my son the money for the car, did the title paperwork, picked it up with the forklift in and out and probably 10 to 15 minutes. Good deal
We brought in a trailer rim (with a brand new tire that had been mounted by another shop) to replace the rim because it would not hold air for more than a few days. The employee said he would go look for a rim. They called a few hours later and said it was done and we paid $37. When we went to pick it up, we noticed it was the same rim and tire we had brought in! He said the rim was just dirty and he had cleaned it then remounted the tire. We told him we had paid for a rim and not for him to clean it. He said they didn't have one. The other employees started crowding around and putting their 2 cents worth in. Ultimately he gave us our money back, but they were incredibly nasty about it and misrepresented their work.
Pretty low key place and staff is knowledgeable and fair. Went to pick up an engine...the first one they pulled for us was locked up so they pulled another one with less miles that was working for the same price. They want to help you find what you need. We worked with Jaren, who did a great job with helping us get the best parts for the best price. We will certainly visit there again!
I simply tried to call ask if they were picking up cars today . An instead of just answering like a person I was told no an hung up on !!! Like wow !!! Super rude service !!!! If a customer ask a question you answer them an say have a good day not what I got !!!!
Your dogs bark all hours of the day and night. It’s ridiculous. There should be some kind of decent business etiquette in mind but I guess this isn’t a decent or respectable business. Please use common sense and keep the dogs under control or multiple complaints will be filed from multiple neighbors. Would hate for your dogs to be taken.

Called for a part. Waited over 30 minutes for a call back. I then called them back. Response was the parts guy would call and maybe they called and no one answered the phone. A weak response when I have been sitting here waiting for a response. Almost an hour later the parts person has still not call me. Don't bother. Customer service around these parts are slim to nun.
My son and I were looking for a part to fix his vehicle and a staff member was extremely helpful to us, even going to get tools to help us get to the part. It was completely unexpected and we very much appreciate his exceptional work ethic!
Sold my suburban to R&R. They are professional, quick, and fair. Returned my call, came out, purchased at a fair price and towed away within 24 hours of contacting them. Would recommend them for picking up and salvaging a vehicle you no longer can use.
Very professional...had a lot of selection of mustang parts. Let me look at selection to select the best parts available. Just wish they were open on Saturday half days, have to take time off of work to go
