I can not say enough good things about Joe and the incredible service he provided. I found myself in a very difficult situation involving my truck and a very cramped parking garage. Two other towing services had already turned me away, saying nothing they could do. Thankfully Matchett was willing to give it a shot, and they sent out their best.
From the moment Joe arrived, he was professional, calm, and courteous. He approached the difficult task with skill and a positive attitude. He carefully assessed the situation, communicated clearly with me throughout the process, and managed to safely extract my truck from the garage. My truck broke down in downtown Pensacola. It was going to take two hours for other carrier to tow me, Machette Bayside was there after just a ten minute wait! Ben was very considerate and professional and got my vehicle to where I needed it to be repaired. I’d definitely recommend them if you need a tow!
I was stranded on the side of the road for like an hour finally got a tow truck from Matchett Bayside Towing. My agent said it'd be an hour wait but when I spoke with Ben he assured me he'd be on the way to assist me. A huge thank you to Steven at Matchett Bayside Towing. When I was at the lot taking some things out of the van, he realized how important my home health client’s 350 lb power wheelchair, that was in the van, was to its owner and offered to tow it back home safely, free of charge. That’s no small gesture…literally! His generosity and compassion turned a stressful situation into something so much easier. Not all heroes wear capes…some drive tow trucks.
Joe with Matchett was just the right guy to tow our daughter’s car. He was funny, friendly, and efficient. He helped make a stressful situation a little more lighthearted. I hope we don’t need a tow service again any time soon, but if we do, we will be calling these guys again.

I just had my car towed by Bayside, towing and Gulf Breeze. My insurance company told me it would take an hour for someone to arrive, but Michael Spencer was there in 15 minutes. He did not drive his big rig onto my driveway instead he came down and access easement and spared my Concrete driveway. I rode with him to the tire repair facility. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Tow company and Michael.
Car was stuck in the sand. They were out quickly and pulled it out (called at 10:45PM from Pensacola Beach and we were back at our place in Gulf Breeze by 11:45PM). Thankful for them on such a late night. Very reasonable pricing, friendly, all around great experience.
The team at Bayside Towing rescued our family holiday. After driving ever-to-close to the soft but beautiful sand of Pensacola Beach, our motorhome became a victim of the sand.
