Had a great experience with the owner Joe. He was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a vehicle very easy! He was not at all a high pressure salesman and we got a great deal on a truck for my son. I would definitely recommend this auto dealer!
The car I bought had trouble the first month and once or twice a month since. I’ve sunk 300 into a 2013 dodge journey and it’s down again. The same week I bought it all the warning lights came on. When I asked about it I was told that it didn’t mean anything that the brake problem caused all of it. I was also told it had a spare tire underneath the car. Which it didn’t but they refused to make it right. I paid cash for the car so letting it go back isn’t an option. LEMON LEMON LEMON!!!!!!!!!
Great experience! Joe is amazing. No hard selling. We LOVE our 2023 Equinox. Such an easy process and no added fees or charges vs a large dealership. Would recommend them 100%! Thank you JPL Auto Empire for such a great car buying experience!!!

Beware bought a van from here was told it was in great condition after 2 weeks I've had nothing but problems I've taken it to shop after shop spent over $1000 trying to get it fixed its one problem after another called 2 weeks after buying it when the check engine light came on they told me to bring it up there they erased the codes to make the light go away was right back on the same day Crooks don't give them your $€money
I was going to buy a car from JPL but the Son had one nasty attitude,and the dad got close to me and that old man breath stank not only I felt disrespected I was disgusted of the smell and his son is just under his shadow what a SHAKEDOWN BUISNESS!!
Honestly if I could I would use no stars. I recently went to this dealership because they had a Toyota Camry for sale. When we got there we stood at the car for about 10 minutes with no one coming out to greet us. Eventually an older gentleman came out and my mom asked him how much is the car. The man was very rude “look at the paper everything is on the paper” so my mom then try to make an offer since we did some research on the car and was paying cash he said “we’ll go get it from that place”
The prices are ridiculous with the high mileage on the cars

I definitely recommend JPL Auto. My husband seen some available vehicles on Facebook, one in particular he knew I would like, at a very reasonable price. I contacted Ryan right away and got the ball rolling. We went up there that afternoon when I got off work and test drove the vehicle and automatically loved it. Very quick and organized paperwork. We traded in our car and all amounts were Kelly Blue Book approved. Very good service and definitely recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you JPL Auto, we love our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X.
I found this place by driving past and noticed they had a lot of good looking vehicles. I pulled them up online and noticed they are a family owned dealership. The prices on their vehicles were priced even better then other used car dealerships in the area. I found a vehicle I liked, looked it up online for its value as described on the JPL website and the price they were selling it for beat the sell price recommended. The owner and the young man were very helpful and nice. I was able to test drive the vehicle and they were able to answer all questions that I had. I bought the car I was looking at and would recommend this place to everyone.
These clowns probably don't sell any cars outside of tax time. Rude, backwards business and the absolute least knowledgeable salespeople I've ever encountered

If i could leave less then one star I would.. I was trying to do business with this dealership.. and although Ryan seems really nice.. His father.. the lame excuse for an owner.. Is very rude. I had done some research on similar cars they were selling in the area and found that they were considerably cheaper at other dealers. By two or three thousand at least. I was trying to negotiate pricing and he told me "Why dont you go some where else? Im not wasting my time on you". People like that do not deserve to be in business. Its amazing you lasted as long as you did. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
What a great place to buy a car. I couldn't get financed any where else but Nelson there Finance Manager got me approved. From the moment i drove on the lot i knew this is where i wanted to buy my next car. i will recommend everyone i know to buy a car from JPL AUTO in Auburndale florida
