Currently being ghosted and my calls are being rejected. I called them to have a lift winched out of some soft ground. I told them I wanted to be there to assist. They said they would get it out and call for payment. They called alright and said that it's worse and they would have to charge me an additional $1000 on top of the $500. I get to the site to add full to the lift, and it was buried into the ground in a direction it would never be able to move from. Naturally, I called them and had a major issue with it. The lift is supposed to be getting picked up in the morning, and it's $800 a day to rent it. It is currently way worse than where I left it. I told them it needed to only be pulled 20 feet and you can see where it needed to be, because theres already some shallow ruts where the ground is harder, but they pulled it in a direction that it will never be able to be pulled out from without getting another truck in here and getting that truck stuck to pull it out. They had the audacity to ask me. "Are you telling me that my guy doesn't know what he's doing?" And I said, "Yes, I am. This is worse than the way I left it." And he said "can i get a big truck in there?" I said "no, but how long is your cable?" He said "about 500 feet" and I said "more than enough." See the pictures for yourself. And I highly do not recommend this company unless you're going to be there, to make sure they can do their job and do it right, because obviously, they can't.

The owner of the company actually came out and did the work himself. I was so impressed with his experience so fast I never expected it again. They always come through. I've used these guys four times in this time was a heavy duty excavator that had to be retrieved from a pond. These guys are the most professional exceptional company I've ever dealt with well worth the money. They're the best out there.

Absolutely the WORST company I've ever worked with. I called them out to recover a boom lift that i got stuck. I told them i wanted to be there to help him get it out because I knew where it needed to be to get out. They sent an inexperienced operator out, and he got it stuck even worse because he went in the wrong direction further into the soft ground, not the 20' back onto the hard ground like it should have been. It was very clear which way would have yielded the best result. Then, they destroyed this poor old mans yard because they didn't know what they're doing. Then, they had the audacity to charge me triple for their mistake and threatened to impound my machine if I didn't pay. So, not only are they unprofessional and refuse to own their mistakes, but they also extorted me for triple what it cost. Tow truck companies are crooks, and these guys are #1.

Do not let any of the one star reviews fool you. Seems to me if you read them a lot of them either, Don’t know what they’re talking about or just plain incompetent. Absolutely outstanding service from the receptionist all the way down to Alfredo himself great towing company. Came in and did the job not even 15 minutes for a stuck Dozer. 5 star everything thank you Alfredo Towing.

I have never seen a tow company hustle as hard as these guys. Even the boss runs calls. They are the most reasonably priced company on top of that. I recommend their company to a bunch of plant city locals still. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Great company.

If i could leave 10 stars i would! I had my car towed by Wayne today and he was the best! He was very friendly and caring. He even gave me some helpful ideas and encouragement with my own small business which was definitely appreciated. He towed my car to my home safely and also tested my battery and let me know the battery wasnt the issue. Thanks again Wayne! :)

Great service. Had to have my car towed while I was at work. Company worked with me well. Operator was super friendly. Able to pay via Zelle without having to leave work to be there with the car when it was picked up. The driver Edward Carrasquillo was very friendly and professional. Communicated every step of the process. It was the first time I’ve had to have my car towed before and I am glad I chose them! Fantastic work!!!

My nephew had his first fender bender tonight. Hood towing was on scene for the other party (called by PCPD) Guy was a total tool bag. I called Gabriel with Alfredo Towing, not only did he come super fast, he handled the job seamlessly. He took very good care of us. I highly recommend Alfredo Towing. Our truck broke down in the middle of Alexander Street here in Plant City.
