If you take your truck here for one thing they will ALWAYS try to add something extra to their work order or they’ll find anything that will require you to add more money to the work order.. be careful.
If you want to pay for 2 tires what you can buy 4 for at any other regular mechanic shop then this is a place for you ?. They are just looking for a way to rip you off. Knowledge 0, it should be forbidden by law that people like this are calling themselves mechanics
The young woman that works there has a bad attitude. I pulled up to the door for tire repair and she told me to go park somewhere first and come back, then after I took the time to park and come back she told me it would be at least 7 hours before they would get to me. She could have said that in the beginning but she had to used her little bit of control first. Then when she told me it was in a dismissive way. They wouldn't even put air in my tire. This Loves sucks.
They took care of my problem with very little time spent on it and when it comes down to it I was very happy once I was seen. However I did spend 730 am till 430 pm before I was seen.
Went in for a pm and told me I needed an oil pan gasket changed the gasket still leaking did the pm and sprayed oil all over my engine and didn’t clean it up overfilled my oil and scratched the hood of my truck
Be careful drivers! I came here to obtain DOT tractor inspection. They charged around 55-60$. It's OK, but my inspection failed. They said that must change all drums and shoes and the king pin. I went to "Tampa sring" Lakeland, they said my brakes and kig pin is normal, and just replaced the tie rod.
Be ready for wait long time!!
I give a star because Jimmy R who was the person who attended me was kind, but it’s horrible to wait in this place. Since 8:00 am here for a tire change and it’s noon and they haven’t touched the truck yet.
This is ridiculous, they don’t care about the time of the drivers who come to request their services.
The maintenance workers were very nice and friendly while I had a bad experience with my company approving tires. I was in a horrible mood and they were very nice
Seriously....$20 shower???? This is why Independent truckers absolutely avoid loves! Sheetz offers excellent fuel discounts, but poor rewards. Pfj, and ta/petro offer decent fuel discounts but great rewards programs. Loves? They offer poor discounts, if any, have a terrible rewards program, and they charge the highest amount to shower! No thanks loves! You are no real truck stop, just a thief for independent truckers! Maybe company drivers love you for whatever reason ( i have yet to go to a loves that made an impression), but we will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out, not a single dollar will be spent at your locations. Loves is the worst "truck stop" in America for those who actually pay the bill.
This particular Loves truck stop is a great place, because they have great people working here.
From the shop to the store, everyone is friendly and helpful ascwell as professional.
This truck stop is very busy. Their parking is tough, with too many dropped trailers taking up spaces. It also takes too long to get to the fuel pumps because of drivers shopping and taking 30-minute breaks.
Bad service.1st time need oil change wait 3 hrs to get the call get on the rump only to be told we don't have your oil. 2nd time waiting 2 hrs told me we don't have your filters even though I did give them all the info about truck. Sorry but very bad experience. Front desk service and bold guy mechanic only good to waist our time
The best Love’s Truck Care in the country! Shon and his colleagues are just amazing. Completely honest and willing to help to get you back on the road. They are putting extra effort for drivers and they will give their best to help as much as they can. Very nice people and I highly recommend this place.
when going to get service done to your rig, I will definitely recommend any truck driver to this location. The guys at the mechanic shop represent a friendly environment and professional service. Thay used to be pretty good but now since thay have grown it's all about how much money thay can get from the truck drivers. Never have half and half and there isn't one loves that know how to properly clean a shower. Thay should take lessons from TA and PETRO reason for 3 stars is because thay have the best point system
