I got stuck in the sand by Opal Beach on vacation. Stars sent Jimmy out to help. He was very kind and very polite. Had my car out in no time such a relief. I would recommend them 100%.

I contacted “Joe” at this company to have someone come and tow my vehicle from Fort Walton Beach to Navarre. Not only did he not show on the date and time we agreed upon, every time I attempted to reach him, there was no answer. At least have the courtesy to call me back. I refuse to do business with people who don’t keep their word.

Starter went out on my car so I went through AAA to get my car towed down the road to my home. Knowing AAA, I was expecting a long wait, multiple phone calls, and a requested “service fee”. Luckily, AAA went through Starr’s Towing and I couldn’t be happier they did. Robert called me quickly and let me know he was on his way shortly. Within three minutes, he was there and quickly got my car on the truck and into my home within 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the speed of service, the good attitude Robert had in the snow, and with how well the service was provided. Thank you Robert and Starr’s towing!

Robert came and pulled my son’s car out of the sand. Very helpful, and oddly he had a lot to say about his bald head…..lol. Very reasonably priced. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I’ll call them hands down
The driver Robert, showed up in a half an hour, and was really nice conversing with us. He looked at the vehicle and Did his magic and my vehicle started right away. Very courteous and professional mechanic/tow driver!
I was in need of a flatbed to take my 4 wheel drive Mercedes to the shop. The car's computer had "locked" the vehicle in Park and would not allow you to shift out of Park (all four wheels were LOCKED). David Kennedy from Starr's came to my house and actually loaded the vehicle that was parked in my garage!! David was very courteous, well knowledged, explained how he would carefully load the vehicle and then proceeded. All was perfect and he was on his way in short order to the shop.

Our Friday the 13th started as a nightmare. We had 4 visits by towing companies trying to get our car out of a parking garage at Mirimar Beach. At 5:30 PM a driver from Starr’s Auto Service showed up but had not been properly informed by AAA (just like the previous tow companies) and his truck could not get in the garage due to low clearance.
The driver said they had another vehicle that could do the job. AAA was not honest about it when we asked them to dispatch Starr’s for is, saying Starr’s equipment was not available. O cancelled the request with AAA and told the driver from Starr’s I would pay them to send the other truck.
Joe and Joseph from Starr’s were fantastic. They drive about an hour to get to us (2 trucks). The one truck was able to get our back tires on dolly wheels, they manually moved the car into position that allowed them to winch our car up the ramp and out of the garage. They then transferred our car onto their flatbed and drove it 40 minutes away to the dealership, dropping it off around 10:20 PM on Friday night, September 13th. Joe and Joseph stuck with it and did a great job for us. We live 800 miles away and it was such a relief to work with the conscientious employees from Starr’s.

I did something really stupid by backing down my driveway off a deep curb, scraping the bottom of my car and getting stuck. I googled a towing company and Starr was the first place I called. Richard quickly came out to save the day. I highly recommend them for all your towing needs!

Absolutely amazing service! I won’t call anyone else! Very professional and got my friend out in a difficult bind! The driver knew exactly what he eas doing, because the vehicle was lodged on a concrete curb! Amazing and affordable! The other thing I love about this company? If you’re stupid or impatient….they let you know how they feel! I love honestly and don’t care much for whining!
This company was subcontracted by Verizon HUM. They were supposed to show between 11:53am and 12:03pm. At 12:11pm I called them to find out that they detoured to an accident call and the driver was finishing up. They provided absolutely no update to Verizon HUM or myself. The towing representative said that it would be another 30 to 45 minutes. I received a text at 12:56pm from Verizon asking how my service was. I replied with I haven't received any service. They checked with Starr's Towing and I was given another hour plus ETA. I canceled the tow and will never use them again. No communication efforts at all. If they had to redirect then I should have been informed immediately so I could find someone else able to respond faster.
With regard to your reply, you absolutely did not call me and your responsibility was to contact Hum as they contracted your company. Then Hum would have notified me. My contact with them was frequent and based on their recommendations, I was to contact your company directly. The contact person stated exactly what I previously wrote and no other effort was made to reach out after. You had my contact number and I received texts and calls from Hum as well as other unrelated calls. Please be accountable for your deficiencies. I had a tow business in Georgia. I would never put states list rotation over a scheduled tow for a customer. Own your poor choice on priorities. Accident tows don't create word of mouth advertising over scheduled tows. I learned that in my tow business. Obviously, that accident tow was more important than my scheduled tow. As soon as you redirected to the accident, you could have notified Hum or myself. What excuse do you have?

They are the best and most accommodating tow company I’ve ever worked with. This is the second time I’ve used them for my car, breaking down and literally every time they are willing to do what they need to help anytime of day or night. I have not met one person that says a bad thing about them.

Highly recommend Starr’s towing! My car was not drivable, and I was stranded on the median on Highway 98. Dave quickly responded to our call! He Quoted a reasonable price, and was pleasant and understanding! He arrived shortly after we called, skillfully loaded and towed our car to the repair shop we requested! Thank you Starr’s!
Dave was absolutely wonderful! We were stranded out of towners and he showed up so quickly. Had to call him back the next day to have our car moved again and he beat the other repair places guy by several hours. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent experience! I had scheduled a towing through my insurance and Kyle came for a tire change. He initially couldn’t reach my phone but when I called in, he was there in less than 5 minutes, and he did an awesome job. My tires had been slashed and I was very stressed out. Kyle came in as my life savior in providing me not only with fast, professional, and reliable service in changing my tire but also showed genuine emotional support, being extremely patient and supportive. I called roadside assistance through my insurance and Zack from Stars came out to help. My battery was completely dead, we could not get it to jump. He was able to get my car started for us, we got down the road and it died again, I called him back up and he came and tried again, but then ended up towing us back to the house. He was extremely nice, extremely helpful, and did everything he could to try to get me back on the road. I will without a doubt use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know that needs a tow. What a fantastic guy. He didn’t act like we were an inconvenience at all, he seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me.
Wow!!! Amazing and quick service! Dave showed up and was our hero. Our car was running and the keys were locked inside. He was there withing 20 to 30 minutes and was inside in about 10. We spent several hours dealing with AAA and another tow company only to be told after 3-1/2 hours that no one was coming, but we could call to find our own tow company. I called Starr's. Dispatch was friendly and honest about wait time and even made suggestions for two other companies that may be able to service us faster. I chose Starr's anyway because of their honesty and they are local. The driver arrived faster originally stated because dispatch asked questions and was able to send a smaller truck. This indicates a knowledgeable dispatcher. Then the driver came more quickly than we were advised. Chastity was courteous and efficient and had our vehicle towed away in less than an hour from when I called. She also told me the process of how to submit my receipt to AAA for reimbursement. This is the best customer service we have had in a long time! I will recommend this company to EVERYONE I can! Well done!
I have requested their service twice and it has been exceptional each time! They are quick, efficient, and have integrity in their work. 10/10 recommend! I wish I remember the man who helped me out the first time but Chastity took care of my car and I the second time and she was awesome!!!
I had a great experience with this company. My truck broke down in the evening and they were quick, professional, and transparent with the price. The driver was especially impressive, pulling the vehicle from a very difficult spot and taking good care of it throughout the process. While it is never a good day when you need a towing company, this one made things simple and straightforward.
