He did go out to assess the vehicle before setting his price which the price was fair made a date and time to meet to retrieve the vehicle sign some paperwork collect money which his two employees Jeremy and Omar showed up very polite very professional and needless to say a very stress free exchange. You see all the five star reviews? They are absolutely LEGIT! We called these guys at 12:15. Told them what was going on, and then texted them our address. 30 minutes later Omar was knocking on the door ready to go! Got rid of a failed project vehicle from the back yard, got cold hard cash in return! Seriously, if you need a vehicle removed, don't go through a faceless company, give these guys a call. Local, Professional, and Johnny on the spot!
I called them on a Saturday to arrange pick-up and they said Monday, but would try to squeeze us in Sunday. They text Sunday morning with plenty of advance notice and were on time with cash in hand. Both the person on the phone and the pick-up guy were both very nice and respectful. Also, they offered $40+ more than the 3 other places we called. I would definitely recommend.
To move on in life I had to get rid of my beloved. Unfortunate situation caused her to burn down. 100% professional. These guys were on time and had my car on the trailer in a matter of minutes. I had some confusion about the way business was handled in this industry as you sign papers before you are paid. I was very confused about this and worried of the consequences of signing my vehicle over without payment. My driver Jimmy was extremely professional as honestly, I was not as professional as I could of been in the situation. DC was beyond a blessing trying to navigate after a bad accident resulting in a totalled vehicle racking up daily storage fees. We called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to pickup the vehicle within a half hour saving us more storage fees and paid us an honest fair amount for the vehicle and picked up the vehicle for no extra charges. They were caring, respectful and honest.
