I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Fernando. He went above and beyond by testing my battery to make sure everything was running properly, which gave me real peace of mind. He also helped replace my windshield wipers quickly.
What really stood out was his professionalism and honesty. Fernando didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, but instead gave clear, helpful recommendations about the services my vehicle actually needed. It’s not often you come across someone so knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help.

I recently visited the AutoZone on Marigold in Poinciana for some coolant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism at this location.
From the second I walked through the door, I was greeted by Dilenny, who immediately offered her assistance. It is rare to find such proactive service in retail today, and her energy set a great tone for the visit.
The checkout process was just as efficient; Dilenny was attentive and made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed before completing the transaction.
From a customer service standpoint, she is an asset to this team. The only minor suggestion for an even higher level of consultative selling would be a quick follow-up question regarding why the antifreeze was needed (to check for leaks or specific vehicle compatibility), but overall, the experience was seamless.
This location is clean, well-stocked, and the staff is top-notch. Highly recommended!
Jeffrey and Chris just save my life I went in prolly like 30 mins till close to get a new battery and we couldn’t get battery out they stayed with me 30 mins after closing time just to help me and we finally got it out can’t thank them enough they were great top tier workers and top tier service !!!!

Unfortunately we had no help with the guy that works on Sunday afternoon. We can tell he was new or had no knowledge which it’s ok we all start learning from start but the service was horrible and no manager in store to help him.
For Once, a Manager who I can communicate clearly with who actually knows her stuff and seems like she wants to help. I am really glad that I stopped into this location And received the help that I've been desperately needing. Highly Recommend this location
