Chris F, arrived from Bolton's Towing and made a great effort to get my Durango going. Unfortunately, it had to be towed to the dealership for diagnostics. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and Chris in particular for his communication and professionalism.
We had our suv die and called Boltons. They were quick to respond and help us. Both Eric and Chris F. were great. They got our vehicle home and provided suggestions for additional services if we were to need it. Great customer service!
Unfortunate towing due to HOA unclear changes but that had nothing to do with how GREAT Chris F service was he maintained great communications from when he picked up to when he dropped off my car. He was very pleasant to speak with and made the process smooth and stress free ! If I ever need the service again, I’ll be sure to ask if Chris is available !
Called for a tow of my disabled vehicle from Haines City to my home in Lakeland. Was promptly picked up within an hour and brought to my house by Chris F. Very professional young man put the vehicle exactly where I wanted it and with extremely courteous and friendly customer service. Will use this company again with no hesitation.
My daughter was in a accident & Chris F from Bolton's was great! Even with the amount of damage to the car, he took care to load it on the rollback without scraping the back bumper. He called me when he was on his way & to tell me he would be right there. My daughter was so distraught over the whole thing but he took the time to come give her a fist bump & words of encouragement & to tell her he would take care of getting her car where it needed to go. Just all around a really nice & good guy. In total from being called & arriving on scene was 15 mins tops.

My car just broke down just south of Groveland. Called up Bolton’s and they came out very quickly. Joe got my car hooked up and home quickly and without damage. My car is lowered. I was elated to see them take the time to use wood planks to make sure my bumpers and exhaust didn’t scrape. Thank you Joe for your help!
My car wouldn’t start tonight. Figured it was the battery, so I tried to jump it. Left it connected to the other car for 10 minutes and it wouldn’t turn over. So I had to call for a tow.
Joe came out. He asked me what the problem was and I told him. Instead of towing me, he brought out a powerful battery charger and started it right up. Instead of charging a lot more to tow it a longer way, he saved me money.
I not only appreciate his willingness to save me money, he had a great attitude. He showed up, all smiles, and totally pleasant. (This is huge for me as it was 9:30 at night and many people wouldn’t be too happy about having to step away from their families to take a call.)

The driver was fantastic and very professional. He was willing to do what it took to put the container in the spot I wanted it. When it come to the price… I have a few things to say, when I talk to Tyler he gave me a price and when the container was delivered almost $200 more were added. from the price given to me when I booked the service I was never explained that this was an hourly service and if I went over my designated time was extra. What the hell. This was a very unpleasant surprise and a very disappointing. Things need to be clear and explained clearly to avoid this situations. Tyler as the owner should be more clear and not surprised customers like this. What a bad day for me … not for you Tyler! It’s not the drivers fault but the management who didn’t explain things clearly.
I was referred out by someone I knew who works at J.T's Towing to call this company as I needed to get a tire change (I had a donut but didn't have the tools to change it) for a flat tire. He didn't have a shop in Davenport and told me to call Bolton's for assistance. I called to see if I can get help in Davenport, but was told that I would've been transferred to a guy named Justin who works in Davenport. The guy on the line said I should receive a call back from Justin and then just hung up on me. I had waited for 30 minutes and had no call back. I was already so aggravated and hot from this weather and having to wait so long for a call. Fortunately, a random guy was able to help me and pulled up in a Good Year pick up truck. I'm super upset about the service I received from Bolton's and still at 3:46 PM (the next day) still have yet to receive a call back to see if I still need assistance. Very disappointing.....
my brake caliber fell off of my rotor. Joe was on it in less than 10 minutes. Very nice guy. Had had everything under control. Got my truck up and out of there in less than 10 Minutes great company, very efficient and professional
I had the opportunity to utilize the services of Bolton towing last evening. Chris was extremely cordial and professional and did all he could to put my mind at ease and make a bad situation as calm as he could. From the time I called them for assistance to the time that Chris arrived and assisted me they exhibited nothing but kind professionalism. I would recommend them for any service needed!
These guys were life savers. Late on a Saturday, after my insurance sent out a tow company to pick up my boat and trailer that the axel fell off and they declined to try after waiting for 3.5 hours on them. Called Boltons and they had Chris out in 40 minutes. Knowing it wasn’t an easy pickup he was as careful as he could be with my boat and trailer and safely delivered it to my friend’s parents house 8 miles away. I know who I’m calling and recommending from now on. Couldn’t thank these guys enough.
The passenger tire and rim just came off while my son was driving. He was stuck in the mudslide the road, less than a mile from home. After calling other towing companies, Boltons’s was fair in price and was there within 1/2 hour. Joe was caring and had him out of the middle of the road quickly. Joe was professional, helpful and understanding. Thank you Joe. I definitely hope you don’t need a tow truck, but if you do, Bolton‘s towing service is the way to go.

Bolton’s Towing Service came through for us when my car completely broke down on I-4 around 1am, midway between Orlando and Tampa on the outskirts of Lakeland. After calling AAA multiple times and waiting over an hour without being assigned a driver, I finally decided to call towing companies directly — and that’s when I was referred to Bolton, who had trucks available.
Chris was assigned to help us, and he was fantastic. He communicated clearly, assured us he was on his way, and made us feel safe and cared for in the middle of the night. His calm, professional manner put us at ease, and his sense of urgency to get to us quickly was so reassuring.
Chris arrived within 45 minutes and handled everything smoothly, towing our car about 35 miles to our residence. We paid around $280 plus a tip out of pocket and are hoping to get reimbursed by AAA — but our confidence in them has definitely taken a hit. Thanks to Chris and Bolton’s, though, we were well taken care of during a stressful night. I really don’t know what we would have done without them.

This is a predatory Tow company. That targets semi trucks. My truck was towed 15 minutes after parking it while I was at Publix. There is no signage specifically saying no semis as well as I spoke to the manager of Publix who is unaware of the no semi rule. By the way they left the box trucks, fire truck and towed the two bobtail truck. Owner operator. Kevin admitted on camera that they target semis not the drivers and they don’t have to put up signs that says no semis. I beg to differ. As you told the other guy to take you to civil court. I welcome the honor buddy. I’m at the liberty to hold you responsible to do better.

My daughter vehicle needed towing to the dealership and Chris made my daughter and I feel at ease about towing her vehicle and he walked us through the entire towing process.
