Unprofessional ,owner told me he couldn't install the piece I brought as it needs a seal?( (The piece itself is the seal )I questioned him about it and he didn't like it , he called my vehicle piece of junk as a result , he went inside to give me a quote as he didn't knew how much to charge , guess what, After he said he couldn't do it, he agrees to do it but price was way way off and I told him I won't do it and he kinda got mad. Dude needs to change his demeanor if he wants more businesses .Had to take my business somewhere else and got it done for less. I hope for this business to get better after all.
Great service, communication and prices. Not a single complaint from me. Replaced my a/c and distributer in record time and at a better price then anyone one else local. Highly recommend.
I called for a transmission replacement on a SUV and they gave me a good quote. I called the next week to schedule the work and they said "no not really" that they didn't want to do the work. Guess they don't want to make a $1,000.00 and their slogan of "Any car, Any repair" on their website isn't true.
Amazing service from the team. I was on my way to Tampa for a vacation when my belt shredded. Luckily I was 10min away from Nalcrest and they were able to get me in and back on the road as soon as possible.

Broke down on the start of vacation and they really helped out by fixing the car as quickly as possible. Taking care of us as far as even giving us a ride to the car rental place, it was not an easy fix. Thanks again!

Cam is a very conscientious and price conscious service manager at Nalcrest Automotive. He takes pride in his work and you informed with your apparent accessories.
I took my van to him to get a new trailer light harness. He said he could get a harness and kept changing the price. He finally charged me about $150 or more for the harness that you can get on E-trailer for about $50. so his prices for parts are greatly inflated. Then he told me labor and materials would be $210 plus $90 to change the plugs. I furnished the plugs. The total should have been around $300. When I went to pick it up he acted very serious and not as friendly when I brought it in and then he gave me the final bill for $367.00. When I confronted him with this he immediately goes to the computer and startes looking up prices which were grossly inflated. I know he didn't pay that much for parts. He is not busy and I can see why. One day I stopped by there and there was a parts truck there and the owner was gone. I asked him if he were waiting for the owner and he said "No I'm trying to get some money." Not a good sign. I would never recommend him to anyone and if you do make sure and get a written estimate so he cannot go changing the final amount. Very disappointed as he lives close and I was hoping to use him for my mechanic. Oh well, such is life. Once bitten, twice shy.
Kam (owner) is an ASE certified mechanic with over 35 years experience in automotive repair. He works on both domestic and imports vehicles, nothing is too small or big for him that he can't handle. He works on anything that runs on gas, very reliable mechanic, fast turn around, trustworthy, and gives you straight up answer. His labor hours is fair, half of the cost taking it to a dealership. A pleasant individual to deal with, and I'm glad to have him as my mechanic.
