Amazing service from Rhomans today. Friendly and pontual. Arrived a few minutes before expected time and was really helpful. Made sure everything was ok and explained to me what to expect once the car arrive at the service center. Awesome service.

We came to pick up our car, the was towed for this company and when we try to pay with a debit card the charge, they told us they policy and politic of the lake county tow company don’t accept debit card only cash, when I asked about tax ID number because I pay TAXES to IRS and I need to report this charge, the employee told me the owner can’t not provide to us this information. It is very curious and I would like to know why the owner can’t provide TAX ID INFORMATION?? Keep away about this company !!! They look like they cheat the IRS system!!! lol

This was my first personal tow truck experience needed and well I'm extremely pleased. Very friendly and efficient on the phone with a time estimate & price. I was told about 30 mins and maybe 18 mins later Pete arrives with a quickness & a smile. I instantly felt comfortable and impressed with the clean new truck and his polite service. Initially my tow was delayed, and as someone who was in somewhat of a scary time just because of how young I am and because it’s never happened to me before, I was somewhat upset, but after calling and speaking to the kind lady who answered the phone she informed me of why and it all made sense and I understood then why it was delayed but she helped me out a ton when she got the tow truck to me in much shorter time and we made it to the destination right as they were closing but me leaving the car there overnight was no problem with them and I got to communicate with them the scenario briefly which gave me so much peace of mind. To the guy who towed my car he was such a kind man and it’s not in a “I’m an old lady and he was such a sweet young man and very respectful” type of way, it’s in a “as someone who’s also very real and genuine, I am so thankful to have had a great human being help me in this scary situation” type of way. I thank him a ton as well because he took the time to talk to me and build rapport with me making me feel so much more comfortable and he even knew the people at the tire place which made me feel happy and familiarized with everyone. Would give 0 stars but have to put 1 to even leave a review!! We bought a truck from them and was told it runs and drive wasn’t sold as is we didn’t even get 10 minutes down the road and had to park it we called them the next day and nothing called tuesday and Wednesday and still haven’t had a call back!! We was able to get the truck to the house due to they said they would help but never helped!! I will be taking this matter to bbb and the news since nobody won’t return a call or fix this matter!! This is bad for business and professionalism!!

Luck was both on my side and not on my side. My Hyundai broke down tonight whilst running errands. It was my first time having my vehicle towed and I was a bit nervous and anxious but after I received a phone call from Victor, all my worries and anxiety were put at ease. A lot of towing companies do not have the best reputations but Lake County Towing and Victor were absolutely fantastic. It was an easy and amazing tow and I hope any future towing is done by him. Rhomans was my tow truck driving this morning after being stuck on the side of the road. He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, informative. He not only did a great job with his work service but a fantastic job with his customer service and making the experience suitable for a frustrating time. He was also very clean and well organized and really helped me in more ways then one, it was more then just a random tow.

About two weeks ago, I was driving up the turnpike in the rain at dusk. Out of nowhere, a tire came bouncing across the highway and I hit it. My tire went flat and I did not have a spare (stupid, I know). I called AAA and they connected me to Lake County Tow. The dispatcher was super nice (female, I didn't get her name). I wasn't checking the time, but the tow truck showed up much sooner than I expected. My driver was Israel Delgado. Such an incredible person! His first priority was getting me out of the rain and into the truck. He dropped the car at a tire shop and then drove me an extra mile to a hotel. I was back on the road the next day by 9. Thank you so much, Israel!

Would give a ZERO if I could! Waits the 90 minutes for the tow to arrive as they text said. Called to find out updated ETA at the scheduled time and the VERY RUDE dispatcher told me it would be two more hours. I said I needed it sooner. She then cancelled the tow and left me with nothing. I asked her to put me back on the schedule and she refused. How rude and unprofessional to do that to someone needing a tow. Horrible customer service.

I had several tow trucks come to my house through AAA. No one could figure out how to get my car into neutral and every single one of them said my battery was fine. Not the case. Lake County Tow showed up within minutes and were able to test the battery and jump me immediately. Highly recommend this company. They're a pleasure to work with and I will happily use them again in the future

No one ever wants to break down. Today Ms Brielle was amazing dispatching a driver. AAA gave me a hard time. I called she not only dispatched someone to me when I called for an update she was friendly gave me realistic updated time frame. The driver was great as well but Brielle was today’s rockstar.

As a citizen who pays taxes I have the legal right to ask for the tax ID number of your business and for a receipt for your service which by the way does not show this information on the invoice, of course we will begin to park where the HOA rules establish it and In addition, I am going to let the entire community know the new rules so that they avoid extra charges to companies like yours, I hope this does not affect you and I advise you to improve your services so that you avoid so many bad reviews, the thing here is that your business does not provide the TAX ID number that I requested without a legal excuse. Good to know that you used the money from my tips to buy yourself a coffee, enjoy it and I hope you have a good day too.

On our way home from church we ran over a deer and busted a fuel line. Lake County Tow came out to tow us home. The driver Roman, was very personable, kind, and efficient at what he did.
